Michael Jackson Justice: You’re Love is Magical . . . That’s How I feel

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

You’re Love is Magical . . . That’s How I feel

October 16, 2010 – You’re Love is Magical . . . That’s How I feel

Before I break into the reason’s I am speechless I want to tell you about one of the reasons that I am . . . speechless.

I want to recognize, thank, pray for and express my love to everyone who took part in the uncovering of Michael Jackson’s name on the Gardner Elementary School in Los Angeles.

I want to thank Mrs. Katherine Jackson for her note to the fans.  I want to thank Taj Jackson for sharing that note Miss Katherine wrote on his twit-longer account and for keeping us otherwise updated.  I want to thank the Jackson family and Michael’s children for putting up with all the EMOTION out here and I want them to know that regardless of the few out there that have problems controlling themselves, you are loved and supported and in our prayers.

I also want to thank those that are not “promoting” themselves that either helped protect or defended Michael . . . his true friends, you know who you are, for continuing to support him without seeking any glory in the public for it.  Some of us DO know who you are.

Thank you God for Clearing and Uncovering Michael’s Name

I want to thank Michael for being the inspiration for that auditorium, an inspiration to both the children and adults everywhere not only to let God work through you unapologetically, but for giving and teaching us to remain humble even in battle against the evil and for fighting for others.

There are so many battles left to fight in this on so many levels.  Remember as you become tired or discouraged that you are not just fighting to right what happened to Michael but for what they are trying to do to each and every one of us.  Because Michael fought for us too.

My gratitude to God not only for these rays of hope that have just shown through the awaited breaks in these clouds, but to those God works through and those who let God work through them, prompts today’s blog entry:

Speechless

Speechless background:

“In a 2002 interview with the magazine Vibe, Jackson commented on his inspiration for writing "Speechless", saying -

“You'll be surprised. I was with these kids in Germany, and we had a big water-balloon fight - I'm serious - and I was so happy after the fight that I ran upstairs in their house and wrote "Speechless". Fun inspires me. I hate to say that, because it's such a romantic song. But it was the fight that did it. I was happy, and I wrote it in its entirety right there. I felt it would be good enough for the album. Out of the bliss comes magic, wonderment, and creativity.”  Source

I loved this story Michael told about the writing of “Speechless” because it came from such a rare and happy episode.  The song, if you listen to the lyrics, is a love song.  Some say it is a love song for children and the innocence of children, some say it is a love song to Jesus . . . a “Thank you”.

After reading the entry above with Michael telling the story behind the writing of “Speechless”,  I read through the lyrics, listened to the song, then read the lyrics again.

Michael himself calls it a romantic song.  Can you be romantic about your love of life?  God?  Creativity inspired by the innocent fun of a water balloon fight?  Why not?

I feel this way, about the gratitude for God giving Michael a victory in the uncovering of his name on that school.  For me, it meant another vindication for Michael.  This news left me rejoicing!  I look at the words below and this is how I feel about God. So could Michael have written this song to God?  Because as a love song to Him you can also feel Michael’s thankfulness, maybe in the couple of hours of fun he had with those children, lobbing water balloons at each other.  Maybe Michael was thankful at that moment for the creativity given to him and the recognition of the simple pleasures that sparked that creativity.  Michael could also have sung this in honor of the expression of love itself, and the recognition of where love began, who created it and who Michael was giving it back to:

Speechless"

Your love is magical, that's how I feel
But I have not the words here to explain
Gone is the grace for expressions of passion
But there are worlds and worlds of ways to explain
To tell you how I feel

But I am speechless, speechless
That's how you make me feel
Though I'm with you I am far away and nothing is for real
When I'm with you I am lost for words, I don't know what to say
My head's spinning like a carousel, so silently I pray

Helpless and hopeless, that's how I feel inside
Nothing's real, but all is possible if God is on my side
When I'm with you I am in the light where I cannot be found
It's as though I am standing in the place called Hallowed Ground

This part makes my heart ache.  And I will tell you that this verse also reminds me and takes me back to how different I feel from before June 25, 2009 and after.  This is as real as I have felt since being moved to get involved in Michael, his defense, the truth about him and what happened to him.  God didn’t just do this for Michael, he did it for me.  My heart needed to be opened up and he used Michael and his life to do it.

Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel
Though I'm with you I am far away and nothing is for real
I'll go anywhere and do anything just to touch your face
There's no mountain high I cannot climb
I'm humbled in your grace

This stanza is what made me feel that Michael was singing this to Christ.  This part also reminds me of a dream I had which is probably why I acquaint this with Christ and touching his face.  This song is so pure, I just cannot think of anything else when listening to it.  In the dream I had told Christ, “I love you, do you know that?” And there is nothing more pure than that.  That love is all-consuming and there is room for nothing else.  The only other  thing that comes close to that feeling I had in that dream is listening to Michael sing this song and express that.

Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel
Though I'm with you I am lost for words and nothing is for real
Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel
Though I'm with you I am far away, and nothing is for real
Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel
Though I'm with you I am lost for words and nothing is for real

SpeechlessYour love is magical, that's how I feel
But in your presence I am lost for words
Words like, "I love you."

I am thankful to God for many things.  I have come to the realization that I am also thankful to him for my childhood and the trauma in it because without it, I would not be where I am today, awake, aware and forever grateful for people like Michael, their bravery and empathy for others.  I am thankful for the recognition of the reason for the things for which I used to ask God “why”.

I am thankful for being “shown” Michael and I am thankful for the motivation to want to be like him.  I am thankful for God showing me, “See . . . THIS is the closest thing on earth you are going to see in your lifetime, to the love I talk about in my book.”

Michael’s pain has brought a lot of people together.  It has also brought a lot of evil out of the woodwork and into the light and they will squirm before they finally are subdued.  But until now, we didn’t even know the damage they were doing to our foundations.

Thank you Michael.

Thank you God.

This is simply because Michael's pain although they were amplified and placed underneath a continuous and merciless microscope-- the Media to which we listen, watch, and read on a daily basis is not just Michael's pain. It is ALL of ours. The instances and circumstances may have slight differences but in the end, the results have always been similar, if not the same.

For example, Michael admitted to being a victim of child abuse on a physical/emotional level. Well, I too was a victim of child abuse but on a emotional/mental level. The most common thread between Michael and I being the fact that we were neglected. Let's think about this for a moment...

It has been said that "like attracts like." With that in mind, one has to wonder, how many of us who claim to be a member of Michael's "fan-mily" are in fact "wounded children?" So yes, the song "Speechless" speaks directly not only of Michael's love of God, but for ALL of the "wounded children", be they young or now adults. It's the same with his song, "Childhood", although that was more of a musical "autobiography", but it still fits for many of us out there. Many wounded children tend to grow up altogether too quickly, and when we do, sometimes we carry resentment, frustration, and anger with us only to in turn inflict such things upon our own children. Child abuse IS a vicious cycle, after all.

Luckily for Michael, and myself (and I'm sure many others), we noted that cycle, and we broke it. We refused to treat our children the way that we were. We knew what hurt. We knew what we really needed, and in turn...that's what we gave to our children.

  5. Thank you Bonnie. I always enjoy everything you post here but I've never commented. This was a wonderful post and I was truly blessed by it.

God has been so kind and I am truly thankful. His love is magical, that's how I feel. I, also, do believe that Michael is the closest we will ever see of a great example of LOVE.

We didn't get to see Jesus; but I believe God planted Michael to give us another chance to see. God bless you Bonnie and I pray your strength in Christ Jesus, My Lord and Savior.

  6. Lady - Just spoke to a friend on the phone about similar childhood experiences. She was crying reading this said she feels thankful too for our experiences to allow us to "feel" Michael. Many of us can probably say that we have never been through or experienced anything like this before and at times it is overwhelming. I can channel much of it into writing, but sometimes, I have to sit back and just let it through and flush out the heart. Crying is good for you.

  7. Thank you Bonnie for your post recognizing the effort of many fans family members who helped tirelessly to uncover Michael’s name.

I am delighted with happiness and I am singing and dancing with Speechless “your love is magical...that’s how I feel”.

  8. ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contributed by Spotlight (And Mr. Oxman if this is true, I apologize but . . . )

    "Subject: Gotta laugh at this!
Bonnie, I don't mean to make fun of Brian Oxman if he was really injured, but this article made me laugh. Brian falls down the stairs on the last day he is to hand the wrongful death suit papers to a waiting messenger? So he's granted an extension while he recovers. Why didn't the messenger take the envelope? :-D

    http://www.facebook.com/l/617b2SOf_2ahmKBOKDat7aVWbfg;www.contactmusic.com/news.nsf/story/jackson-gets-extension-for-wrongful-death-suit_1158801 "

    Reasons for Extention:

    1. Messenger fell asleep on courthouse steps as Brian was handing him the envelope.

    2. Did Dr. Tohme push him? (husband contributed)

    3. Brian heard Oprah wanted to interview him and turned too fast.

    4. Brian Oxman's stunt double was held up by DeGosson's stalker gang.

    5. He didn't really fall, he was "photo-shopped" that way so the judge would give him more time to do what should have already been done.

David Letterman but only the top 5 and again, I am sorry if Brian Oxman really got hurt, but Spotlight is right . . . why didn't the messenger take the envelope? Make-a-no-sense!

  9. Bonnie – I agree with you he wrote Speechless for sure to thank God and it is so obvious when you read the lyrics. You said, “Can you be romantic about your love of life? God?” Absolutely. Michael knows it too.

I love this song and it makes feel so connected to God and help me put away all my burden down and fell free as Michael said “I'm humbled in your grace.”

This is the song actually I was listening everyday over and over for many hours after he died and helped me feel his presence.

Robin - I've seen your nickname somewhere before (moniker?) MJ's Darkchild, but can't remember where . . . twitter? Thank you so much. That means a lot to me when someone tells me they've been blessed. Biggest compliment in the world! ♥ Yes, God is well aware of how short our memories are and every generation sends us someone to remind us.

  11. Bonnie, I loved your blog tonight, and you know what it did to me :-( but in a joyous way. As for your posting my comment on Brian Oxman's latest mishap, my sides are still aching from laughing at your reasons for the extension. Number 5 was the best, with #4 coming in a close second...ROFL!!!! That was priceless, and a hearty belly laugh never hurt anyone! Lord knows we could use that right now. OMG...I'm still laughing!

    Possible Reason #6 for extension:

Brian spotted a tall man with long white hair outside, thought it was Tom Mesereau and got spooked! (Wait...it WAS Tom!)

    ReplyDelete
  12. @Spotlight - I keep wanting to put an "L" where the "P" is in your name (Splotlight???) Had to type it three times! (Tom: you're fired!) That makes three of us I know of crying today. Hope you are all cried/laughed out now. ♥

    Tom: you're fired!"

Nope...Tom can't use that "You're fired!" because it's been copyrighted by none other than "the Donald" (as in Trump). We wouldn't want dear "Mez" getting sued for plagiarism or copyright violation now. ROFLMBO!

    Here's Reason #7 for Oxman's extension:

Brian couldn't fill Tom Mesereau's shoes, which were too big for his feet, causing him to trip on the stairs. Why was he wearing TM's shoes? He had to borrow a pair the day he "stepped in deep doo-doo" when Tom caught him snoozing in court during Michael's trial. How could Oxman forget he was wearing Tom's shoes? Have you ever seen Papa Joe Jackson's grin? That's intimidating. The sort of look we wish the D.A. had!

On a more serious note, I very strongly feel that Michael should be included in our history books. Actually, he should have his own subject that is taught to all ages, especially our young ones. THAT'S how much there is to learn from his life as a whole.

  19. I always thought this song was about Michael's feelings towards children. He climbed many mountains and crossed many seas to touch the faces of sick children.
Michael sees God in children, and I see God in animals. So if I sing this song to animals it would make sense, that is why I feel he is singing it about his feelings towards children. After all he wrote it after playing with children and being inspired.

I would of course love it to be about Christ but alas, I don't believe so.

  20. Bonnie,

Michael never made a video for his song Speechless.

The video you show for Michael singing

Speechless is really of Michael singing a song

he wrote for Liz Taylor called,

    "Elisabeth I Love You."

He is performing (Elisabeth I Love You) on stage

at the Anniversary Party for Liz Taylor.

    It's a powerful performance!

She is one of Michael's friends who remained "True To Him" all the way.

  22. What a great victory on the uncovering of Michael's name! Surely that brought a big smile to his face, washing away the pain of that injustice.

Gone is the grace for expressions of passion

Strange, I always thought it was:

God is the grace for expressions of passion

That's what it sounds like to me, makes more sense too. There are only a handful of sites that say "God" on that line. Could the majority of lyrics sites have it wrong? I've seen it before. Like so many other sites, they tend to copy from one to another, including mistakes.

Does anybody have the printed lyrics?

Speechless strikes me as a love song to God. But as we know, Michael's songs can have many meanings. Obviously it is children who inspired him to write the song...a song of admiration and thankfulness. I now see where it could very well be an expression of his love for children too.

Love your top 5 list Bonnie! 5 and 4 are my favorites too. ROFL!

  23. Jodie - Thank you for your comments and I do remember seeing that post on Oprah's beliefs. I think this stems from that series she did a couple of years back on some religious book she was promoting (can't remember the author's name), but the Christian community was up in arms about it. I never read the book so I can't comment.

Aida - "...I very strongly feel that Michael should be included in our history books. Actually, he should have his own subject that is taught to all ages, especially our young ones. THAT'S how much there is to learn from his life as a whole. "

This will never happen except as what the press made him out to be. Why? Because it contradicts the purpose behind our history books which unfortunately, is not to teach history. Michael even complained about them changing our history books. Truthbtold might have a link to that reference, I didn't keep it.

It could be that also. I mentioned Christ as a possibility because he mentions God in that one verse in the third person. What Michael said inspired him to write it in the first place is what makes me smile. A water balloon fight . . . I'm going to have to have one of those, one of these days . . .

  25. Josie - I know he didn't have a video made for Speechless, but I always put a video on here and I try to chose one with Michael actually in it because that's we want to see him. Thank you for the link. Don't know how she could remain calm. Probably because she had nine husbands singing to her throughout her life . . . I think seven at the point that this song was sang to her :o) She was looking for love too.

ACTUALLY...there IS hope for this. Last spring, my daughter had to do a Homeroom History project on an influential person of the modern era (other classes had do a project on something pertinent to the modern era), and parents were invited as the event was held at the school in the early evening.

Abby chose Michael Joseph Jackson. Of course Mom here helped a bit-- I let her use some of the "old 33 vinyls" to display which had included a few J5's, up to "Bad". We displayed CD covers and DVD (from his "short films"-- we made that CLEAR) covers and proudly displayed "Thriller 25", in addition to a poster/photo collage she made. We even showed the "Thriller" short film, which drew applause and tears from parents and students alike. Needless to say, I was so very proud of my daughter, the "A" which came in the form of a simple "blue ribbon" she had received for her project and its presentation. But, I'm sure that Michael was smiling too.

In any case, the "receptivity" IS there. Talk to your schools, your teachers, and what not. Don't let the Media's FLAWED history version hold you back. Eventually, I believe that as a part of every music class (band, choir, etc.) Michael will indeed be a part of it one day, just as much as he will be a part of World History. The success of Abby's project is proof of that.

Ahh...yet another case of Michael's "ad-libbing." Yes, I too know that I hear God being sung, but darned if it's in the lyrics. So, don't feel bad.

  28. Bonnie – you said it right, “God giving Michael a victory in the uncovering of his name on that school. For me, it meant another vindication for Michael.” It is indeed vindication of his name, and God is showing us the sparkle of the light that will be ignited fully in time.

Have any one of you checked out and noticed written comments whenever you watch Youtube video of his or any article written concerning him on TMZ or anywhere else, the number of hate filled comments are dramatically reduced and sometimes you can’t even find any. We should consider this another vindication of Michael on the way to be completed soon. This shows us either haters run away or haters learn the truth about Michael and changed their mind. I believe haters learn the truth and stopped their hate comments. What do you think?

Now we can go back to what Michael told us in one of his interview. “I believe in God and the truth will come out.” Therefore, the uncovering of his name is the effect of the truth about him that was told and discussed in the meeting with the board members that helped uncovered his name.

It will take time but you can’t hide from the truth. It’s the universal law. In our life time, we will witness the truth about him spreading into the main stream media and he will be totally vindicated. But we have to continue our help in spreading the truth every way we can.

  30. Not to get all political or any thing, but this:

    http://marklevinshow.com/Article.asp?id=1970739&spid=32364

Is Gloria Allred, the one who went after trying to take Michael's children from him during his trial teaming up w/ Jerry Brown to lob false charges against their republican challenger,
Whitman for . . . . FALSELY accusing her of harboring an illegal alien weeks after she fired her for the same reason. These are the same people that want amnesty, but through Whitman's employee under the bus to make it look like Whitman knew all along she was illegal.

Now explain to me again why Allred and Brown are such bastions of integrity after what they did to Michael??? Not that Whitman would be any less a hypocrite, but she was not involved in the conspiracy against Michael . . . THESE OTHER TWO WERE! So why is anyone entertaining the voting for these two? They are criminals!

This is one of the reasons nothing changes. Yes, I know republicans ripped into Michael in the press too (Bill O'Reilly, that Senator from New York who called him a Ped-word, whom I am GLAD was defeated). We have the same re-tread governors running in Maryland too, I mean COME ON!!!! We HAVE NO OTHER CHOICES???? Are you KIDDING ME????

I want Michael to come back and run for . . .well Governor first, then President. Any volunteers to be his first lady???? (Stampede! LOL!)

  31. Michael is all around us, first in his beautiful music, his memory, his children, his family, his legacy. He still dwells here, although he is in a different place now. Even though he is here, he cannot feel any pain anymore. He cannot be hurt by the lies and the deception that was all around him when he was alive. He is with God now and he is truly happy. Micheal loved so hard when he was here that it is impossible for that love to ever die. Be joyous with him today. For he is finally at peace and sings and dances with the angels.

  32. Bonnie - you make a good point about Allred and Brown hypocrisy. That lady, Allerd can’t stand her at all. Thank God Michael said “tell her to go to hell” when a reporter asked him what he thinks about her (Allerd) working with child protective agency. I will post again when I find the Youtube video where he said this.

“I want Michael to come back and run for . . .well Governor first, then President. Any volunteers to be his first lady????” Well, there are millions of us will stand on line to volunteer so I don’t think you want any fight to be break among us to be the one to be picked. LOL!

"RARE Michael Jackson Interview about his album Thriller"

I found this interview Michael did about 10 years ago for MTV. In it he discusses the making of some of the songs/vids on the Thriller album. I enjoyed the discussion on the Thriller dance sequence. Here he discusses the dilema of how to make zombies dance with out it looking comical. He animates this discussion with a little dancing in his seat. He also discusses the development of "Beat It" and "Billie Jean." In fact, the "Billie Jean" video wasn't going to include a dance segment until Michael insisted on it. He also discusses his famous Panther dance segment.

    Enjoy!!

OMG...! ---> Elbows her way to the front of the crowd of frantic 1st Lady candidates...ladder in hand. Plonks the ladder down and while gracefully ascending each step, hand tenderly patting heart in show of desperate affection, bellows "Your love is magical...that's what I fell" Oops...feel! Oh nooooooooooo.......premonition!!! Ladder rungs...sky, ladder, cement, crrackkk, sky, stars circling...

As she floats in and out of consciousness she hears a familiar voice telling people to please back away and call an ambulance. "Oh no please, I'm alrig..." Out cold. Next thing she knows, a warm hand holding hers, sirens. Gone again. She awakens in an ambulance...groggy, hazy...Michael? "Yes, what's your name?" Uhhh...I forget. "Ok then I guess I'll just have to stay until you remember."

    ;o)

Well, it was a longgg time until I remembered! Just so you know, I won his heart and his hand! Hehehe, sorry ladies.

"Mom, Mom...are you ok, your eyes are all glazed and funny lookin', why are you not answering?? Mom!"

    Doggone it...!

  38. With in a day of Michael's death, attorney Gloria Allered, did what I felt was a shameful radio interview rehashing her uninformed and distructive opinions about Michael. The interviewer infact described her as his "nemesis" due to her years persecuting him and accusing him of all manner of child related offenses...that of course she could not prove and had no evidence for. At the very end of the lengthy interview where she bashes Michael, she acknowledges his kids feelings of loss. This empty, shallow gesture of hers made me truly ill.

  39. Hello Bonnie, another great post!!!!

When I listen to Speechless I immediately think of Michael's undeniable love, respect and reverance for God's omnipotence through the innocence of children. He had stated on several occasions that his greatest inspiration came through children. His life's work was to help children all over the globe. He used his talents, a blessing that he acknowledged was God given, as a means to not only help monetarily but also bring awareness to the many needs that he had first hand witness to through his travels. I also believe he could identify with the pains of children due to his own childhood experiences or lack of due to being in an adult world so young. The painful blessing that he recieved was his ability to relate on so many levels. Without those experiences he would not become the multi-faceted man he grew into and the man that we discuss on this forum.
    Again good post!!!

  40. Bonnie- "I want Michael to come back and run for . . .well Governor first, then President. Any volunteers to be his first lady???? (Stampede! LOL!)"

Parts the sea of females all screaming, "Me...me...me!" to stand up front. The crowd quiets. Michael looks at me and asks, "Yes?" I answer, very calmly but firmly, "Me." He raises a curious eyebrow and asks, "Why, you?" To which I answer, "I have an intelligent mouth that is only used when it has something intelligent to say, and I'm unafraid to speak up for what is right and what is truth. I have no patience for BS, unnecessary drama, fakes, and liars. If that's not good enough, I thank you for your time, but it's time for me to leave."

I'll leave the rest of the short story alone, but you have to admit that would be one heck of an application! rofl...

  42. If Michael were here today, I can envision him taking on an important role in the global community - something like Ambassador of World Humanity where he would make huge contributions in international diplomacy. Wait...come to think of it, that's exactly what Michael did for most of his adult life! How I would love to see the world's most beloved artist make a triumphant return to reclaim the glory that was rightfully his. President Jackson? Ambassador Jackson? Either way is fine with me, as long as I get to be Mrs. Jackson!

  44. Rozmill, yours is one of the most inspiring comments I've read on any blog and really brought me to a moment of peace today. Michael IS with us and always will be; the animosity is dying away and the truth of this great man is becoming more widely known (in spite of the music industry still being caught in lies and manipulation); just imagine there will come a day when Michael's true soul, genius and compassion will be his defining characterists. All the negatives will fall away. He will be with us always in spirit along with those positive affirmations and so many others. What a glorious day that will be. The tide is definitely turning and if we all work as one great things will be achieved. Thank you for this post Rozmill.

  45. Bonnie - “I think this stems from that series she did a couple of years back on some religious book she was promoting (can't remember the author's name), but the Christian community was up in arms about it. I never read the book so I can't comment.”

I read the book and it is called “The new earth” and it is not a religious book. The entire book talks about the importance of paying attention to the present moment in our life since our mind tend to go to the past and the future forgetting the present moment where the magic happens.

Rozmill that was a beautiful post and I agree with you. Feel him every day and it doesn't take much. He's all over my office vocally and visually (computer screen, full size face).

I want to announce that I will be taking a slightly different approach to this blog tomorrow because there are some things that are coming to light and questions are being asked of certain vids out there. It should keep your interest or possibly make you angry as it did me.

I hate starting something like this so close to the move but . . . it has the potential to give Michael a bad name, so it must be addressed.

    Good night, love you!

That's why I was applying for Vice President! I didn't want the First Lady job. I'm sorry, I'm just no piece of art. Well, maybe in the eyes and hands of Deity but not to humankind. So, I just wouldn't fit in there. ROFLMBO!!!

  49. Bonnie, I just said our protection prayer while listening to "Speechless" and I could feel the emotion in my plea intensify with strength and urgency. Michael's beautiful voice is like an angel's bell, and it brought me closer to believing our prayers will be answered. When Michael sings, "nothing's real, but all is possible if God is on my side," I begin to feel anything is possible with Michael on our side. After all, he is a gift from God, and for me, the feeling is one in the same.

Goodnight, my dear friend. And thank you for allowing me and the other "dreamers" here to express our purest wish to be the object of our angel's desire. Michael truly brings out the very best in all of us! :-)

Did she support him through the 2005 trial? I've wondered about that. The only friends I've read who were actively supporting him were Frank DiLeo and Dick Gregory.

Can anybody add others, with proof other than tabloid fodder published long after the fact?

  53. Hello Bonnie & Everyone,

For the joy regarding Michael & the good news from Gardner St.School, I join you all heartfully also hoping this is a first victory bringing other ones soon for MJ i.e. Justice first. Thank you also for the beautiful blogs on Michael.

Yesterday I incidentally read a Petition Site which to me fits for Michael perfectly :
    www.petitionspot.com/petitions/mjfornobelpeaceprice/.
I probably take the train too late but 2010 or 2011 what matters ? Michael Jackson is well worth a Peace Nobel Price - even posthumous,

    1. for the wonderful message songs he delivered to the world,
    2. for his Guiness Records worldwide charities. As we all know, this is a man who - instead of enjoying life personally in Clubs or else after his Tours spent during his adult life a good part of his huge fortune, love, compassion, personal time & energy mainly for the children in great pain worldwide, without forgetting his numerous kind & generous help linked to national or international disasters (9/11, Katherina hurricane, Germany floods 2002, etc.), & to unknown individuals in distress.
    3. for His Message of Love & Peace to all humans without distinction of race, religion or fortune. Did I forget something ?

A man who accomplished so much - in spite of the evil injustice he badly suffered during his lifetime - should well be rewarded with such a Honor. Even after his passing, he deserves to be fully rehabilitated & honored by the world. Also for the future of his children & family.

One of Michael's quotes was - something like - sorry I can't reproduce now his exact wording - "no matter what happens during a lifetime, only matters that you know were loved at your birth and upon your death - the rest can be dealt with".

God Bless you all - RIP Michael

    October 18, 2010
    http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2010/10/michael-jackson-auditorium-unveiling-disappointing-abuse-survivors-group-says.html

I responded to this, and I'll share it...

"With all the brave and courageous people LAUSD could honor, it's a shame they chose to honor him again," said Joelle Casteix.

With all due respect to Ms. Casteix, yes there are many brave and courageous people who should be honored. However, in my humble opinion, there was no one who endured more pain and suffering during his 50 years on this planet than Mr. Michael J. Jackson. He admitted to being a victim of child abuse. He lost out on a normal life, in favor of hard work and fame. He more than shared his wealth with those who truly needed it via burn centers, childrens hospitals, and whatnotall. In return for his efforts, what did he get? MORE abuse. What we witnessed via the "freedom of the press" (something to which I believe that along with freedom comes tremendous responsibility-- in this case the need for FACTS not tabloid journalism), was a public stoning of an innocent man. FBI and CIA investigations also revealed that Mr. Jackson had done nothing wrong. Rather, he was a victim of EXTORTION in BOTH incidents-- one which dated back to 1993. This too was revealed in the falsely reported and sensationalized 2005 trial.

Ms. Casteix, I beg and challenge you to please do some homework on Mr. Jackson. It may horrify you to discover the truth. Why? It could happen to YOU. Think about and consider the awful possibilities carefully.

  56. Lady, I just finished reading your repectful response to Ms. Casteix, and I wanted to applaud you for it!! Bravo!!

I wonder if Ms. Casteix has ever done any kind of research on Michael's situation at all? Clearly not! I hope that your response encourages her to do just that.

I did some brief research on Ms. Casteix and learned that she infact was sexually abused when she was a teenager by a Catholic Priest and I beleive she is still seeking justice in her situation. I pray that she finds the justice that she deserves however, I also pray that she researches Michael's situation and eventually retracts her unfortunate statement which she has clearly said in ignorance of the facts.

Concerning the cycle of abuse, it is the case that many that are abused as children will eventually abuse as adults. However, it is NOT true in all cases. The cycle can be broken. Michael was abused (although not sexually that we know of). He did NOT become an abuser. Ms. Casteix was abused as a child. I'm sure she also never became an abuser. There are many reading this comment that had similar horrific experiences but did not subsequently become abusers.

If Ms. Casteix does decide to do any research on Michael I hope she starts with Aphrodite Jones book and than also reads C. Thompson's Huffington Post piece from this last June on the shameful "journalism" that occured during Michael's 2005 trial. (I know it is controversial to use him as a reference but that particular piece he did compliments Jones book exceptionally well. I have always acknowledge, and will do so again, that he had done very shoddy and shameful reporting on Michael prior to his death that he still hasn't owned up to, and he made immature comments to Bonnie a few months ago that he should apologize for, but his Huffington Post piece stands alone and is worthy of referencing. What that piece has to say about how Michael's trial was reported is critically important and hadn't been said before.)

    Again, Bravo Lady!

Liz Taylor was quiet to the best of my knowledge during the 2005 trial. She was very vocal in his defense during the 1993 allegations. I have yet to find names of other "friends" that defended him other than the ones you mentioned. Someone that stood out for me that did defend Michael publically but wasn't acquainted with him was Eddie Vedder of the rock band Pearl Jam. A group that has been extremely successful since the early 1990's. (Vedder and Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam counted Michael as a significant musical influence for them.) Vedder didn't go to the court house but he did repeatedly say in public that he felt there was a rush to judgment and that Michael didn't get what every American takes for granted and that is to be assumed innocent until proven guilty. Not the other way around. As we know, even after Michael's acquittal, he was still assumed guilty in the press and by the public.

Some other's that publically defended Michael in 2005:
Whoopi Goldberg-friend, Pete Townsend (The Who), Bono (U2), MCauley Culkin-friend (Home Alone).

@SandyK – thanks for doing some research of Ms. Cesteix and informed us her own sexual abuse experience. To tell you the truth, I am tired of hearing these people who suffered any kind of abuse giving excuse of their own abuse, without investigating to find out the facts, and denigrate Michael and still calling him all these hurtful names even after the jury acquitted him of all charges.

  65. Here Mimi:

It has been brought to our attention that fans want to go to the school and leave flowers etc. We don't mind you dropping by on a weekend and leaving flowers. But we respectfully request that you:

A.) Don't make a mess (candle wax etc)

B.) Don't write on ANY of the walls or deface school property. Let the only person who has signed a wall at Gardner remain MJ. As he had signed his classroom door.

C.) Don't linger too long. If you wish to drop flowers off, please drop them off and leave. No vigils or celebrations outside the school.

Please remember that we're still in "pending". YES, Michael Jackson's name is uncovered, but hopefully there will be an official unveiling and we don't want to do anything to hinder that, as well as, not to mention, hinder the work that we've put in to get it uncovered. Remember that there are homes all around the school and we don't want to disturb any neighbors or school staff that may be at the school working over the weekend.

As we said, we might be throwing a big event at the school auditorium or outside the school in April. We're gonna make sure we get it Ok'd and we'll announce later. That way, we can ALL gather there and celebrate this unfathomable victory.

I'd also like to add that if you wish to show your gratitude to the school for their long time support of our campaign, you can make a donation. I spoke with a counselor who said they are always in need of: Number 2 pencils, copy paper, and notebooks that the children can write in.

[The team has also considered donating to the school before, but we need to finalize things.

But if you'd like to go on and donate individually, do the following:

    Send supplies to:

    Gardner St. Elementary School

    7450 Hawthorn Avenue

    Hollywood, CA 90046

    Send monetary donations to:

    *same school address*

Name on cheque: Principal Kenneth Urbina

  74. Just a thought regarding Samantha De Gosson writing a book. Michael's bodyguards he employed during this time should know the truth about De Gosson and that she not only FOLLOWED, CHASED, AND STALKED Michael and his CHILDREN.. but, they too should know the TRUTH about how Michael felt about her, how he wanted DISTANCE kept between himself and his children. I wish the last group of bodyguards would speak out. They could really set the record straight about Michael's persepective on them. The last group of bodyguards, I feel know alot. We have not heard from them. They have information regarding Samantha De Gosson and Company. I have written this before, it appeared so obvious from someone in the background to see this facade she began creating immediately after Michael's death. The TINI website, the 'Testimonials', facebook page of hers turning self absorbed about her and her desire to re create herself as someone who personally knew Michael and had has 'ear' and confindence when we know this is not true. The Ganesha Om group, the whole picture. Now, Taaj, who every day I see a side of her that is also self promoting and fake. She has NO inside information. She claims to have this 'inside' information and I must say I don't believe it, and if the Jacksons had any sense they would run from her as far as possible. Prince, Paris and Blanket do not need Taaj bearing gifts with money from Michael's Fans. These children have the greatest gift, the memories and LOVE their father left them. The gifts have only createed controversey, as we read the stories surrounding Paris's Birthday necklace. Those were not gifts of LOVE, but gifts of self promotion for Taaj on the Fans dollar. She recently claimed the children did not speak to Oprah, they restated she had on good source they did. I hope the Jackson family is aware of this SELF PROMOTING people and know to run from them: Taaj, Samantha De gosson and Company, the Justice4MJ group, ALL of these have have done nothing but request donations from Fans and put themselves out to be other than what they are; LIARS, THIEFS, STALKERS, and CYBERBULLIES..

  78. Bonnie asked: "Lady - that is the cutest little "Michael Avatar" I ever saw. Is that the Animie version?"

As far as I know, yes. But, I got them "tagged" to me by a friend on FB. So, I've since "tubed" them and now use them for my own little avatars. They ARE so adorable!!! I'll have a new one every week. :)

  79. Lady – thank you so much for posting the face book info. About Gardner St. Elementary School.

Wow!!!! Lady, it is pending not finalized? I am scared. Some people, like that lady the one you made a comment about on LA Times yesterday, are dangerous and they might do something to convince the school to reverse the decision already in place. I hope not. My prayer goes to the school .
