Michael Jackson Justice: The Lynching of Justice in California

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

The Lynching of Justice in California

May 23, 2010 – The Lynching of Justice in California

Yes, it is a lynching. What is going on in California? Is there anyone there that can outbid the bad guys for justice in that state? This didn’t start with Enron and it didn’t start with the Michael Jackson trials either. And it won’t end with California. (I pick on California because they seem to care the least about how transparent this is).

On April 22, 2009 a man named Billy Shaw was pronounced dead at the scene of his home in Cartersville, Alabama. His step daughter, Karrie Willoughby, said she found him in the living room of their home. Cause of death was apparent heart attack.

Karrie Willoughby was a nurse at Chattanooga Medical Center. They started an investigation into Shaw’s death when they discovered that Willoughby had signed out the drug Propofol. They checked blood samples from the deceased Shaw and found Propfol in his blood.

They started proceedings to exhume his body and on May 13, 2009 they exhumed Shaw’s body to perform an autopsy. Read the story here

They discovered that Shaw did not die from a heart attack but was poisoned with propofol by injection. Ms. Willoughby is being held WITHOUT BAIL in a Dekalb County jail. She is being charged with capital murder.

On June 25, 2010 Dr. Conrad Murray killed Michael Joseph Jackson via propofol spike and was left alone to die. In California, if you are Michael Jackson, that is a mistake, not murder. Dr. Murray received a charge of “involuntary manslaughter” and was released on $75,000 bail. He still practices medicine in his Houston Clinic. Unbelievable.

In California, justice gets traded like the stock on the floor of the NYSE and the NASDAQ. In California, men can be thrown in prison without a charge and left there for 15 months because he was getting ready to expose 400 judges in that state who took bribes.

In California, District Attorneys can falsify timelines and falsify evidence after the start of a case and not only escape serving time but finish out their terms without getting disbarred. Heck Sneddon got a building named after him after the millions he squandered trying to frame an innocent man. The corruption in California is not a secret, as one attorney on “On Second Thought” T.V. show testified.

The man who covered this 2005 trial and even mentions a corporate conspiracy getting the Santa Monica justice system involved in the lynching of Michael Jackson (he called it a lynching, I didn’t).

Thousands of letters have gone out to Steve Cooley, Jerry Brown and various state and U.S. senators of California. This person has received no one reply back. I received not even a form letter stating “we appreciate your time in writing us. We value your input . . .” for my trouble. That in itself is unusual considering most of them stand to lose their seats come the next election.

One also has to question why the media has been so silent with the evidence out there. I know I’m rehashing previously trampled topics, but it still leaves me speechless.

Tonight during our sermon in evening church and in honor of Memorial Day (a week early), the message was “Freedom is Not Free”.

John Adams once said, while arguing for a Republic vs a democracy:

“Democracy... while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.”

“A government of laws, and not of men.” John Adams (LA District Attorney, judges and AG have this backwards).

“Abuse of words has been the great instrument of sophistry and chicanery, of party, faction, and division of society. “ - John Adams

“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” John Adams

“All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent..” – Thomas Jefferson

“Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.” – Thomas Jefferson

I thought these quotes were appropriate given the topic.

Starting tomorrow, we have one more month to pull this together. We can sleep no longer.

Our liberties are being taken away from us at increasing speed. Michael Jackson’s Constitutional rights were violated . . . twice. His right to life was taken. His right to liberty was taken, and his right to the pursuit of happiness completely obliterated.

Richard Fine, while uncovering evidence of the incredible corruption in the justice department, is held in solitary confinement for what is now going on month 16. No charges have been filed against Mr. Fine

Steve Cooley is running for State Attorney General. His campaign was announced after the charge of manslaughter for Dr. Conrad Murray is announced.

If the people behind Michael’s murder are ever going to be brought to justice, this case has got to be investigated outside the LAPD by the Feds. Neither Michael, nor Richard Fine, are ever going to find justice in that state. If they can’t get justice, what makes you think that you will? Your rights are up for the highest bidder.

  1. Isaiah 11:1-11
A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. 2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him--the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD-- 3 and he will delight in the fear of the LORD.

He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; 4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. 5 Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.

6 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. 7 The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. 8 The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest. 9 They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.

10 In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest will be glorious. 11 In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the sea. 2. I applaud your efforts on this blog and agree whole-heartedly! I am absolutely appalled by the 'NO justice' system in our Country. Like Michael Jackson said in song, "I can't believe this is the land from which I came." It's long past due for the Feds to step up to the plate, which makes me wonder how deeply involved they are in this convoluted mess of injustice. We may not have the $$$ to be heard, but we most certainly have the voices AND the numbers! We far outnumber those who are turning a blind eye to the disgusting actions of MANY of our politicians, not just in California, but all over this once proud United States of America. We must UNITE, be of ONE VOICE in SOLIDARITY to achieve JUSTICE -- for Michael Jackson, for those people like Mr. Fine who stand firmly on principles and ethics, and for ourselves and others like us who wish to be proud once again to be citizens of the United States of America! May God bless you and give EACH and EVERY one of us who seeks justice the courage to STAND, UNITE, and MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD as one LOUD ROAR against INJUSTICE!

  3. I'm not an American citizen and live in Europe. I used to believe in «The American Democracy» guided «by a government of people, by the people and for the people». I'm so sad, that's not true anymore.
I agree with you both Bonnie and MIMI, you must UNITE and make your VOICES HEARD as one LOUD ROAR against INJUSTICE and... together with you, in Europe and all over the world we must UNITE TOO and fight for JUSTICE. After all what is DEMOCRACY without Justice?
