Michael Jackson Justice: Slippery Slope? Grab Sony's Rope!

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

Slippery Slope? Grab Sony's Rope!

Hello Ladies,
I am clueing you in for two different reasons.  One, I need witnesses, two, documentation, and three, advice.  (I always do that . . . okay, three reasons!)
In regard to Samantha, I believed that there was more to the disproportionately rabid hatred I have received about Samantha due to a photo shopped pictures (all her group was photo shopped by the way, I found that when I came home to see my email tonight.)  But this Stephanie Wilburn with (or not) TMZ contacted me in early August about doing a documentary.  I will post the succession of correspondence back and forth between she and I, and include in the comments any phone conversations that took place.  Much of our correspondence  though was in email.  One of you already received the email about my discovery of her.
I need your advice on how to proceed, because I am really starting to believe that this too is Sony connected.  Why else would Sammy completely ignore Sony’s involvement in Michael’s torment and go whole hog after AEG?  Has anyone seen any advocates for AEG come out and go after Sony or Michael?  No.  AEG has been silent.  However those advocating for Sony are doing their best to beat on AEG and implicate them. T his tells me there is something to what I had been thinking.
Anyhow, I will include the timeline that Stephanie sent me.  Yes, she does have some Branca stuff in there, but NOTHING on Sony . . . all AEG/Tohme/Phillips with Branca sprinkled in.
First I get this web form in my email where she went to my MichaelJacksonJustice.com web site and filled out the contact form with this below:

Dear Stephanie,

Thank you for visiting my web site about Michael Jackson.  I called and left you a message at the number you gave me
on the form below.  You had mentioned a segment on Michael Jackson for a documentary about musical legends dying
before the age of 50.  I wanted to get more information on what you are doing and just what information you need so I
can at least steer you in the right direction.  I may not be the person you need judging by the subject of your documentary.

I will be away from my home office after 3pm (EST) today, my cell phone is 443-987-5295.

Hi Bonnie!
Thank you so much for getting back to me on this. I am sorry we weren't able to speak on the phone today, we have had interviews all of today, and I have been unable to return your call as of yet. I have read, and re-read your site and your blog over and over again, and I think you would be a perfect voice for this documentary on Michael Jackson. You know exactly what has happened to him, why he was murdered, and all of the key players involved in this. These are things we would like to ask you about for out Documentary, and we prefer fresh faces who haven't been speaking about how close they were to Michael, etc. We dont want interviewees that have been over exposed in the public eye, we want this to be a credible, believable documentary. You have a great knowledge of what has happened to MJ, and it would be most helpful if you would be willing to speak about that, Sony/Tommy Mottola/Branca/This is It/Dileo, etc. We would also like to speak with you about your website and blog, and why you have created these. Would this be something you would be willing to participate in? If so, I would love to speak with you over the weekend, or Monday if that works best for you. I can tell you a little about myself as well, which may possibly help with your site a bit more also.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,
Sincerely,
Stephanie

(After that email back, I thought I would withhold judgment until I talked to her on the phone that Monday.  I had the funeral of my our family friend who committed suicide that weekend if you remember me posting that on my blog, so I responded back to her in email):

Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for getting back to me.  You do realize that "fresh faces" are usually attached to people that may be media-shy, don't you?

I am interested in your documentary being a success if it is covering what you stated below.  This information is not out in the media other than blogs like mine and a few comments that are guardedly made by some members of the Jackson family during interviews.

I will tell you what worries me about this and I apologize if this offends you in any way . . . but you should know up front that if there is any money involved in this, I am not interested.  I would like to see media pressure aimed in the direction of the people responsible for Michael's 20+ year misery behind his murder.  If the focus is on that, I support it.  The reason I put up the website and devote research time and for writing the blog is for one reason. What was done to Michael was criminal.  It was evil.  This can no longer be ignored.  It's happened to more than just Michael.  He was fighting for other artists as well.

I am interested in further discussion on this as I had some questions.  I have a funeral this weekend, family friend.  Monday would be better if that is okay with you.

I appreciate the time you are putting into doing this.

Sincerely,

Bonnie L. Cox

Hi Bonnie,

Thank you so much for getting back to me about this. My condolences that you will be attending a funeral for a friend this weekend.

I just wanted to quickly tell you that there is no money involved. In fact, each of our interviewees is asked to state into the camera that they have not been paid for their interviews. Its sad because a few people have asked for payment, and would not do our documentary without being paid. We are very low budget, we are hoping for a theatrical release on June 25th, 2011, and we are donating the proceeds to Michael Jackson's Heal the World foundation.
I look forward to speaking with you Monday,
Sincerely,
Stephanie

When she mentioned a hopeful theatrical release and I saw the date ( a documentary, in the theaters…like TII? And the anniversary of his death?  I was kind of angry, but at the same time I thought, what if he is really not dead?.  I was excited and angry at the same time.  I didn’t know how to feel.  I was already making connections between certain lawsuits and the business filings and reorganizations first with Bain through to 2008 and the new MJ businesses set up, so this was all playing with my head at the time, which is why I began looking into Prescient and Transitional.  I replied):

Hi Stephanie,

I wanted to find out if there was a time on Monday that I should be prepared to take the call.  I work on the blog on Monday's so I will be in the office, but I want to make sure I'm free and not in the middle of something.

I was going to ask you how you planned to release the film.  I didn't know if you had a network interested or not.  Do you have a distributor for the documentary yet?  I know it's a way off yet.

I wonder if they ever got anything straightened out with Michael's "Heal the World" Foundation.  They were being sued by Branca over trademarks weren't they?

Thank you for your words of support.  No, this has not been a good week at all.  Hoping this week will improve.  Husband didn't take it too well. Thank you again for your support,

Best Regards,

Bonnie L. Cox

Good afternoon Bonnie,

I hope the weekend went as well as it could, and again, I am so sorry for your loss.

We are planning on a theatrical release of this film. Once it has been completed we will sell it to a distributor, and June 25th, 2011 release.

Your mentioning Branca's suing over trademark issues for "Heal the World" is exactly the kind of thing we would want you to speak about for this film.

You are in Maryland, correct? Would 1pm my time work out ok for you? If not, we can come up with an earlier time for tomorrow morning.
I hope these week goes much better for you,
Sincerely,
Stephanie

Monday she called a little after 1pm.  She spent the beginning of the phone call telling me how amazing my blog was and how I was right on the money with everything that was going on and she was calling people (she mentioned Reflectionsofthedance.com too, which I thought was verification she was really interested in Michael.  I was getting hopeful).  She then asked me where my inspiration came from and what made me decide to get involved with Michael, was a lifelong fan or just got involved after he died, etc. We talked a little over an hour.  I asked her about the segment they were doing on Michael and which other artists they were covering and she then told me that it was ALL about Michael and his death.  So, no other artists were being covered?  No, she said.  (So what of the ½ Century Legends film productions crap?  I didn’t ask her.  I let her continue to tell me they were hoping for a theatrical release (really!) and for June 25, 2011.  She also said they did not have a distributor yet and had to keep things hush hush.  I then told her that I knew she worked for TMZ and she didn’t deny it. She said she was real interested in me taking part, but I told her that I was not interested in being on T.V. (Lord forbid!  Ten pounds on the camera!)  I was wary, but she asked me if I would continue to send her blog updates and if I changed my mind to let her know.  I had told her about my suspicions about the lawsuits because of Schaffel’s involvement with Michael AFTER Schaffel had sued him, citing the copyrighted 2007 drug deposition that got taken off of Youtube.  She wanted links if what I had and I agreed to send them and the blog updates.

This is about the time I began researching TMZ’s history and Harvey Levin.

This is what I sent her after the phone call:

Hi Stephanie,

These are the links that I promised you . . .

Michael's 2007 Deposition:

This is one of the bootleg versions out there: Stephanie . . . all my links are now Mark Schaffel production restricted . . . isn't that strange?  Maybe you can find out how Mark Schaffel could own copyrights on a drug deposition?

Here is one on an Italian channel.  This just shows pictures before the actual video of part of the deposition.  Want your opinion on Michael's demeanor and look:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RG1JwKkFt3M&feature=player_embedded

Interview with Tommy Mottola - Gatekeeper of Michael's Catalogs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sItXxlQEmMs  Yes, he is still involved!

Says this further down.  I forgot to tell you about this:

" Evan Chandler drugged his own son with Sodium Amytal and threatened Michael with child services, sued his ex wife for child custody and won since child services was involved and ultimately Michael’s insurance companies and his lawyer suggested they take the deal. What this did was avert a possibly lengthy court battle, damage Michael’s career, health and possibly put him in jail. Michael’s insurance companies talked him into taking the deal, the Chandler’s walked away with millions, and Michael’s reputation was still ruined.

Then the pile-on began with the media. Michael’s criminal lawyer at the time was Howard Weitzman . . . yes the very same Howard Weitzman who represented John Branca against Katherine for the estate and the same lawyer whom the judge appointed, after making the ruling that Branca and McClain stay on as executors, as co-executor for Michael’s children. Bob Jones was Michael’s publicist at the time and Anthony Pellicano represented Michael in the negotiations to avert the threats from Chandler."

http://michaelsguardian.blogspot.com/2010/07/will-real-us-justice-dept-stand-up.html  Which includes a link to the article about the Cobain Estate.

If you need anything else let me know.  Interesting on the Schaffel Copyright isn't it?

Bonnie

I am still investigating Sam, TINI and Sony and refer you to http://michaelsguardian.blogspot.com/2010/09/technical-difficulties-short-circuit.html
