Michael Jackson Justice: Sony and Michael - And the HITS Just Keep On Coming

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

Sony and Michael - And the HITS Just Keep On Coming

November 19, 2010 – And the HITS Just Keep On Coming
Please Pray for Ronnie Chasen

Well if they can’t accomplish it through Bilboard Music perhaps the only hits Sony can seem to get come in the form of bullets.

We are building up quite a body count around Michael Jackson in L.A.  What is this all about?

Since Michael Jackson’s murder in June of 2009, those surrounding him in business and personal life have been slowly eliminated.  In order of occurrence:

Evan Chandler

Bruce Ayers

The truth about Bruce Ayers:

“Bruce Ayers is the Director of Academic & Clinical Affairs for Minimally Invasive Aesthetics and the Arnold W. Klein Medical Corp. Bruce has an extensive clinical, medical and research background and directs our academic and clinical research programs in addition to providing management and staff oversight. Bruce, who joined the practice in 2005, travels extensively with Dr. Arnold Klein across the United States and around the World teaching the techniques and principals of minimally invasive aesthetics. Additionally, Bruce Ayers and Dr. Arnold Klein work together in the writing and publication of text book chapters and scientific articles on soft tissue augmentation, minimally invasive aesthetics and botulinum toxins, for peer-reviewed publications such as the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, Dermatological Surgery, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology among others.”

Peter Lopez

Latest Hit:  Ronni Chasen

BEVERLY HILLS (KTLA) -- Detectives investigating the murder of prominent Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen say she was shot before her car crashed into a light pole near Sunset Boulevard early Tuesday morning.

Beverly Hills police found the wounded 64-year-old at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in her Mercedes E-350 sedan, which had crashed into a light pole on Whittier Drive, just south of Sunset Blvd.

Chasen was rushed to Cedars Sinai Hospital where she died about an hour later, the Los Angeles County Coroner's office confirmed.

There are no suspects or motive yet for the crime.

Police are focusing on forensic evidence gathered at the scene, and are now working from the theory that Chasen was shot before the car crash happened, according to Beverly Hills police Sgt. Lincoln Hoshino.

A resident who lives near where the crash happened told authorities she heard several shots before the sound of a car crashing.

And at least two witnesses have said there was little visible damage or evidence of gunshots inside Chasen's car. They also maintain there were no shell casings found inside the car or near it.
Police would not say whether shell casings were found at the scene of the crash.

Detectives are now trying to gather surveillance video from businesses and residents along Sunset Boulevard.

Investigators also seized computers from from Chasen's business, Chasen and Co., about 12 hours after she was gunned down early Tuesday.

Nahid Shekarchian, a 33-year resident of the neighborhood who lives just south of the house where Chasen's car crashed, said sometime after midnight she heard gunshots --"boom-boom-boom" -- and opened the curtain of her upstairs bedroom.

She told her daughter-in-law to call 911 and went outside to see what had happened.
Shekarchian said the woman in the car was bleeding profusely from her nose and had blood on her chest.

The window on the passenger side of the front seat had been shattered.
Another neighbor walked to the car window and asked: "Can I help you?" Shekarchian said the driver "was breathing very heavily" and did not respond.

Chasen had reportedly just attended the premiere and after-party of the Cher movie, "Burlesque."
Chasen was involved in Hollywood publicity since the 1970s, working on campaigns for movies and artists.

She promoted "On Golden Pond," which won Academy Awards for best actor, actress and screenplay in 1981.

She worked with a number of music clients in recent years, including Janet Jackson, composer Hans Zimmer, producer Glen Ballard and Diane Warren, who wrote the song "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me," which Cher sings in the new movie "Burlesque."

She also was also working with 20th Century Fox on the best actor Oscar campaign for Michael Douglas in "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps," Variety said.

Hollywood publicist Michael Levine, Chasen's longtime friend, has formed a reward fund for the arrest and conviction of her killer.

Levine hopes to raise a minimum of $25,000 within the next week.

"Ronni was an incredibly popular Hollywood icon for decades," said Levine. "And I know Hollywood friends will passionately participate in this vital effort to find her murderer."

Anyone interested in contributing to the fund should contact Levine's office at (310) 300-0950 x230.  Source http://www.localwireless.com/wap/news/text.jsp?sid=278&nid=29095759&cid=15943&scid=-1&ith=3&title=Top+Stories%22

Ronnie was working with composers and song writers to add live performances to those that were used to writing musical scores for movies, theater and live shows.

“In a career that spanned more than 40 years, Chasen made her mark as a champion of film composers, and her efforts on behalf of such clients as Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore and James Newton Howard helped to dramatically raise the profile of composers' contributions to film. She was also respected as a top award-season strategist and a loyal supporter of many clients who had been with her for decades.

"She laid the groundwork for so many others on how to be a top publicist in the film music industry representing top composers and songwriters," said Laura Dunn of the Society of Composers and Lyricists. "She was tenacious, a force of nature, working tirelessly for her composer clients. She will be sorely missed in our film music community."  Source  http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118027596

I mention this because this was something Michael wanted to get into, writing music for movies and “marrying” the visual to the music.  Kenny Ortega and Arnold Klein both were good friends of Ronni’s.  She had also been a publicist for Janet Jackson.  She was coming home from the after-party for “Burlesque”, a movie that Kenny Ortega directed and two of the dancers in “This is It” were actors.

The two “suicides”, Evan Chandler and Peter Lopez are suspicious at best.  Evan Chandler, a previous dentist and co-screenwriter for “Robin Hood – Men in Tights” left no note.  The family and friends of Peter Lopez insist his death was not a suicide.

That is how important control of Michael’s ATV catalog is to these people.  We have Sony advocates posting the fallacy that not buying the album will hurt Michael’s children.  Well EXCUSE ME, but Michael’s children didn’t want to trade their FATHER for this album!  Is it worth all these lives?  Michael did NOT want this!  Not the album!  Not the hijacking of his intellectual property, not the loss of their father from his children and not all these deaths!

You are NOT supporting Michael buying this album.  You are paying the fee for the murders of all these people!  And you are paying for those who murdered Michael!

It does not take a PhD to figure out that There was NO RUSH TO SELL or make deals for unreleased music by Sony until Michael was killed.  Where was all the promotion of Michael’s work BEFORE June 25th, people?

The reason there was NO RECORD DEALS for new or unreleased music between 2001 and June 25th, 2009.  Sony put out the songs they already owned on box set collections and “Thriller 25th Anniversary” which consisted of remixes of songs from previous albums.  Why didn’t Michael and Sony make a deal for all these hundreds of unreleased songs?

Because no relationship existed until Michael was killed, that’s why!

Look at all the activity since he died! Where was it before then?

If you buy this album, you have contributed to financing his murder and the murder of these people.

If you are Michael’s fan, you will support Michael, not Sony.

If you support this album, you are an accessory to a crime.

  2. Hi dear,
I don't see the relationship between this lady and Michael. Also why did you put the picture of that actor which I don't remember the name?
    Is he dead also??

  3. Bonnie, you have expressed yourself for all of us tonight! I see a frightening pattern unfolding here, and with this latest murder, we can no longer pass it off as coincidence. I am truly worried at the thought of what might happen next. This shooting has all the characteristics of a mob hit - an SUV pulling up alongside, shooting point blank five times and speeding off. Chasen wasn't the victim of mistaken identity. Someone wanted this woman silenced. Don't be surprised if ballistics are unable to trace the origin of the murder weapon. Professional assassins make sure of that.

Each day brings something new and sinister to remind us of the way our angel was taken from us! Michael was all about GOODNESS, and without him, it feels as if the the whole world has become dark and dangerous. Why is this happening? :-(

  4. Bonnie, I was appalled when Randy J. said that both Branca and McClain were invited to Michael's funeral, but neither showed up! What do you make of such an insult to Michael and his family? Whatever we might think of these siphons who had a permanent spigot attached to Michael's neck, you would expect them to at least show a public face by accepting the invitation. By not showing up, it sent a loud message that B&M are in Sony's camp.

My heart breaks each time I hear about betrayals like this, which were commonplace in Michael's life, and only confirm what we always knew. That Michael had very few people around him who genuinely cared for him as a human being. None of them ever gave a damn (sorry!) that Michael was a "Little Boy Brutalized" in the business - beaten, pushed, controlled and exploited for his gift since the age of five. The cruelty of a stolen childhood is bad enough, but when his own advisers take advantage of that vulnerability over and over again, it's like a dagger in the heart of one so gentle and decent. And a dagger in MY heart!

It's ironic how AEG has been the target for blame since June 25, 2009 - yet Randy Phillips and Kenny Ortega did attend the Forest Lawn funeral. No one can accuse them of hiding in the shadows! But a lot can be surmised by the sheer absence of Sony at the funeral. No great loss they weren't there, as I'm sure they would have fouled the air!

  5. Hi Malcy. Sony needs a time out. We don't reward bad behavior.

    -----------------------------------------------

@Beatriz - Her name is Ronni. Her relationship is with a LOT OF PEOPLE surrounding Michael . . .Klein, Ortega, Janet (you know . . . Michael's SISTER). The actor, I don't know who you are talking about. Morgan Freeman at the top of the page with Ronni?

    --------------------------------------------
Spotlight said - "Why is this happening? :-( "

Because SOME FANS are rewarding them so the keep doing it.

    >>>>They were not friends. If they were invited and did not show up, then they were busy making plans, like Randy said.

Spotlight said - "But a lot can be surmised by the sheer absence of Sony at the funeral. No great loss they weren't there, as I'm sure they would have fouled the air! "

I don't recall seeing either Bandier, Mottola or Stringer at the funeral, no. No Koppleman, no Trudy Green. I did not see Frank DiLeo at the funeral either. Was he there?

  6. Bonnie,
Do you have any idea what connection Ronni had in with MJ, if any?

I can see where the others may have been killed because they had knowledge of Sony vs Michael, like maybe some inside information, so they had to be silenced.

But where does Ronni fit in with this?

  7. Bonnie,

I hope the attorneys for the Jackson's have all this infor that you post on your blogs.

You have VITAL Information here with Research to back it up!

I feel the information in your blogs, could Greatly help in the trial of Murray.

And hopefully put the spotlight on Sony, where it belongs!

    Bonnie........
Is there ANY WAY you can give a copy of ALL YOU WORK (blogs) to the Jackson's Lawyers?

  8. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!

I am reading all this and even commenting on all this, and yet, I can't believe this is happening!!

All these people have been MURDERED!!!

This is NOT TV nor a MOVIE!

    This is REAL LIFE!!

  9. I am sorry for the death of Ronnie Chasen. I wonder if she had enemies that do this to her. This is really a calculated murder. At least her death is cold blooded murder than the others found dead and blamed suicide. I hope the person (s) who killed her will be captured and we’re going to hear the truth in time.

I have heard that some old fans (means they’ve been Michael fans for ages) complaining why new comers (means they became fans after his death) advocate boycotting Sony not to buy the new album. From what I have heard their argument is this new comers have shallow knowledge of Michael let alone telling anyone not to buy the album.

I believe those new fans have been educated themselves ever since he died and understood his life predicament and felt genuine sympathy for him and join the old fans crowd in the fight toward true justice, including advocating boycott Sony.

I do not understand these “old fans” complaint if the new one fell obligated to advocate what Sony did to Michael and help to prevent further abuse and to stop financing their crime?

  11. Bonnie, I made up my mind a long time ago not to purchase anything in any shape or form from Sony. I am not in conflict with not contributing towards the estate or the children about this.

I wish with all my heart for Michael's children to prosper from their father's legacy and to achieve the financial security that Michael desired for them. I cannot however in good conscience contribute to Sony's profiteering and abuse of Michael nor Branca and McClain. Those dodgy executors exist because of a dodgy probate judge permitting a dodgy will.

So called executors who couldn't take the time out of their schedule to pretend to show their respects and attend the funeral of their deceased client? An extremely important client at that. One thing is for certain, no client is more important to Branca and McClain than Sony and that is who their real client is.

  12. I think people are blaming AEG more than Sony because it is easier to correlate what they saw as Michael's physical deterioration, with the time he was working on This Is It. AEG are a more obvious target, although they may not be guilty.
If there was a conspiracy by Sony, it is going to be much harder to see and therefore harder to prove. Possibly only Michael saw the full effect and felt the full effect, and he's not here to tell his side of the story.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hi Bonnie, of course the first thing I thought of at the death of Chasen was another Hollywood hit, and that may prove to be the case. As for the film Burlesque, it was directed by Steve Antin, not Ortega, unless you know something different. I've followed this film because I'm always interested in anything "Cher". Dr. Klein did tweet his sorrow at the loss of his "friend" Ronni Chasen. As for Janet J, Ronni Chasen worked as her publicist at some point in the past. Hollywood is like a giant tentacled monster, everyone appears to have a connection to everyone else.

Bonnie (and sorry for not searching your blog before asking but if I searched Oprah I'd be at the computer all day), do you know how far back Oprah's affiliations, business or otherwise, go with Sony? Yesterday was one of her "favorite things" shows, and the clip I caught showed her giving away giant Sony 3D TV's. Some time back I found an article from 1995 saying King World (her production company at the time?) was in negotiations to be purchased by Sony. I had always thought of Oprah as some nosy newshound who slashed an innocent Michael because she couldn't come to terms with her own abuse issues, but if there was a documented business relationship between Oprah and Sony, it would explain A LOT! Now she has taped a show hawking "Michael" with Teddy Riley on board which will come out before the album's release. At whose behest, Sony's of course; she hated Michael personally but pimps his album at the behest of Sony. Makes me sick. So do you know how far back her business dealings go with Sony? Thanks for all you do, Bonnie.

  14. Bonnie, hi and thank you for yet another bunch of useful posts :)
@PrincessGlam - I would like to say, as a mix of "old and new" fan myself - mho is that I'm not sure fans are responding to "what they saw as Michael's physical deterioration, with the time he was working on This Is It". What I mean is, and again this is my opinion - I believe many many fans have been deeply influenced in their view regarding Michael's physical deterioration by what groups like TINI.
Let's try and go back to when each of us first saw This is it. Did we really watch and go "oh my, look at the state he was in, it's frightening".... I can only answer for myself of course, and My answer is No, I didn't find him frightening at all, actually I still think he's damn fine and hot as ever on TII, don't even get me started.
Michael has been ever thinner than in 2009, look at the Bad Tour footage and/or pictures, he was almost transparent back there.
I know many of you do not agree with me and that's fine of course, but - the thing is, I like to think with my own head always, and it just seems to me that whenever Michael is involved, a lot of fans just wait for other people to tell them what to think, which can never be good.
For the same reason, I'm going to once again stress here that I see Karen Faye, Seven and Raven as well as many others - express their disgust and anger over Sony daily. I am very, very confused by a lot of what is going on (what with Teddy Riley apparently backing the hoax theories from what he allegedlt twittered yesterday - allegedly because now there are doubts as to whether the twitter account is indeed his - Madness galore).
It is important to know in our heart of hearts that we are trying to get the truth out there, the truth For Michael - and nothing else.
I trust in you Bonnie, but so far I still trust in other people, and I truly hope this web of lies, makebelieve and nonsense is going to be unfold. Until that day I try and follow my heart. Since Michael is in my heart, I'm following him as well, and that cannot possibly lead me in any wrong direction.....
    Blessings

  15. Bonnie, it's possible that Ronni Chase's murder is more closely connected to information she might have known through Peter Lopez. Hollywood is a very small community, and it wouldn't surprise me if Chasen knew Lopez, and possibly had information he shared with her. Chasen had big clients and would have been privy to a lot of information shared by attorneys in the business. The more she knows on a confidential level, the better she could represent her clients. There is a definite reason she was murdered, just as Lopez was. And if the authorities know it was a professional hit, they are dealing with high level mob crime, which is rarely prosecuted. Primarily because law enforcement tends to let the big fish go, while looking busy nailing the minions who work the streets.

  16. @Josie said, “Is there ANY WAY you can give a copy of ALL YOU WORK (blogs) to the Jackson's Lawyers?” Your question is so valid. I always think if someone from the Jackson camp has an access to Bonnie’s blog since it contains vital up-to-date information concerning Sony and the estate Executors.

Her works is well researched and she continuously stands by Michael side without wavering her position for even one second. And she always listens his sorrow and pain he went through with Sony and is still going through even in death.

What have we seen so far of those justices groups or bloggers or as a matter of fact some fans who have been fans for long or new comer do? We have seen them waver their stand in the fight for Justice to where ever the wind is blowing.

In my opinion, fighting for Justice means standing up and voicing the crime Sony continue doing and not giving your dime to help their crime.

It also does not really matter the person(s) doing the advocating boycott Sony is “older fan” or newer fan” as long as the fight is based on facts, which is Michael’s pain and what he told us while he was here with us and that’s what is important.

I fell the same way Karin. When Randy told us the other day they did even show up to Michael’s funeral even after they were invited, I felt so down and depressed. How dare they did that, and this is the people we support who don’t even show their respect on his final burial day? Michael was their long time friend and business associate even if they had a fall out at the end. No one will do what they did, no one. This alone angers me a lot not to give my hard earned money for this album.

  18. Ladyaquarius - that was a good link on Chasen's murder. What I found interesting is how the investigators speculate that the shooter did not want to damage Chasen's face by pumping five bullets into her chest. I think they are way off base with that theory, which could lead them in the wrong direction.

I mentioned in an earlier comment that ballistics may not be able to trace the origin of the murder weapon, and they already stated that shell casings were not found at the scene. If Ronni's head had been the target, the shooter would have had to aim higher in her car, and the risk of missing a shot and having a stray bullet land somewhere else is a risk they could not take! Hence, five shots at close range dead center in Chasen's chest. Several shots to the head would have been impossible with a moving target, as Chasen was driving. Her chest was a bigger and easier target, and five shots made sure she would not survive. The MO was not to preserve her face, but to commit the cleanest murder possible without leaving trace evidence behind.

  20. @June,

From what I understand but not have sufficient knowledge, Oprah’s Harpo production and Sony television pictures are partner. This article indicates their relationship I believe.

"The Nate Berkus Show," hosted by the popular design expert and New York Times best-selling author who appears regularly on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," will debut in first-run syndication in the Fall on the ten NBC Local Media television stations with a series co-produced by Harpo Productions and Sony Pictures Television (SPT) and distributed by SPT. The announcement was made jointly today by Sheri Salata and Erik Logan, presidents, Harpo Productions; John Weiser, president, US Distribution, Sony Pictures Television; and John Wallace, president, NBC Local Media.”

    http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/harpo-productions-and-sony-pictures-television-partner-with-nbc-local-media-to-launch-the-nate-berkus-show-wt-83249332.html

I always believe Oprah’s mistreatment of Michael is not because she still has doubts about child abuse allegation even though it started it that way. She is in partner with Sony and at least in the production side; therefore, she continues her mistreatment as Randy said, “In Oprah’s mind my brother is still on trial.”

I believe Sony uses her too and she gets along with it since she has a big audience to smear and vilify Michael to his demise.

Think about this, why would she support Michael (even though she knows he is innocent) whom she doesn’t make any money out of? Money is the roots of all evil and she follows the MONEY.

This picture breaks my heart ... if we only had known before ... I miss him very much. God Bless you, little brother.

Ms. Ronni Chasen: seemed to be a great lady in every respect. Disgusting crime. MOB crime with business connections could be.

Michael death circumstances were different though. On 6/25/2009, his doctor was with him (anyone else too?). So either this doctor can be accused for the least of criminal neglect & rare incompetence to the 2nd degree or should he be part of a much larger conspiracy, he does not seem sofar to be threatened since he runs free (or? we don't really know in fact). Anyway Bonnie, all the above crime stories you developed in this blog seem to be practically "perfect crimes" & I hate the idea. Hope I'm wrong.
But for Michael, it is clear to everyone that he had dangerous enemies since years (many of them we know already). But are some evil high-rank people or big or secret societies too powerful for the LAPD or Justice ?

    >>>>Mimi I'm glad you brought this up because they keep pounding on this. What is the point of their argument? Is it helping the cause? No it is not. Look at it this way. Newer fans don't have the material interest in Michael. They came on board because they wanted to learn who he was and what happened to him. This is not the same thing as being a fan of his for ages and having a casual, surface interest in what he looks like in his gold pants, or being a fan long enough to have most of the media tell them who he was.

I don't want to turn this into a "newer/older" fan debate because really, this is NOT about that and has no bearing on justice for Michael. What it is, is another argument that the pro-Sony protagonists put out there to thwart relative discussion on relative evidence of who was behind this . . . IE: Sony needs to sell an album.

Trust me, they will not starve and I suspect that what is going on, and all these killings have a lot to do with these missing "goldmines" whatever it is they are looking for . . . Michael's unreleased music, the other will. There is something they are looking for. If they had what they wanted people would not still be dying.

Somebody knows something, and Sony wants information about something. That is why the killings. They wouldn't be doing this for payback if they have what they want, it is too risky. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the possibility that the catalog was somehow protected?

From what I have heard their argument is this new comers have shallow knowledge of Michael let alone telling anyone not to buy the album.

I believe those new fans have been educated themselves ever since he died and understood his life predicament and felt genuine sympathy for him and join the old fans crowd in the fight toward true justice, including advocating boycott Sony."

I am admittedly one of those "older fans." The reason why I am of the opinion that I am is simply because many of these "newer" fans are simply playing "follow the leader." Sadly, it's nothing more and nothing less. My best advice is to simply watch and observe many of them. They follow the likes of Taaj Malik for God's sake!!! Is anyone here ready to hit the "Red Alert" button yet? Many of them do or have become "educated" by the likes of the TINI gang, and we all know very well how "tainted" their "evidence" is: photoshopped photos, and whatnotall. Then there is Karen Faye portraying herself as the "Queen" throughout all of it. Egadz!...

There are other things that do concern me, but on the downside? The truth is that no one appears to have any real proof. We have all sorts of inuendo, speculation and possibilities, but extremely little actual proof. IMO if anyone truly believes that Conrad Murray will be found guilty... Well... I'll just keep that one to myself. In the end, we will perhaps NEVER know what really happened on June 25, 2009 and irregardless of our searches and attempts, we may just have to face that possibility. But... God and Michael do KNOW. We need to trust that this matter will somehow resolve itself as God intends for it to be.

It's not the ATV nor the Mijac Catalogs that are involved, Bonnie. Everyone KNOWS where they are and the whole story about them. They are very well protected because too much is known about them.

At the core of all this is WHERE is Michael's hard drive full of unreleased recordings??? Remember what Randy Jackson tweeted: "I became suspicious about the album, when I heard when armed guards were involved since my brothers passing, May he rest in peace.

John McClain insisted that no family members were allowed at his studio where the project was being completed.

My first thought was, what are they trying to hide

Okay, after this Sony deal was inked, McClain went to work putting together the first album

Calling all over the place looking for music with my brothers voice on it

From what I heard, he didn't care about the quality or how complete the vocals were.

I found this to be very interesting

Why would Sony sign a 10 album deal over a period of seven years and

McClain couldn't find enough product for one album"

There you are...This is your "Why?"

Lady, on Samantha's FB page not too long ago she was openly telling her "followers" to target new fans. Shouldn't we try to keep from blaming the victims put it where it belongs? On the deceivers? Those "new" fans will learn just as I did, just as most of us here did, that what they're being told does not add up.

It is not the new fans that are the problem. It is the fake fans with the agenda, that is the problem. They are the ones using the "new fan" argument and I'm sorry, but I do not condone this "hierarchy" of Michael fans. That's a bunch of crap. That's like saying Blanket loves his father less because he's the newest child.

You either support Michael or you don't. You either love him or you don't. It comes down to where you get your information. Those getting as much as they can from Michael himself, with what he has left us in interviews, lyrics, poems, writings, speeches and depositions. From Michael himself. Once you have that, it is MUCH EASIER to figure out who is lying and who isn't. It doesn't matter when you BECAME the fan, it is the effort you took to get to know him and not just his music.

The new fans or "followers" of the TINI group will fall away as soon as the next ugly controversy comes up that they contradict themselves on. They will learn, just as we did.

A corporation like Sony I would consider too big for Sony, but it's not just Sony. It is the mob within Sony and we know from the 2005 trial that the LAPD is just as corruptible, if not more so, than the D.A. and the judges. It doesn't matter what the LAPD finds even. If the judge can be bought, the guilty will walk. Sad but aggravatingly true.

  33. @Mimi - thank you so much for the info on Oprah and Sony. I read the link which is a press release put out by Sony Pictures Television in February 2010 concerning Harpo Productions and Sony partnering on the Berkus show.

So, IMO, Oprah appears to be a puppet of Sony, continuing to propogate the falsehoods and lies which lead to Michael's demise.

Now, with the "Michael" album soon to be released, Sony again pulls her strings to pump the album on her show which was apparently taped yesterday. Oprah.com said she was looking for an audience of "huge" Michael Jackson fans (who will jump for joy when she gives them each a CD).

IMO, due to Oprah's history with her slash and burn Michael tactics, I believe her business affiliations with Sony went back much farther, and she's been their puppet much longer. She has been playing both ends against the middle, it seems, saying she didn't attend his funeral (although invited) because she wasn't his "friend", although she thinks she "could have been his friend". No, Oprah, you couldn't have been his "friend", your partner Sony wouldn't have been happy with you.

  34. Further to my comment about the Sony/Oprah connection, I meant to include this from the Sony press release of February 2010 concerning the Berkus show:

"Erik Logan, president, Harpo Productions, said "...combined with Harpo's legacy of success in daytime and our strong partnership with Sony", to me this statement confirms a more lengthy relationship between the two entities."

    >>>Bonnie, you underestimate the value of what you do on this blog! I agree that your main objective is to vindicate Michael and educate those who come here to learn the truth about him, and explore how his business relationships put him in danger. But you can be sure that some key people have "discovered" what you do and appreciate the insight you provide. You may be right that they have the resources and man power to procure information. But you give them an untainted point of view and various interpretations of events and what they could mean. Brainstorming sessions are integral to any investigation, and we have been doing it right here. You are a superb moderator and head up a pretty sharp group of thinkers. I hope those in a position to get the justice Michael deserves are reading you regularly!

As for "ballistics" vs "forensics," ballistics is the "study of the processes within a firearm, firing characteristics of the firearm and cartridge. The science of the motion of projectiles in flight." This would seem to indicate that it deals with determining the speed, angle or distance at which the firearm was discharged.

Forensics is the "study of scientific analysis of physical evidence of a crime scene." I assume that would be fibers, finger and foot prints, tire tracks, foreign matter on or around the victim's body, etc. It would also include any shell casings at the scene, but we know none were found.

Right you are, Bonnie. These killings are about something much bigger than Michael's unreleased songs, as wonderful as we know they must be! Remember when I said I didn't think Ross Perot and Warren Buffet combined were worth as much on paper as Michael was just owning the catalog? That one asset alone made Michael one of the rare MULTI-Billionaires! It's frightening that acquiring such an asset to allow Michael to be a free agent in control of his own destiny could also represent such danger for him. The catalog is potentially worth an astronomical several $BILLION. Would Sony crush a few heads to get their hands on it? Six down...and counting! :-(

My dear friend... NEVER and I repeat NEVER underestimate the PRICELESSNESS of any unreleased songs by Michael Jackson. To be quite honest, it's my gut hunch that the UNRELEASED could surpass in value the already released in value.

Are you aware of this and are you still considering the possibility that Michael may have realized his life was in such grave danger that he had to let it all go and escape?

I'm only on twitter when one of the Jackson's is going to answer questions, or to post my blog. I will browse it ocassionally but for the most part I stay away. I did hear a rumor about Riley Twittering some weird posts.

If it is REALLY Riley, what do I think about it?

A couple of things. Either Riley has gone completely nuts, Riley is not REALLY Riley, or we may have just learned a reason for the killings.

I'm surprised all these "Karenettes" as Lady calls them aren't attacking HIM over this issue. They brutally shut down anyone else talking about it.

I myself have never closed the door to the possibility of him being alive. There is too much going on to tell me that it is definitely a possibility.

Randy's twitter was interesting when he mentioned AEG by name but not Sony. NOBODY will do this. They all know it is Sony but they won't mention Sony by name. Don't you find that odd? Randy said:

"Like AEG, they were inking deals before I could get my brother in the ground" (paraphrased) And he is right. AEG sold the rights to TII to Sony. BUT . . . that is the ONLY DEAL AEG made in regard to Michael. The only one. AEG has made NO MONEY off of this at all. So follow the money. AEG has stepped back and the people fighting over this ECONOMY of an artist is Branca/Estate and Sony.

These TINI associates have constantly thrown this statement around:

"Why are the Jackson's sueing AEG if it was Sony that did this?"

  48. @Bonnie - SEVEN feathers now? That's a good number! I still only have two in my possession, and they ain't goin' nowhere!

Sorry, I know this is off topic: But I dreamed of Michael last night. Singer songwriter Carole King was a real estate broker (go figure!) trying to sell a strange looking house that looked almost like a cathedral, complete with narrow stained glass windows. She was telling people that the house was a desirable place to live because Michael Jackson had lived there. But the truth is, Michael NEVER lived there. It was just a publicity trick to attract fans and potential buyers! Cathedral? Stained glass windows? Has never lived there?

Suddenly, I see Michael come out of the front door, dressed in his familiar black pants and red shirt. He says nothing, just smiles and starts to walk down the street and disappears without saying a word. He had no security with him and just walked until he was out of sight.

Carole King smiled and said, "This is one song I'm happy I don't have to write. Miracles do happen!" Fade out.

I wonder. Could the house in the dream that looked like a cathedral with NARROW stained glass windows have been the mausoleum at Forest Lawn? Those windows are tall and narrow! And Michael walking away smiling with no need for security? Could that signify that Michael is, in fact, still with us, and a turning point, where he had to leave the limelight to escape the threats that plagued him?

Anyway, this was my dream interpretation. If only we could ask Michael what it means. I would be so full of joy just knowing he was somewhere on this planet - safe, well and happy while nurturing his children as they grow into exemplary human beings, just like him. I would never want him to return to the life he had before. Michael spent forty years making us happy, while his life was made miserable by the evil around him. We owe him the chance to live the rest of his life for himself, and we already know how he would live it. You cannot stop Michael the creator from creating, or from doing all he can to help the children of the world he loved so much. That will always be his true greatness as a human being.

As I type this, one of Michael's favorites, Debussy's Claire de Lune, is playing right now while a skater performs in competition, along with Michael's beautiful song, "Smile," and I am missing him so much. Dreams can be wonderful, if only they came true. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I agree, and on that particular note, I feel badly for him. He was only doing his job, and out of love for his longtime friend (MJ). Worse, fans are really disrespectful to the point of outright lunacy when they attack him or anyone connected with the upcoming "new" release. It's outright shameful and embarrassing to MJ and those of us whom claim we're fans.

For me, that was the 2nd giveaway that it definitely is NOT Riley. The 1st? I noted how fast his Twitter location had gone from Africa to New Mexico. That is the two possibilities I thought of too. Either it is NOT Riley or he is acting out of anger and frustration.

We have to remember that many of these people are NOT usually in the forefront and not used to the scrutiny and ridicule. It would serve them well to REMEMBER what Michael had to endure and for decades! This little kink is NOTHING compared to what Michael went through.

I think Riley is in a difficult position. Corey Rooney's original post (included a couple of blogs back) that they were all scratching their heads when they heard the vocals. However, Ted is not feeling the pressure. He has Sony at him and he has Michael's fans at him.

  57. Great blog Bonnie. I am right there with you. I have absolutely no doubts that Sony is behind Michael's destruction.

My questions for you now are:

Who has control of the catalogue? Did Sony ever excersize their option to buy half of Michael's remaining shares or is the offer still on the table?

Also, what do you think about the Beatles Catalogue now available on iTunes?

I was not aware that this was even in the works were you? Could this have happened without Michael's estate being involved? If not, why did Michael's fans not have a clue that this was in the works? How will the estate benefit from this deal? Did Paul McCartney have a legal right to be a part of the negotiations even though he doesn't own the songs anymore? Or does he?
