Michael Jackson Justice: April 2010

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

Extra - Retraction Overdue!

First I would like to ask you all that you please forgive me for what I am about to type. At this point all decorum is going out the window. I am TICKED OFF!

Thanks to a couple of ever-vigilant friends online, I come home today from work to find the announcement that some 300 pound butterball is under the delusion that Michael Jackson would not only EVER find him attractive, but that Michael would EVER be desperate enough to be his lover. (blogger chokes on tea as she desperately fights for air during hysterical laughter).

Jason Pfeiffer gives a very unconvincing, delusional and rehearsed account of his "relationship" with Michael Jackson. I would put the link up here but why promote this desperate garbage? Let's instead fight lies with the truth. Here is what Michael Himself has said about his sexuality:

Deposition in 2006 - When Tom Sneddon was STILL trying to nail him for false allegations of child misconduct.

Peter Pan Syndrome - Interesting story behind the author of the original Peter Pan story. I don't agree completely with this author's assessment of Michael Jackson because he leaves out the real reason behind Michael's abstaining from sex (Biblical, confessed by Michael in many interviews, and in the Schmuley tapes, reason Michael gave was his brothers' conduct on tour when he was young).

"Here, in a Time Magazine article featured in "Icons,
Intimate Portraits" by Denise Worrell, Seth Riggs, Michael's vocal
teacher, comments on a conversation he had with Michael.
"Everyone thinks Michael is ...gay, and I said to him one day. 'You know Michael, a lot of people think you're gay.' Michael
started to laugh. He... said, 'I know. The other day a big,
tall, blond, nice-looking fellow came up to me and said, "Gee, Michael,
I think you're wonderful. I sure would like to go to bed with you." I
looked at him and said, "When's the last time you read the Bible? You
know you really should read it because there is some real information
in there about homosexuality." The guy says, "I guess if I'd been a
girl, it would have been different. And I said, "No, there are some
very direct words on that in the Bible too."
- Contributed by Rg Huffman, quoted from a Time Magazine Article "Icon's Intimate Portraits"

These rumors have been re-animated so many times since the 1970's. It's amazing to me that someone like Michael, because he was a pop artist and did not sleep around, that he had to be gay . . . or because he was not disrespectful to women (as a black man? Come-on!) he had to be gay. Because he was a high tenor, he had to be gay. Or because he wore makeup he had to be gay.

List of men who wear makeup:

Bill O'Reilly
Conan O'Brien
Arnold Schwartzenneger
Every male anchor on the ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, Fox News and the Weather Channel.
Jackie Chan
Sean Hannity
David Lee Roth
Huey Lewis (Remember them?)
Tom Selleck (NRA and Mascara . . . yes!)
Sylvester Stallone
John Wayne (LOL, yes indeed! But mostly on the set)
Robert Mitchum
Johnny Cash (and he didn't like it either!)
Little Richard
Jerry Lee Lewis
ELVIS, man!
Paul McCartney (all the Beatles except maybe Ringo Starr, because nobody could find his eyes)
Mick Jagger (and I don't think it helps either)
Steve Tyler from Aerosmith
ALL MEMBERS OF KISS (lots of it . . . how come nobody questioned their sexuality?)

Most of your entertainers wear makeup even off the set or stage. Michael wore heavy makeup most of the time because he needed to cover the large areas of splotches on his skin brought on by Lupus and the Vitiligo (enlarge pictures on top of this update to see rough skin on Michael and discolorations, then hit the back button to get back to the blog).

This story folks, is another distraction. Michael has battled gay rumors before and no one that ever worked at his concerts, or saw him with other girls saw evidence he was gay. He fired Mark Schaffel because he was a gay porn producer and did not tell Michael before he was hired to film the 9-11 benefit "What More Can I Give".

I will lay you odds that Sony is behind this latest attempt to smear Michael's name and distract those who support and defend him. Maybe they are beginning to feel the heat? I'm sure they are well aware by now that more than just a few "fans" are digging into the quagmire they tried to make of the evidence now surfacing.

This is what happens when you are uncustomarily nice, chaste (he wasn't but by Hollywood standards, he was chaste), shy and FAITHFUL in the entertainment industry. You are made a freak to keep everyone else from looking bad.

This is why, my friends, that you must not give up and do not shower the undeserved attention on people like Jason-Perogie-Pfeiffer. Look at him, pray for him and hope that God thinks it's worth his time to put his head back on strait. Because chances are, if Jason EVER had a lover (of any sex, nationality or species) he is probably just lashing out at Michael because he is still trying to find where he misplaced his last partner.

Jason . . . try jumping up and down . . . they will fall out eventually! (This is about where I need to ask you forgiveness now...)

Michael Jackson on Michael Jackson. You will have to forgive the comments by Rabbi Schmuley (another hanger-on that did Michael no favors and is also being investigated by this blogger), but Michael's responses to most of his feelings about his childhood, life, girls, faith and more are touching and it is worth the read. Your heart will go out to him after you finish reading this , so sit down, grab a big cup of (coffee, tea, whatever it is you drink) and get to know Michael.

We have to start taking a stand against this kind of garbage reporting. Libel and slander USED to be against the law! Whatever happened to the consequences for these horrible crimes? A reputation is something you may never, ever get back!

In Baltimore, close to where I live, kids got expelled from a city school for "bullying" another girl with Cerebral Palsey. A couple of years ago, a teenage girl killed herself because of rumors spread about her through Facebook and group ostracizing and isolation. The mother of another child who instigated this was charged with her death.

The press needs to be held accountable for the damage and irresponsible destruction of another human being. Freedom of speech DOES NOT GIVE THE PRESS CARTE BLANCHE TO TRAMPLE ON THE FREEDOMS OF OTHERS . . . be it Michael Jackson or your own brother or sister.

Please start writing your congressman, senators and representatives in the U.S. House of Congress! This garbage has got to stop!

I don't care how much money a person makes, how successful they are at their craft, skill or talent or how famous they are. That gives NO ONE the right to interfere or destroy their right to life UNHARASSED, liberty or pursuit of happiness.

Michael Jackson hurt no one. He was a faithful, painfully lonely and a child-like innocent and isolated man who did not and DOES NOT deserve this continued treatment!

Please take action today and start working to get something done about the abuse and treachery of the media and the press. One of YOUR LOVED ONES could be one of their next victims.

I will be away for some R&R with my husband this weekend with some dear people from church. If you need to contact me those that have my cell phone can call me and I will reply to the message. Those of you emailing me, be patient until I get back and I can answer you Sunday or Monday. I do not have a laptop and will not be able to reply until I get back.

Love to you . . . keep the faith! God will not let these people continue with this for long.

Michael Jackson's Circles of Influence Converge

April 27, 2010 – Circles of Influence Converge

John Branca is the common denominator in everything to do with Michael Jackson. Evidence to the contrary exists as to any possibility of him being hired back by Michael. There is a letter of dismissal written and delivered in February of 2003. No letter of reinstatement has ever been produced by Branca.

John Branca and John McClain are the co-executors of Michael’s Estate. The will in question, is a will written in 2002 and signed and dated and witnessed on a day that Michael was nowhere near Los Angeles. The signatures and initials on the lines do not look like Michael’s signatures. But the judge in Los Angeles passed this will as valid.

John Branca and John McClain are also executive producers of “This is It”. The movie that AEG and Kenny Ortega edited from an alleged 100 hours of rehearsal footage. Randy Phillips is the head of AEG. He and Kenny Ortega were responsible for hiring Dr. Murray to “help Michael sleep.” John Branca is also represents Sony and sits on the board of the Sony/ATV catalog. For now, let’s just look at John Branca’s circle of influence, since he is on all three sides of the businesses to benefit from Michael Jackson’s hard work. (That would be his estate, AEG concerts, and the Sony/ATV catalog) Let’s see who we run into.

Interesting Article on John Branca here, explains that 2003 wasn’t the only time Michael fired Branca. He also fired him in 1990 because David Geffen had told Michael that Branca had too much influence and control over Michael and his business. The article states that Michael fired Branca grudgingly and hired Burt Fields. Burt Fields resigned in 1993 over his disagreement with the settlement offer Sony and their insurance companies wanted to make to the family leveling the child molestation allegations against Michael. If you read the article, Branca not only went after Fields, taking his clients, he also persuaded Michael to rehire him.

Burt Fields ended up fielding a number of lawsuits, two of them by clients that Branca took from Burt Fields. Four of those lawsuits leveled at Burt Fields were for impropriety and conflict of interest. Yet Branca claims he was not out for revenge.

If Branca, as an entertainment lawyer, knew how to “find” evidence of conflict of interest, chances are, he also knew how to hide it.

Branca was with Michael for a long time. Between 1986 and 1990 before he was fired the first time, then again between 1993 (after the first child abuse charge that was leveled at Michael) and 2003 when Michael discovered the conflict Branca had with Sony. Interestingly in 1993, Michael was persuaded to let Sony's insurance companies pay off the Chandlers . . . after John Branca was hired on, instead of fighting it out in court. This heavily damanged Michael's reputation as well as public opinion about his innocence. Could the conspiracy have been set in motion as far back as 1993?

Slanted articles such as this , try to re-write history and it is this blogger’s educated (after some nine months now of research) opinion Sony had much more than a few business advisers marching in and out of Michael’s life. Seems just as Michael would suspect and fire a business employee, another one would step into their place. The article linked above is yet another one that gives the account that John Branca is the one who left Michael, not the other way around. Documents of Branca’s dismissal prove that Branca’s story is just that . . . a story.

If Branca quit working for Michael over his inability to control Michael’s decisions on who he hired to manage his business (which is something John was supposed to be doing in the first place), then why was he so quick to come back not once, but twice? In 1993 John wormed his way back into Jackson’s circle. Why? Not because of Michael, but because of Michael’s investments. His music catalog as well as the Sony/ATV catalog was now worth quadruple what it was when Branca negotiated that purchase back in 1986.

Why did Branca “condescend” to come back into Jackson’s fold in 2009, a miracle 8 days before the singer was killed, after being fired for conflict of interest in 2003? Again, not because of Michael, but because of a music publishing business that was now worth in the tens of billions. At the very least, Branca’s argument is disingenuous considering the documents on file that contradict his story. At best, John Branca again fulfilled yet another vindictive coo. In the world of entertainment executive elites, black entertainers better know their place. Michael badly embarrassed Sony when he went public with his battle back in 2002 over his album “Invincible” and the fight over his half of the Sony/ATV catalog.

The article above also states (again) that Michael fell into financial ruin because of his “spending habits” and his “failing career”. It ironically fails to mention the conspiracy of the 2005 Child abuse trial, the failure of Sony to live up to it’s contract to promote an album THEY produced and had rights to, the Branca and Mottola partnership to defraud Michael, nor the theft of money from the business advisers that came and went out of Michael’s life just long enough to cause a little more damage.

It does mention the long list of litigious ex-employees and “hangers-on”. It fails to mention that many of these lawsuits were unfounded, many more were from people Michael had never met. There were so many lawsuits being fielded at any given time, Michael had a team of up to 100 lawyers working to sift through the ungodly mess. More times than should have been necessary, Michael settled. There just weren’t enough Michael’s to go to court to testify against them all. Besides a law to limit what the press can print about a person without verification, Michael should be another reason that limits on litigation should be passed.

Aside from the value of Michael’s half of the music publishing business (to include his own MiJack catalog) in the billions, Michael had earned just over $500 million in his lifetime, just from album and concert ticket sales. A recorded (and a world record) $300 million of that was given to children’s charities. Another countless tens of millions was spent on lawyers, courts and lawsuit settlements and another countless was stolen from employees (and you think Walmart had problems with shrinkage).

Just because Sony stopped promoting Michael’s album didn’t mean the press stopped promoting Michael or his “weirdness”. Michael still needed security even more so because he had three children. He was still fending off lawsuits, he was still trying to survive the chaotic mess his toxic business managers left of his finances and he was still making music. The $250 million deal Branca made Sony for Michael’s unreleased music should attest to the rabid foaming of the mouth Branca had for getting back inside the Michael Jackson Industry.

Branca and Mottola were and are still friends. In the same article it mentions Dr. Tohme and claims he is/was an orthopedic surgeon-turned business man. Other investigators had yet to ever find a medical license ever for this Dr. Tohme. It also states that Jermaine Jackson, Michael’s brother, introduced Michael to Tohme in an effort to save Michael’s ranch from foreclosure.

Branca also knew Al Malnik (pictured above with wife) . . . another brief but well publicized “friendship” during the same time period Michael was battling Sony. Did Michael look happy in those two pictures above (with Al and Nancy, and with Brett holding his son Blanket) Mottola also knew Malnik and so did Frank DiLeo. Tight little Sicilian circle, isn’t it?

So why would Michael’s brother sell Tohme to Michael if Jermaine knew that Tohme was a bad guy? Well, maybe he didn’t.

Tohme is reportedly related to Jermaine’s wife, Alejandra. Jermaine married Alejandra in 1995, according to Wikipedia.

According to the LATimes article above, Dr. Tohme called friend Tom Barrack, a “distressed properties” billionaire and owner of Colony Capital, to talk to Michael about a plan to save the Neverland Ranch. As the article states, Barrack was at first reluctant to get involved because another friend of his was interested, but ultimately agreed. It then says that Barrack contacted a fellow friend and business associate, Philip Anschutz who owned, amongst other things, AEG Live - the very concert promoter who organized the “This is It” concert for Michael Jackson . . . the concert that became a Posthumous movie that earned another $200+ million worldwide in ticket and DVD sales.

So Barrack is the one that contacted Anschutz and not Tohme as had been reported originally? Barrack knew Anschutz and between 2008 and 2009, AEG suddenly became Michael’s nanny?

We are supposed to believe that AEG, seeing the wheelchair-bound, frail Michael Jackson in a “run-down” (I’d hate for them to see MY house, if that is what they called Michael’s then residence) housing compound, decided that investing in Michael’s living expenses, security, home education for Michael’s children, personal doctor at 150K a month PLUS costs for producing a concert were going to be a good deal? Can they really expect us to believe that the frail, wheelchair-bound Michael was deemed “healthy” enough to put on 10 concerts, let alone the 50 they added after he signed the contract that was “read” to him?

I’m sorry, but their story is not adding up. If they are going to hire writers to put out these planted articles, they really need to keep better track of the stories they are putting out because the gears in their machine don't fit. They must have gone to the same school of plausible deniability that Murray attended?

Barrack said it best when he was quoted, "There are very few individual artists who are multibillion-dollar businesses. And he (Michael Jackson) is one." Motive one.

Payback? Motive two, from both Branca and Sony. After all, Michael called to attention not only Sony’s tactics to get Michael’s music properties, but also what they did to George Michael and Mariah Carey. Michael brought to light what had been going on in the music and entertainment industry mainly off the radar until they went after one of the most popular and world-recognized artists of all time. Michael wasn’t just an artist. He had become an industry.

We will follow this network as it branches out beyond Branca, Barrack, AEG/Phillips and Tohme.

My suspicions are, in light of the claims of the LATimes article, if true, Tohme may have had nothing to do with Michael’s downfall and was in fact trying to help him. If it is true that it was Barrack that got AEG and the other jackals back into Michael’s life, Tohme and Jermaine could be cleared in this conspiracy. Tohme has disappeared from the public shortly after Michael died after giving a couple of short interviews. The rest of the clan however, is still very much in the picture and the profit, of Michael Jackson’s name.

Michael's Corporate Moles - Branca the Common Denominator

April 26, 2010 – Branca the Common Denominator

Psalms 64: 2 – 8: Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words, That they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.

They encourage themselves in an evil matter; They talk of laying snares secretly; They say, “Who will see them?” They devise iniquities: “We have perfected a shrewd scheme.” Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep. But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they shall be wounded. So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; All who see them shall flee away.

It is hard enough to try to explain to people why this battle is so important. On one hand you have a man who was faithful, tortured, maligned, abused, and finally killed for a profit. On the other hand, you have a corporate entity that was able to convince themselves that murder was okay, if the payout was big enough.

One article I read estimated the total value of the Sony/ATV music catalog at 30 billion dollars. It was not clear whether that estimate included the value of the MJack (Michael’s own music) or not. Considering that just one of the Beatle’s song in that ATV catalog brought in just over a million a year alone in licensing revenue, it is safe to say that that estimate could very well have excluded Michael’s own music.

How is it that two judges in California (same district), a District Attorney and a State Attorney General can ignore the fact that the executor of the Jackson estate is also receiving payouts from AEG and “This is It”, Sony and the ATV catalog as well as earning a split 10% on any increase in the value of that estate?

How is it that the District Attorney (Cooley . . . that’s YOU), could suddenly announce his candidacy for State Attorney General AFTER a charge for the good doctor (Murray) of involuntary manslaughter is announced?

How is it that both the D.A. and the A.G. Jerry Brown could ignore evidence in the autopsy and the ruling of “homicide” from the coroner in assessing the charge against Conrad Murray?

How is it that with the evidence out there in the general public alone, the press isn’t pouring all over this? Could Sony really be that generous with their ill-gotten windfall?

This battle is so hard because the press has made it so easy for corporations like Sony to pull the stunts that they pulled. What I don’t understand is how Enron was caught for their ill deeds and Sony is given a pass. The officers of Enron, to my knowledge, did not kill anybody.

Michael, during his career with Sony Music, generated several BILLION dollars for them. That’s BILLION with a “B”. Wouldn’t it have made more sense to continue nurturing Michael’s career instead of snuffing it out?

The issue was never Michael’s career. The issue was never his talent or lack of market appeal. Yes, his reputation took a huge hit, but he was still out selling artists worldwide even after his 1993 trial. Sony was not looking to continue to “invest” in Michael. They wanted the catalog . . . the biggest payout for the least amount of outlay. An investment that would never age or get arthritis. An investment that others created and built that would payout forever. Songs from the Beatles (250), Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Elvis, Petula Clark, John Lennon, some of Michael Jackson, Neil Diamond and the list goes on.

Michael, aside from being an artist and philanthropist, was an industry. He was a corporation. One you would expect would have been protected by the amount of money he laid out for business advisers, attorneys and managers. If you look at the parade of characters that surrounded Michael, less than noticeable yet existing links begin to appear.

I looked up the words “corporate espionage” and found this description in Wikepidia:

“Economic or industrial espionage takes place in two main forms. In short, the purpose of espionage is to gather knowledge about (an) organization(s). It may include the acquisition of intellectual property, such as information on industrial manufacture, ideas, techniques and processes, recipes and formulas[2]. Or it could include sequestration of proprietary or operational information, such as that on customer datasets, pricing, sales, marketing, research and development, policies, prospective bids, planning or marketing strategies or the changing compositions and locations of production.”

Next, I did some research on “plants” or the positioning of people within an organization in order to control or manage and orchestrate a desired outcome. Scrolling further down on the same Wikipedia page, I found “agents and process of collection”:

"Firstly, a dissatisfied employee appropriates information to advance their own interests or to damage the company or, secondly, a competitor or foreign government seeks information to advance its own technological or financial interest[8] 'Moles' or trusted insiders are generally considered the best sources for economic or industrial espionage.”

Moles: “A mole (also called a defector in place, an informant and in the Mafia a rat) is a spy who works for an enemy nation, but whose loyalty ostensibly lies with his own nation's government.”

Sleeper Agent: “A sleeper agent is a spy who is placed in a target country or organization, not to undertake an immediate mission, but rather to act as a potential asset if activated.".

Corporate Mole: "A corporate mole must be able to conceal his natural identity without appearing secretive. To do this effectively, you must remember that your workplace is not a place to make friends, only to gather information."

Interesting read if you are interested: Tales of Corporate Espionage or this on in CNN Money.

Sony had plenty of time over the years to place people around, inside and AS Michael Jackson’s inner circle. Michael was such a trusting person, it would have been easy. However, as trusting as Michael was, he was not stupid. As soon as Michael would feel “off” about someone, he would have them investigated and fired. Disgruntled “employees” would then sell sordid stories about Michael to the tabloids, but these “employees” were always replaced and most were replaced at the suggestion of someone who was still “inside”.

Suspected Moles: Frank DiLeo, John Branca, Al Malnik, Mark Schaffel, Martin Bashir, Dieter Wisner, Ronald Konitzer, Grace Rwamba, Uri Gellar, Brett Ratner, Dr. Tohme Tohme, Diane Dimond, Gloria Allred, Rabbi Schmuley, Tommy Mottola.

I’m sure there are more names and we will deal with them as we run across them. Starting tomorrow, we will first work on the initial backgrounds of these folks . . . then we will start connecting the dots and drawing the lines from one check to another.

God Bless. I will see you all tomorrow.

Justice Stalks - Written today

Justice Stalks

Two months away from one full year
Another headline, another tear
Suspension harnessed in mid breath
Awaiting justice on his death

Minions gather under ground
Protection from their sins unfound
Scurry from the ONE of light
To hide the evidence from sight

Justice stalks the unaware
Iniquity trapped in righteous snare
Those of faith down on one knee
In prayer, in pain and still believe

That God is seeing every hand
Of those who will not take a stand
Of those complicit in the crime
His will is only a matter of time

A prophet’s song to a billion ears
A congregation of many tears
Softley lifting fears to He
Who bears the Cross of Prophecy

And there he lies, the child of love
Who sang the song, who bore the glove
Reminding all to witness the Grace
And prepare to look love in the face

A mending of every heart that’s torn
An ending there WILL BE to this storm
Suffer the children will be no more
Amazing grace is still in store

Faith rewards to those who pray
It’s written to happen any day
Suspension harnessed in mid breath
Justice is coming who brought his death.

David and Goliath - Michael's Sling Shot

April 23, 2010 David and Goliath - Michael's Sling Shot

I woke up this morning with the dream still in my head. There was no purpose to the dream other than words and thoughts were left in my head, and they continued to pour in after I woke up. One part of my dream was Michael standing with three or four other people, on a set. I couldn’t tell you if it was a movie set or a set for a video shoot. He was talking and gesturing with his arms for emphasis but I could not hear what was being said. All I remember was the expression on his face. He was focused, he was articulating something he wanted to accomplish and he was very intense and direct about it.

The last thing I did before I turned off this computer last night was post the update to my blog. On that blog I had a link to “Earth Song”. That video is particularly moving to me. That one and “We’ve Had Enough.” Watching those two videos it struck me that this is what God must see when he looks down here. And we still don’t get it
.
Most of Michael’s music after 2003 leaned very heavily toward trying to get the message across that we are going in the wrong direction. Songs like “Earth Song”, and “We’ve Had Enough” and “They Don’t Care About Us” and “Cry”. Have you ever seen the lyrics to “Cry”? He can’t do it by himself. We can’t do it by ourselves. It was these songs going to albums in the latter part of his history with Sony that the effort to get him cut down began in earnest.

Michael’s battles did not start with Sony, they started with the press and the media. If it weren’t for the campaign those two entities had against Michael, Sony would have never been able to accomplish the destruction of Michael that they did. Sony just “fell in” to what was already churning, like a gear inserted into an already operating machine to increase its power.

Michael had a moral compass that had two directions on it . . . right and wrong. What he witnessed was either right or wrong and he based his decisions on it. This didn’t make everyone around him happy. When a decision Michael made based on right or wrong put someone off, they retaliated. People don’t take kindly to paying the consequences for their actions. They take it personally, especially from someone like Michael, to whom they were so emotionally attached.

Lynton Guest used to work for Sony. He wrote a book about what was happening to Michael Jackson as a result of Sony’s backdoor maneuverings. The common denominator in everything surrounding Michael Jackson’s death is John Branca. A quote from Lynton, featured on MJJ-777’s web site:

…So those at Sony had to find a way to rid the company of Jackson but keep hold of the rights to his recordings. There was also the matter of Sony ATV, in which the Japanese were determined to acquire a controlling interest. Norio Ohga could not have envisaged it would take ten years, a high-profile criminal trial, and the personal destruction of music’s greatest talent before the objective was finally realized. -Lynton Guest

Sony and Michael Jackson never repaired the relationship. Much like the rest of the P.R. cover Branca and companies have put out over the last ten months, it is propaganda . . . and the press has been a convenient and perfectly fitting accomplice. A video to remind those of the strife Michael was put through over his ownership of the Sony/ATV catalog: A Timeline

Unbreakable, was the song Michael wanted as the first single. The lyrics to Unbreakable may have been why Sony didn’t want it released. Could there have already been plans in motion involving a journalist and a project to follow Michael through 8 months of his life in hopes of finding something to nail him with? This video featuring Michael’s speech of frustration while trying to promote his own album, was back in 2002 . . . not long before the broadcast of Bashir’s “Living with Michael Jackson” and quite possibly while Bashir was tagging around with him all over the world.

Michael had to promote his own album (something a music company is contracted to do as part of their rights to consideration . . . or profit percentages from that album), and organized a 30th Anniversary celebration at Madison Square Garden. Sony was unhappy with this and refused to promote the concerts. They actually sent out a memo world wide forbidding promotion of the concerts to their offices. Michael also organized an album signing in New York, which according to the article was something he had never done before.

Remember Michael needed sales from this Album to reach 10 million in order to keep from defaulting on the loan Sony made to him over half of Michael’s share of the Sony/ATV catalog. The battle in the press however, looked a lot different:

Forbes Article 2003 blames Michael's spending.

AllMichaelJackson.com: This gives a less sensational version of the story.

Wired.com: blames Michael's huge production costs for videos. (Didn't seem to bother his other albums though!)

EW.com: claims Tommy quit Sony. They also claim that Sony spent $30 million to promote “Invincible”. It was Michael who spent $25 million when Sony refused to promote it after laying out only $5 million. $5 million! For an artist of Michael’s caliber! Pretty sad!

Despite Sony’s refusal to take part in the promotion of an album they produced (they were looking at much bigger profits with the Sony/ATV catalog they were after), “Invincible” became number 1 in 13 countries INCLUDING the U.S., thanks to Michael’s efforts. Sony took credit for it’s success. After only five months, Sony deleted “Invincible” from it’s “International priority” list. Do not believe the lies being put out there by John Branca, AEG and Sony officials. They have as many trolls out there as the press, trying to counter the truth that is now coming to the surface of the scum in the pond.

Seven years after Tommy Mottola was supposedly fired from Sony over the conflict of interest between him and John Branca and he is interviewed on the “Today” show concerning Michael’s unreleased music: Tommy Mottola. Tell me, why would Tommy Mottola still be speaking for Sony? Why would Tommy Mottola be the “gatekeeper” of Michael’s unreleased music after his death? He spoke very admiringly about Michael and his talent, but I couldn’t suppress the automatic reflex to duck when I saw the saliva flying from the drool he was unable to control. Maybe he looked down at the beginning of his interview to hide the complete glee in his eyes over what they had just accomplished? (I’m sorry. That sounds a bit tabloid-ish, doesn’t it? I digress…)

Michael did not have many enemies. Michael had one enemy who used many hired hands to bring him down, some paid more than others. Some of those people had their own agenda or reasons for taking part in the attack: money, promotion of their own work or career, their 15 minutes of fame. For some, it was just an opportunity to have access to him.

The media, although evil and self serving on it’s own, was really just a player. Michael’s real enemy was sin, in all it’s forms. Greed for what Michael possessed was the main cause of what happened to him. Unfortunately most of those people couldn’t even identify what it was that Michael had that they so wanted, so they substituted what they DID understand . . . money, fame, possessions, recognition.

What Michael really had, was in his heart, not in his bank account. People saw it, they saw it in his eyes, in his conduct, but they could not identify it. When you don’t understand something what do you do with it? You pull it apart to learn more about it. People end up destroying what they want and cannot have. It reminds them of what they are not. Hence Michael was tried, tempted, bullied, oppressed, betrayed . . . They threw everything at him they could.

If you want to destroy someone you get to know them, their deepest reason for being. Michael’s biggest motivation was his love for people – This is how they got in.

Michael’s most prominent quality was his love for children. They used that to destroy him. By the time Sony saw the unwillingness of the media to let go of the rumors surrounding Michael, they knew exactly what they were going to use to bring him down. I no longer believe any of this was a coincidence. I no longer believe that this was just some conspiracy theory cooked up by life-long fans that refuse to believe that Michael’s behavior contributed to his own demise. To the contrary, Michael’s behavior was admirable in spite of what was done to him.

Although the media would be my first target for exposure, most already know this industry is not the bastion of truth that professes to bring us “news”. Sony has to be our concern, since they had the most to gain from Michael’s death.

Please take time to look at this site: SonyBoycott

This is where this will have to start. I also have a website (currently unfinished, thanks to the time I spend researching for this blog on this link.

Here you can even contact Sony at its different offices around the world. However, it is best to concentrate on promoting the information behind John Branca, the forged will, the Sony/ATV catalog and the bridge of AEG and “This is It.” Visit those two web sites above, then contact any of the administrators of those sites for more information.

How much did Michael know, when and why? Find out in our next update, when we learn from Michael just what he knew was going on through interviews, phone recordings and even his own song lyrics.

Media’s Abuse of One Man or Society as a Whole?

April 22, 2010 – Media’s Abuse of One Man or Society as aWhole?

Psalms 62: 3 – 12:
How long will you attack a man? You shall be slain, all of you, Like a leaning wall and a tottering fence. They only consult to cast him down from his high position; They delight in lies; They bless with their mouth, But they curse inwardly. Selah

My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my Salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God.

Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah

Surely men of low degree are a vapor, Men of high degree are a lie; If they are weighed on the scales, They are altogether lighter than vapor. Do not trust in oppression, Nor vainly hope in robbery; If riches increase, Do not set your heart on them.

God has spoken once, Twice I have heard this: That power belongs to God. Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy; For You render to each one according to his work.”
Appropriate Psalms for the subject at hand.

Today while sitting with my client (she loves daytime T.V.), we were watching the “Today” show. Rebbie Jackson was being interviewed. I had seen interviews with Jermaine, Janet a couple of times, LaToya and a brief interview with Joe Jackson. I had never seen or heard Rebbie speak, even before Michael’s death. I had only read comments she had made in various magazines . . . and we know how dangerous THAT can be.

Rebbie is the eldest of the nine Jackson children. Like her siblings she is soft spoken, polite, cautious and yes, she’s cute too. It was nice to hear from the oldest Jackson child. As the oldest sibling in my family I guess I expected to hear a bit of the “motherly” tone to her answers to the questions she was asked. Maybe if the interview was longer. She was only on for the stretch of time between the commercials.

Rebbie talked about how Michael’s children were doing and that they seemed to be doing very well. She talked about how hard it was during the first days after Michael’s death. There are many fans that I have talked to that still say they cannot get past their grief. Many openly wonder how the family is doing it.

Rebbie said she believed Michael’s children were adjusting well because they were surrounded and protected by family. During the weeks after Michael’s death, Rebbie moved back into the Encino home, as did a couple other family members, just to be together and support each other. I couldn’t believe my lack of discipline when I felt a touch of denial creeping back into my thoughts. I found myself looking for evidence . . . of what? What did I expect? That Rebbie should be bawling her eyes out on national television to satisfy what I thought was a lack of mourning? What was wrong with me?

I listened to Rebbie talk about a deal with Michael’s music being part of the Cirque de Solei and a new reality T.V. series which was not elaborated on. Could be the revival of the four brothers doing the “Jackson Family Dynasty” that was on last winter. She mentioned Mark Lester being the Godfather of all three of Michael’s children and it was also mentioned that Mark Lester was the actual father of Paris, although Lauer said this and not Rebbie. (I did not want to bring this up, but it was mentioned on national television. I wanted it said like I heard it and not have you read it in a tabloid somewhere).

Toward the end of the interview, Rebbie was asked about Murray and the investigation. Rebbie did say that there were some interesting things being discovered during the investigation, and that it was beyond Murray. She reminded us that it is an ongoing investigation and that she cannot say anymore. This gave me some hope. Maybe people are listening? Maybe letters are getting through? Maybe . . . just maybe, we should keep writing those letters!

Go to http://www.michaeljacksonjustice.com and click on the link at the top center of the page. It will take you to where you can copy and edit sample letters to the addresses of state senators, representatives and U.S. senators for the State of California. Keep those letters going in!

I was also asked to pass this along . . . It is an open letter to “believers” as they are now being called. Please copy this link and pass it on. It has an important message. http://xltweet.com/show/?id=50555D5A5D

For those of you who don’t know what “believers” are, this is the “tag” that people have been given who believe that Michael may still be alive. For the purposes of this blog, I am not going to argue these theories one way or the other. What is more important is that people understand the misinformation out there, the culprits behind the misinformation (the media) and to remember not to get swayed. You have eyes, you have ears, you have a brain. Don’t depend on the interpretation of information of others. This is how the governments and those behind them got the world into this big of a mess to begin with. If nothing else, the lesson learned from what the media and the press did to Michael should remind you of how slimy these entities are. The tone of the letter is that everyone should work together and that is what we should do, regardless of what you believe individually.

Michael’s auto-biographical songs seemed to be written by the truckloads after the cutesy, tongue in cheek “Leave me Alone” with the lyrics. This was written and put together before the more vicious of the press attacks were launched. I love his dogs in the video by the way.

Privacy – Written and performed on the “Invincible” album (yes the one that SONY refused to promote in their attempt to force Michael to sell his half of the Sony business to them). Privacy was about the press and it is believed that the “friend” who died to get away from them was Princess Diana. Very sad song. And still laws have not been passed to control these leeches. I do not particularly like the song but I love the lyrics.

I Have This Dream – an unreleased song of Michael’s, which I found posted on Reflectionsonthedance.com. A very accurate self-explanation of who he is: The lyrics are below.

"I have this dream" By Michael Jackson
(one of Michael's unpublished songs)

some people say
I live in a fantasy
because I see the world
differently
visions come to me
in my sleep
I closed my eyes
to see what God is showing me

close your eyes
and imagine with me
see the wonder
in every living thing
if we can life
the way it is in my dreams
love will take us to a place where
god can be seen

this is my dream

I have this dream
this i believe
the world a place for all humanity
if we could take love to it's highest level
more than the world has ever seen
I have this dream

verse 2

let's put Gods love on display
angel of love come my way
it really up to you and me
one world together in harmony

in my dream I see heaven
and the face of the one perfect being
I see people turning into angels
and God giving them their wings

chorus

I have this dream
this I believe
the world's a place
for all humanity

if we could take love
to it's highest level
more than the world has ever seen
I have this dream”

Stranger in Moscow – My all time favorite I only discovered this song back in October (my day of ephiphany) even though it was written in 1995. Michael was a master at marrying lyrics to the melody and this song was perfect. I could listen to the melody all day without the lyrics. Also the beat-boxing you hear at the beginning of the song is Michael. This song was about the pain of enduring the extortion attempt-turned-child-molestation case, the media feeding frenzy and the abandonment he felt by the music industry and his fellow artists during his time of need. (The most prominent basis of my anger regarding what happened to him).

They Don’t Care About Us – One of my newly discovered favorites. I had never heard this song before he died. To tell you the truth when I listened to this song, all I could think about was the book of Revelation, one world government, and the mess that the greed for power and control has made of God’s creation. Very powerful message. Michael filmed two different versions of this song in video. The one above is the version he shot in a prison in the Philippines, and the other video version was shot in the slums of Rio de Janero.

Too Bad – My son, while watching the “Ghosts” short (one of the most amazing short films I’ve ever seen of Michael’s), is the one that pointed out to me the subject of this song when he exclaimed “Did you hear what he said? That’s about his life!” This from a boy who has Asperger’s and knew nothing about Michael Jackson other than he did “Thriller”. I have two links for this: One with the lyrics, and one with the Ghosts’ video so you can enjoy the amazing choreography for which Michael was famous. I’m sorry the video is a bad copy, but it has the lyrics with it. This song was written about the District Attorney Tom Sneddon, who spent millions trying to nail Michael Jackson after the 1993 trial, including flying to Australia to try to recruit “victims” to testify against him. If you get a chance, watch the entire “Ghosts” video. It’s probably the most artistically magnificent movie short I’ve ever seen from him.

Ghosts - This was also about Sneddon. The whole video was a depiction of the lengths Tom Sneddon went to use the media to smear Michael before a trial even began. Ten years later, Tom was at it again after the airing of Martin Bashir’s “Living with Michael Jackson”. Lyrics also included. If you pay attention to the full length video here, Michael plays four parts, including that of the fat, town mayor . . . all makeup. This film short cost just over three million to produce. The full length in four parts starts here.

Tabloid Junkie – Yes, this is really a song, which I will let speak for itself.

Money – In answer to the 1993 allegations and the extortion funds Sony and their insurance company paid his accusers. The father of the boy tried to come back and sue (again) Michael for another 60 million, but Michael’s lawyers counter-sued. Two months after Michael’s death, this same man committed suicide by shooting himself in the head in a New Jersey Hotel room. If Michael had been alive when this happened, he probably would have cried.

Unbreakable – Pretty much to everyone that was after him. Notice that Notorious B.I.G. did the rap vocals on this song . . . remember the story of Notorious’s first meeting with Michael a few updates back? I love the lyrics, in defiance from an otherwise humble man.

Michael. A Witness in Music

April 18 – Michael. A Witness in Music

I am very lucky. I feel blessed to have somehow been placed in a position where I got to know Michael as a person before I really got to know his music. I missed a lot but his stardom never really had a chance to jade my opinion of him.

After June of last year, I was moved to find out what happened to him. To this day is still baffles me. Why? Other celebrities died that year, Farrah Fawcett the same week! When I started this blog, I told this story.

Before June of last year, I knew enough about Michael Jackson to know that he did not deserve what the press had done to him over the years. Between June 2009 and January of 2010, I studied him. I watched every interview, speech, awards show, home movie, documentary and news clip where Michael was talking about Michael. I learned that he was this wounded child who kept going and going and going, despite being emotionally dismembered by having the very love he spoke about in the Bible twisted back on him by vicious people.

Watching those interviews in chronological order was like watching a man slowly dying in front of my eyes. His eyes were more tortured with each progressive interview. The 2003 “60 Minutes interview was the worst. Michael seemed unable to comprehend just how evil people could be.

If you want to get to know an artist, you read their art. I spent my childhood escaping into the three gifts that God had given me. I did not understand the power and protection this afforded me until I began to study Michael’s art. To my surprise, this was not limited to his music and dancing. Michael was a creature of creation. I found pictures of drawings (above) that Michael drew: Caricatures, realism, portraits, fantasy, and even a little engineering (He and another gentlemen created and held the patent on those “gravity shoes” featured in “Smooth Criminal” video).

Michael wrote most of his own song lyrics and even though he did not read music (this shocked me), would create the music for his songs by singing each instrumental part including the harmony, to each band member. He wrote poetry, he wrote prose and stories. He knew his way around just about every type of camera, he loved directing and wanted to move into film when he got too old to dance.

Working with what he had created already, I was interested in his songs, especially those after 1993, since that is when I lost track of his career. Michael knew what was going on in the world. Many of his songs were prayers, some were warnings, others were the only retaliation he exhibited against those that tried to destroy him.

Some of my favorites, click on the names of the songs to hear or see the video:

Man in the Mirror - "It is my philosophy, too: "If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself, and then make a change". People don’t look at themselves honestly. They don’t look at themselves and point the finger, it’s always the other guy’s fault. You should change yourself. Look at yourself, make better of yourself....I’m never totally satisfied, I always wish the world could be a better place. No, not at all!...Hopefully, that’s what I do with my music, and bring happiness to people...and to bring joy and some peace in their lives." - 1987 Ebony/JET TV interview (Michael did not write this song, but you can certainly feel him performing it).

Heal the World - “It all begins with forgiveness, because to heal the world, we first have to heal ourselves. And to heal the kids, we first have to heal the child within, each and every one of us.” - Michael Jackson Oxford Speech.

Speechless - Michael Jackson wrote “Speechless” in 1998. One of his most beautiful songs, God, hallowed ground and pray are throughout the lyrics Michael was asked about his inspiration for writing “Speechless” - “I was with these kids in Germany, and we had a big water-balloon fight - I'm serious - and I was so happy after the fight that I ran upstairs in their house and wrote "Speechless". Fun inspires me. I hate to say that, because it's such a romantic song. But it was the fight that did it. I was happy, and I wrote it in it's entirety right there. I felt it would be good enough for the album. Out of the bliss comes magic, wonderment, and creativity. – Michael Jackson, Vibe Magazine

We’ve Had Enough – About the violence in the city and the war in Iraq. Michael wrote this song with wrote this with songwriter Carol Bayer Sager. Powerful vocals in this song, Michael exercises his athletic vibrato. Powerful phrase “Did God say that you could decide, who would live and who would die” took the air from my lungs.

Earth Song - One of my favorite songs. I couldn’t understand the lyrics until I saw the video and read the lyrics at the same time (strong instrumentals drown him out at the end of the song). I love the ending of the video and the way he interpreted God renewing everything. It reminded me of another quote of his regarding man’s ability to change things and that it couldn’t be done without God.

I will try to interpret and post some more songs in another blog update. I want to include a section on Michael’s auto-biographical songs. It is first hand testimony from Michael himself, on what he’s been through.

Many of Michael’s songs incorporated parts of Bible verses, prayers and praise. This is a good link to a web site which lists some of Michael’s more popular, faith-inspired songs. Nashville Gospel

Michael Jackson Poems, if you would like to read them:
14 Poems

Michael wrote many of his songs in the tree pictured at the top of this blog entry. Children, God, and Creation were what most inspired his song and prose.

I once had someone tell me, “I saw no evidence that Michael Jackson was a Christian.” This of course, from someone who never bothered to look for any. If you are looking to condemn a man, what effort will you make to see any good in him? (That's my quote).

You don’t have to dig very deep to find the man of faith behind the name. Someone very close to Michael once told me that Michael could not foresee the consequences of his own actions. Maybe that is because Michael had the enviable ability to see things through clean windows, while most of us could only see through a dirty lens. Sometimes you just have to look with better eyes. The one’s that God originally gave us.

Instead of quoting some of Michael’s quotes, I would like you to read what this woman collected on her web site. There is a lot of truth and a lot of pain from him. I refer often to Debbie’s web site because she has one of the largest collections of “Michael-isms” This particular page not only lists quotes on his faith but also on his reactions to the lies the press has constantly put out about him. Reflectionsonthedance.com.

"People saw a grown man on the outside and were stunned by his inability to process his own behavior as seen through the lens of a jaded society." - Micheline

“Michael, because of the life he was forced to live from a very young age, and from the abuse he suffered, both physical and psychological was disabled in this way - yet BRILLIANTLY genius in another. This caused people to misunderstand his innocence and to misunderstand HIM - and he was abused for it - abused AGAIN because the first round of abuse he suffered as a child rendered him forever a child in some ways. NO ONE understood that.

Michael's behavior - ALL of it, makes PERFECT sense if you consider that in a big way he was still a child inside - it was a child's behavior. An INNOCENT child - it's where Michael stopped developing in the logistical/adult/decision-making part of his head - when he was around 8-10 years old. He had NO children his own age to interact with and was thrust into an adult world he was bound to succeed in - as a child. And he was, IMO emotionally and even possibly physically damaged by this and by the abuse.

Creatively however, which is another, different part of the brain, Michael flourished - he was a genius. People - adults - had trouble reconciling that when they looked at this powerful performer on stage who set the stage and the World on fire with is art.

How could be then NOT understand how his behavior looks 'funny' to adults in a jaded and cynical society? Easy. Because in another part of his mind he was still a child! As a child his behavior made perfect sense and it was innocent! He didn't have the capacity to understand why his own behavior puzzled less innocent minds. He just didn't.

He was only human. I SO wish more people tried to understand that about him. My God! What other human could go through what Michael did and maintain any semblance of sanity - remain good and innocent, and giving and beautiful, without ending up jaded, bitter, angry? I know of no one.

I hope he is in the heavenliest of Heavens - the most beautiful, blissful place in the Universe. He deserves that. Michael the creative genius deserves it. Michael the beautiful man deserves it. And that child, MOST of all, deserves it.”
– Seven Bowie

A recent quote in a letter I wrote about him:

“You were the first person in my whole life that made me aware that I wanted to accept and take on someone else’s pain . . . yours. For no other reason than I loved you. I asked you to give me your pain because I loved you. It was that moment I realized what Christ did for us, and it was that moment I realized what love was. You showed me that. Maybe that is why God sent me to you?”

There are times that we are going to see things we do not understand. We have to step back and look through the same eyes that we had as children, before the world changed us, sullied us and jaded us. It is these burdens that we are supposed to leave at the cross. It is with a child’s heart that Jesus wants us to love and trust him. If Michael could do it through everything he suffered, then why can't we?

Sunday Poem - Child in the Wings

I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend (as relaxing as can be expected). I also hope most of you are still writing your letters. Keep them going out. The new pre-trial date is June 14, 2010.

Below is the poem I wrote (the first one) back in October, the night after I had the "air kiss" and the dream. This one, and Feather's on the Wind, are my favorites. I will post "Child in the Wings" with pictures tonight and post "Feathers on the Wind" next Sunday.

After that, I think I have to write more poems.

Child in the Wings

As your book of life was opened
Destined was your name
Songs laid bare before you
Childhood yields to fame
Early start at reaching back
For time lost to the lights
Sacrificing playtime smiles
To dancing in the night

Maverick in the Spotlight
A child in the wings
Doors of souls are opened
Every time he sings
Tears are for the lonely
Staging every dream
Maverick in the spotlight
A child in the wings

The message God had given
Spoken through your songs
From the heart of innocence
Tell me what went wrong
A second childhood splintered
Press denial of truth
Our maverick forced in exile
Another wounded youth

Maverick in the spotlight
A child’s folded wings
No longer his soul mourning
No longer hear him sing
Those who judged the lonely
Silencing the dream
Maverick in the lovelight
A child earned his wings

Michael the Witness. Stories from Others

April 17,2010 – Michael the Witness. Stories from Others

Psalms 59:2-4 - Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, And save me from bloodthirsty men. For look, they lie in wait for my life; The mighty gather against me, Not for my transgression nor for my sin, O LORD. They run and prepare themselves through no fault of mine. Awake to help me, and behold!

Since I have to work today, I thought I would let others do the talking today. I wanted to strive to communicate the importance of being an example for others to follow.

Michael tried to do this but the media practically buried his testimony in rumors, vindictive lies from employees fired for stealing, frivolous lawsuits, punch lines of jokes and false stories. Much of what is said below you did not hear about on the news, or Entertainment Tonight, nor did you read it in the tabloids.

Because of this very few got to know the real Michael. Those that did testified about a completely different man than the tabloids and T.V. entertainment shows sold to all of us. What is most surprising is that even those in Michael’s own industry rarely came to his defense. Those that did, told their stories below:

I remember a story I read on a message board for recording studio owners and producers. One of the people Michael worked with in mixing music frequently, told a story about the rap artist “Notorious B.I.G.” meeting Michael Jackson for the first time at a recording studio, working on one of Michael's songs:

“Simply for security, Michael's security would enter and make sure that no one was in the room that shouldn't be, and once that was confirmed (it was just me, Biggie and Dallas), Michael came in. Biggie nearly broke out in tears...I could tell how much this meant to him. Well, Michael could have this effect on anyone, even the most hardcore rappers! Biggie was tripping up on his words, bowing down and telling Michael how much his music had meant to him in his life. Michael was, as always, very humble and kept smiling while Biggie just went on and on how much he loved Michael. I watched Biggie just become this big butterball of a man, and it was really very sweet to witness. After all, we are all just people.” – The Resonator

Another from the same web site. These were different stories told by Rob Hoffman:

“Once, while we were taking a break, I think we were actually watching the OJ chase on TV, there was a news program talking about him(Michael) being in Europe with some little boy. I was sitting next to the guy while the news is making this crap up. He just looked at me and said ‘this is what I have to deal with.’”

“I spent close to 3 years working with him, and not once did I question his morals, or ever believe any of the allegations. I wasn't even a fan then. I saw him interact with his brothers kids, other people's children, and at one point my own girlfriend's kids. I got to spend a day at Neverland with them. A completely incredible human being, always looking for a way to make all children's lives better. Every weekend at Neverland was donated to a different children's group - children with AIDS, children cancer, etc., and most of the time he wasn't there. He was simply living the childhood he never had. In many ways he never grew up.”

“We recorded a Christmas song during the summer of '94 that needed a children's choir. Michael insisted that the entire studio be decorated with xmas lights, tree, fake snow and a sled for their recording. And he bought presents for everyone.”

“Bruce and I were talking about walking to the studio everyday in NYC, and what routes we took. Michael looked at us and said we were so lucky to be able to do that. He couldn't walk down the street without being harassed. It was a sad moment for all of us.” - Rob Hoffman

On Michael’s ability to create music without ever having learned to read music:

“One morning MJ came in with a new song he had written overnight. We called in a guitar player, and Michael sang every note of every chord to him. "here's the first chord first note, second note, third note. Here's the second chord first note, second note, third note", etc., etc. We then witnessed him giving the most heartfelt and profound vocal performance, live in the control room through an SM57."

He would sing us an entire string arrangement, every part. Steve Porcaro once told me he witnessed MJ doing that with the string section in the room. Had it all in his head, harmony and everything. Not just little eight bar loop ideas. he would actually sing the entire arrangement into a micro-cassette recorder complete with stops and fills.” Rob Hoffman

On the way Michael dealt with confrontation between fellow artists:

At one point Michael was angry at one of the producers on the project because he was treating everyone terribly. Rather than create a scene or fire the guy, Michael called him to his office/lounge and one of the security guys threw a pie in his face. No further action was needed . – Rob Hoffman

“I erased a live keyboard overdub that he played one night. He came in the next morning, replaced it, and never uttered another word about it.” – Rob Hoffman

“About the same time MJ was working with John at Image they were also doing stuff at Westlake. I remember sitting around the office talking with Matt Forger plenty of times and Matt saying "I've never seen anyone with this kind of work ethic and skills". Plexisis

On reports of his drug use:

“Something beyond vicious was done to this beautiful artist and King of a man, and everybody knows it. And yet, Diane Diane Dimond is given carte blanche to call Michael a ‘drug addict.’ Yes, Michael ended his days needing an anaesthetic to sleep, but for the majority of his career he was known for his abstention.” – Everything

On his compassion (Brett is not a very well liked person, but I do like this quote from him).

“I know that people looked at Michael and thought he was strange, but to me, he was fascinating,” Ratner says. “He was the most inspirational person in my life. His one dream was to cure all the sick children in the world. And when I’d say, ‘Isn’t that impossible?’ Michael would just start to cry. He was very emotional.” – Brett Ratner

Wil.i.am, from the “Black Eyed Peas” was invited to Ireland in 2007 by Michael to experiment with some sounds, to work on a remix for some of the songs from “Thriller”. It was to be a 25th anniversary album and one of the contractual obligations Michael was to complete for Sony to close that relationship. Wil.i.am made a video for Michael as “Good bye” and a “Thank you” for the time Michael invested in him. Particularly touching was Will’s recollection of what Michael did for him on Father’s day. That one made me cry. Click Here.

Michael on Creation:

“Some people believe in the Big Bang, which I don't, and some people believe in the Creation, that story with Adam and Eve, that this universe isn't an accident. To say this universe was created by a Big Bang or an accident is to say, 'Okay, I want you to take a car engine and we are going to take each piece apart and we are going to put it in a bath tub, and I want you to shake it up.' You can shake that tub 100 years and it will never become the perfect engine. All the pieces to come together and make an engine, that is like saying the Big Bang theory, and there was a big explosion and we got children and trees, and plants, and the air we breath, and oxygen. Somebody had to create this, a designed had to create this. From our lashes to our mouths to our digestive system. Don't you agree?" – Michael Jackson

On the attacks he’s suffered:

"I get angry, yeah. But I know that is the way of the world. That's the theme of my world show: Be kind, heal the world. Let's walk out of here a different human being. Let's love. It's like going to church, but I do it without preaching. I do it through music and dancing. Marilyn Manson says onstage, "Kill God....take your Bibles and tear them...." Yet the press doesn't attack HIM!” – Michael Jackson

“Based on the aforementioned and other details, I can tell you all with absolute certainty that Michael had accepted Jesus Christ, understood who He is and had given His life to Him.” – Jess (pseudonym for privacy)

Seth Riggs, Michael’s vocal coach - . "Michael is a very special man. He would come in for his lesson and sit down and we would have a prayer and then read the Bible and then have another prayer and start to work. That's the way he liked to begin his day. Can you imagine a performer as big as Michael Jackson turning around in a lesson and discussing how wonderful God has been to him and how much he loves God?"

There are countless message board posts from people all over the world that have stories about Michael that never got picked up by the media.

For the next few blogs, I will concentrate on the media. The one quote that hit me above was the one by “Everything”. Something vicious was done to this man. And it’s time this was brought out into the light.

Michael, the Last Witness

April 15, 2010 – Michael, the Last Witness
False Prophets and the Media

This is where the rubber is going to start to meet the road when opposition to a person’s beliefs stands face to face with them. I am getting increasing pressure from people that I personally know about this blog and what I’m doing. These are people that not only do not understand, but do not WANT to understand. Maybe it is just that they are incapable of understanding. They can’t see because they are looking through world-view eyes or . . . media eyes.

The media is the new empire. They dictate to us what truth is, what is right and wrong. They twist society opinion and what society accepts as normal, moral, just and important.

It will never be enough for people like this to just leave you to your convictions. No, they have to take it upon themselves to try to bring you into conformance. It’s a control issue as I see it now. “If you don’t believe as I believe and think as I think, there is something wrong with you….” So be it. These tactics are nothing new. The Pharisees and the Saducees tried to frame Christ with their laws and unspoken rules of society, and herein lies the problem:

Christ and God, filtered through the lens of the world, is still through the world. This is exactly what the Bible tells us to watch out for. God’s word, not societal opinion (which constantly changes) determines right and wrong. With Michael’s own words, they sought to destroy him. These Bible verses were very enlightening. I wonder if the prophets foresaw the cancer of the press and the media in our world today:

Isaiah 28:15 - Because you have said, “We have made a covenant with death, And with Sheol we are in agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, It will not come to us, For we have made lies our refuge, And under falsehood we have hidden ourselves.”

Galatians 4:17 – “17 They zealously court you, but for no good; yes, they want to exclude you, that you may be zealous for them.”

2 Peter 2:3 – “By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does[a] not slumber.” (Bashir anyone?)

2 Peter 2:18 – “For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error.”

Daniel 6:4, 5 – “So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. 5 Then these men said, “We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.”

Of false Witnesses:

The devil tempted God to smite Job with to prove Job would denounce God once his blessing were taken away. Job refused to denounce God after losing everything to the devil.

Job 2:5 – “But stretch out Your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will surely curse You to Your face!” (Michael said, “I will never stop helping and loving people the way Jesus said to” after being arrested for a second time, ten years after the first family betrayed him for money)

Potifar’s wife, in falsely accusing Joseph

Genesis 39:14 – “that she called to the men of her house and spoke to them, saying, “See, he has brought in to us a Hebrew to mock us. He came in to me to lie with me, and I cried out with a loud voice. 15 And it happened, when he heard that I lifted my voice and cried out, that he left his garment with me, and fled and went outside.”

1 Corinthians 4:12 & 13 – “And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure; 13 being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now.”

Interesting from Biblical times, things have not changed. A man who refused to budge on God and Jesus and loving people was publicly defamed, slandered, betrayed, deceived, stolen from, mentally tortured, threatened, dragged through the mud and emotionally eviscerated over a period of 15 years before he was finally killed. The media in our country and even abroad, was the engine behind the posse.

It could have been because he was black and the most successful artist of all time. I could have been because his appearance changed. It could have been because he owned half of Sony and the Japanese didn’t want to “share” with a black man. It could have been because nobody wanted to accept a “King of Pop” that also believed in cherishing innocence. It could have been because they thought he wanted to be “white” and it could have been because other artists were jealous. But there are other “stars” and celebrities that are “unique” and odd and eccentric and they are celebrated! So what was the difference between Liberace and Michael? What was the difference between Little Richard and Michael? What was the difference between Phil Specter and Michael? What was the difference between Roman Polanski and Michael? What did Michael do differently then these icon’s of self indulgence?

Not one of the personalities of pop culture mentioned above ever witnessed about God to their admirers in a public forum. Not one of them spoke of Jesus and tried to explain his love on numerous nationally televised interviews over periods of decades. Not one of them. Aside from Little Richard, none of the others even knew God.

Michael was right. The media and the press do not want to print good news . . . good news to them does not sell. But was there a bigger conspiracy to silence Michael then that of a self-righteous and morbidly zealous media? Was the media the co-conspirator or just the tool used by someone/something bigger?

Is there an underground conspiracy to corrupt and infect the innocence that is left in the world? Well, if one were to read the oldest known history book we have available, the answer is an inarguable yes. The conspiracy began with the first man and woman of creation.

I am not trying to sell anyone on the innocence of Michael as a person. He was a human being. It wasn’t that Michael was trying to be perfect. Michael was one of those rare people who sincerely wanted and tried to be Christ-like. He never even claimed that he attained that. Only that he was always trying. He too, saw and understood that God-designed, pure version of love Jesus was. That is what Michael was in love with. That is what he tried to show people through example. It took a massive and suffocating media industry to cover for so long, what Michael was trying to accomplish, with the lies and false witnessing. And this folks, is only the beginning. Michael will not be the last persecuted witness.

We will never again have anyone as influential and globally loved as Michael was. God gave us someone that we did not deserve, to show us again, since the grand majority of us have forgotten, what love and sacrifice looked like. Michael was God’s exhibit. This is what it looked like for someone to struggle and fight and claw and take blows as he persevered and continued to try to be Christ-like.

Michael was not perfect. He fell. He slid down slippery slopes, he worried, he was afraid, he cried, he prayed, but he trusted and he continued to hold on to Him. I believe it is the only way he survived as long as he did.

Was Michael a dying man who finally gave up the fight? That remains to be seen. It Could be that God knew that enough of us would see this struggle for what it was and could no longer bear seeing Michael’s agony. Maybe God saw enough hearts opened up just enough to begin to wake up and take the reins, and called Michael home.

There are so many other children out there, asleep and in the grasp of the corrupt defilers of the innocent. There is so little time left. There are so many who just will not make it. What are we going to do about it?

Michael wanted to help the children of this world. I don’t think he meant just the young ones. There are lost children in every adult. Some have been found and named, but many more are still lost and cold and lonely, isolated and afraid. What are we going to do about it? Are we finally going to accept the purpose for which we were created? Or is Michael the last witness?

An insightful explanation from another one of my dear friends, on why she believes so many people who never considered themselves fans before, find such a connection with Michael:

“Michael was simply...US! In him we found a connection to ourselves. Our vulnerability, our longing, our loneliness, our craving for love, our youth, our innocence, our humanity. And this is the worst agony...all the injustice we see around us was concentrated in what society and the media did to one man...Michael. And he was INNOCENT! It doesn't get much worse than this!” - Micheline

Tomorrow, Michael, the witness. We will read about the influence in faith Michael has had on others.
