Michael Jackson Justice: William Wagener and the Michael Jackson Documentary

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

William Wagener and the Michael Jackson Documentary

December 27, 2010 – William Wagoner - The Christmas Blog Follow-up

Justice is in Truth, not the Dollar

Proverbs 17:16 -  Why should fools have money in hand to buy wisdom,
when they are not able to understand it?”

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.  I apologize for the length of  the Christmas blog, especially considering that one link took you to a web page for more reading and videos :o)  Little did I know that I created more work for myself.

I received an email from Spotlight with some information on a video posted by William Wagener, about the condition of Neverland.  Has anyone seen this?

Neverland Restored – William Wagoner Video

My friend was upset because she thought this meant that Neverland in fact had not been restored.   Compounding this confusion was the photos I posted on the website MichaelJacksonJustice.com contained some older photos of Neverland.  In fact the photos TMZ posted did not contain any of the amusement rides.  Only the catering RV’s, security, refurbished landscaping, train station and residence.  I noticed the pool had also been restored and was looking pretty again.  Those pictures are below and I will replace the ones on the website with these as well.    This was totally my fault.  I clicked on the wrong TMZ photo links for Neverland.

TRUE Christmas Party Pictures from TMZ

However, going back to William Wagener’s video, I was surprised to see the title of his video “Neverland to be Restored.”

The edited date on the video is of December 11, 2010 and shows up on screen at 0:39.  This is not from the video camera but notated into the video on uploading.  Video is taken from outside the gates of Neverland on Mount. Figueroa Road, NOT of the inside gates or the house or the location of Michael’s theme rides.  This video gives the appearance that Neverland has not been restored.

At 0:54, he pans over across the road, which does NOT belong to Neverland.

At 1:06, the date typed into the video is December 11, 2012 at 3:30 pm.  (wow!  Talk about your special effects, Wagoner was able to jump ahead two years?)

At 1:37, Wagoner zooms up to the wall where Erin Jacobs, Amy J. and Karlene’s black painted message to Michael appears, which had NOT been cleaned off yet.  The scandal which involved that happened back in the late spring of this year.  Supposedly they had to pay to have it cleaned off and I’m not sure of the date that happened, but it was before November, because I posted about that on THIS blog update: Erin Jacobs Graffit of Neverland in August of this year.

At 4:34 – William Wagoner states that Neverland looks the same on December 11, 2010 as it did except more security cameras were added (what for William?)  He suggests that Neverland could be bought back and restored, but according to TMZ, that had already been done by Colony Capital.  I doubt Colony Capital would ever sell Neverland to William Wagoner, so what does he need all this money for?  Wagener also states that we need to “take it (Neverland) back from the kinds of people that did this to MJ.”

Colony Capital holds the title on Neverland.  What did Colony Capital ever do to Michael?  The people who did this to Michael do not own Neverland.

Date the Wagener video is loaded onto Youtube is December 14, 2010.

Date that TMZ announced that Neverland was restored and Colony had Christmas party at Neverland for employees – December 18, 2010.  It was also reported by UPI and Billboard, so what is William Wagener doing?

Description on Wagoner’s video:  “Michael Joe Jackson was NOT guilty, in fact he was
the victim of an arrogant, self delusional Prosecutor, and a greedy family of grifters, and a media who was billions in profits in a conviction of even a misdemeanor. Who am I? I am William J. Wagener, a local TV producer, who attended more days of the trial, nearly every day, than any National report. And after trial did a lot of snooping among the media, which mostly did NOT know who I was.”

Let’s help them out.  THIS is who William Wagener is:

“A warrant for Wagener's arrest was issued by officials in Wisconsin five days before the election, on charges of violating the terms of his probation in connection with felony bail jumping. As a convicted felon, Wagener had no right to run for public office, Wisconsin authorities asserted .”  Source

William Wagener ran for 5th District County Supervisor in 2002 and was arrested shortly before the election. Because he was a convicted felon, Wisconsin authorities claimed that he had no right to run for political office. As a result, Wagener was arrested by Santa Barbara authorities.
In response, Wagener’s attorney John Holland said that his client’s prior conviction should have had no effect on his right to be a political candidate.”  Source

But this was more interesting, and goes into more detail concerning Mr. Wagener’s past.  Source  Please read this source.  This is the man that wants millions of dollars of YOUR money.

Really?  In my state, convicted felons cannot even vote let alone run for office.  The man jumped bail!  I realize that Sneddon is the last person on earth that I would consider worthy of judging another, but Wagener’s problems did not begin in California.  Was his arrest opportunist of his opponents?  It could be.  But considering that Wagener was already far behind the polls before his arrest, I did not see the motivation other than Wisconsin caught up with him.

At the end of the video, Wagoner is still asking for each Michael Jackson Fan to give $10 to fund this “defense” video.   I thought Larry Nimmer had already produced one of these?  Why does William Wagoner need to produce one?  Why can’t he use the platform he already has?  Aphrodite Jones didn’t do a good enough job on “True Crime”?

I would love to allow myself the possibility that William Wagener is on the up and up and yes, many a person either running for political office or for some other reason, has been in the path of Sneddon’s bulldozer.  But when someone is asking for fans the world over to give $10 in an effort to raise millions to make a documentary which has already been made several times, and selling Michael Jackson fans the dream of buying back Neverland, reality begs the question:

How is William Wagener going to restore something he has absolutely no legal ownership of?

What makes William Wagener think that Colony Capital will ever sell Neverland to him?

Michael Jackson Still Owns Neverland, or Shares Ownership

Should fans trust him to their hard earned money and lastly, even if they DO, can they trust William Wagener to manage Neverland in a manner other than the integrity on which he skipped bail in another state?

The same person collecting thousands of dollars over the last month for sunflowers for Michael’s Forest Lawn resting place is the same person collecting funds for William Wagener.  You all know her has Sandy Lee Scott.  It is reported that Sandy Lee Scott is the one that offered to manage the collection of funds for William Wagener’s (what do you call this?) campaign?  While she may be of honorable intention, is she aware what legal harm she could possibly be opening herself up for?

Is ANYONE asking for an accounting of all the money fans from all over the world are sending these people?

You want to help, you listen to the emotional appeal of someone you believe is truly seeking justice for Michael.  However, the same patterns keep emerging and no justice has yet to see the light of day.

Aphrodite Jones was also at the trial almost every day.  She wrote a book and re-released it after Michael’s death.  She was also featured  in a series of “True Crime” talking about the case.  Michael was innocent and the victim of the press, grafters and a vendetta by the prosecuting D.A.

Geraldine Hughes wrote a book after defecting from the prosecution of the 1993 to declare his innocence in THAT allegation.  Michael was innocent and the victim of the press, blackmail and a vendetta from the prosecuting D.A.

Charles Thomson, after defecting from the Lowly Newshound and the “Twisted Vision” character of MJStar fame, is in the process of TRYING to build the same type of fame on the same type of defense.  Michael was the victim of the press and extortionists.

ALL OF THEM blame the press for Michael’s persecution and all of them simply refuse to identify the entity BEHIND the press.  They blame either grifters looking to sue, a corruptible prosecuting district attorney or a blood-thirsty press, or all three.

These PEOPLE are running fans around in circles.   Why?

None of them address the fact that BOTH SETS OF ACCUSERS could not in any way afford to pay off a pack of government officials in the judicial system and a pack of plants sprinkled throughout the press to spread a story.

None of the people mentioned above want to connect the corporate entity behind all this, and NONE of these people were on Michael’s side BEFORE THAT TRIAL.  Not a single one of them.

Now the latter could mean nothing because before Michael’s trial, I didn’t have a blog about him either.  But I’m not asking for a few million dollars to fund yet ANOTHER documentary, and I’m not trying to sell a book or making the “True Crime” rounds.  Every one of the people mentioned above have ties to the press or the media.  (Geraldine Hughes being the exception as an ex-secretary to the attorney for Chandler).

Every one of the people mentioned above has made money from this tragedy.  Every single one of  them!

I also am quite aware of the interview with Tom Mesereau.  I’ve seen it.  Tom didn’t look too happy being cut off constantly by the rude-self-promoting-snake-oil-salesman.  Did Tom Mesereau just take yet another opportunity to talk about what a good person Michael is?  I doubt he knew that Wagener would use this interview to sell an idea of purchasing Neverland using fan-base money.

Three things strike me about this video and the timing of it and here are the questions I have:

Either William Wagoner is lying about the date he shot the video (and can’t fix a typo in the 2012 date on the screen) or . . .

William Wagoner is showing a leaf-covered outer entry of Neverland in an attempt to convince fans and appealing to their emotions, that Neverland is neglected and cover up for a story that appeared on TMZ (and other news sources) stating Neverland was restored or . . .

TMZ (and other news sources) was lying about Colony Capital’s restoration of Neverland and about the Music School idea.

Puzzling is that Colony Capital has made NO public statement either denying or confirming either story about the future of Neverland.

Also puzzling is the fact that William Wagoner, if his timeline on this video is even accurate, shot this film on December 11, 2010 (not 2012), uploaded it on December 14, 2010, four days before the story about Neverland’s restoration even appeared on TMZ.  Convenient timing, don’t you think?

Did they KNOW that Neverland was being restored or that a story about such would be published?

Puzzling again?  I remember a blaze of Twitter posts about the audacity of Colony Capital over the delivery of concrete to Neverland Ranch back in June of last year!  Source

Neverland Receiving Concrete in June of 2009

Then in September of 2009, the New York post (and a few other ‘news’ sources) reported plans by Colony and Jermaine to turn Neverland into a theme park (you mean, like it WAS before Michael left his home after his trial?)  at this source here.

And now, because William Wagoner filmed a rather lousy quality video tape OUTSIDE of Neverland gates with dead leaves blowing around, we are supposed to believe that no upgrades were made to Neverland.  At least the captain of the titanic made the assumption that there was more to the eye when trying to avert an iceberg in the North Atlantic one fateful night.   Is it deliberate deception with Wagoner or incredible short-sightedness?

The photos I published on Michaeljacksonjustice.com linked to the Merry Christmas blog are indeed photos of past visitors as Spotlight suggested to me in her Christmas day phone call.  However, THESE are not.

TMZ reported that the rides had been restored but they are NOT pictured with the news item.  Only a restored residence, train station and pictures of catering RV’s for the Christmas party are pictured from an aerial shot, complete with appropriate flora and fauna for the time of year in that area of California.

Wagoner’s video could have been filmed about the same time, but there is no video inside the park.  Some fans may not know that Neverland had two sets of gates.  The outer one was the stone you see below.  This is the gate in which William Wagener was filming outside.

Gates William Wagener filmed his video

Note that these gates are flanked by a wall of fieldstone.  The same wall in which Wagener gets a closeup of Erin Jacob’s graffiti.  This video could have been taken at the same time considering the condition of the foliage.

This second picture below is the inside gates in which Michael had his arch installed.  Note the wall flanking THESE gates are brick, NOT fieldstone.  Wagener’s video is not taken inside Neverland or of the area where the train station, residence or theme park are located.

The inside Gates, Where the Arch once appeared

The timing of the publishing of this video is before TMZ’s announcement that Colony had restored Neverland.  Wagener’s video either has nothing to do with TMZ’s announcement or it has everything to do with TMZ’s announcement.

Wagener is trying to restore Neverland, so he says.  Is there any proof whatsoever that he has any agreement of sale for Neverland?  How is he going to buy Neverland from people unwilling to sell it?

There has been an incredible flow of money, from fans pockets in an excruciating economy, to the pockets of those preying on the emotional vulnerability of fans.  I ask you . . . What justice has come of the millions that have already come into the coffers of the merchants and charlatans who have taken your money?

Lisa Marie wanted sunflowers at Forest Lawn.  Why didn’t SHE buy them?  Too “indifferent”?

The garden at the music school in (I forget where it was).  Is this bringing Michael Justice?

The banners?  A show of support.  Not bad but we still have the same people looking to bleed fans with requests for money for Christmas presents for Michael’s children, more banners, T-shirts, a major campaign to buy an album of over-processed demos and impersonators called “Michael”, and various requests for donations to help different people afford to visit Forest lawn and now the documentary.

How is enriching someone selling T-shirts at a court house going to bring Michael justice?

This is all starting to get out of hand, especially now with the call to Michael fans to fork over “$10 from each fan world-wide”.  It does not cost that much money to make a documentary.  You can do it with one video camera and a talking head.  Just ask Stephanie Wilburn.

Buying back Neverland?  It’s a great dream except that it seems just fine with its present owners.   Colony Capital has not even talked about selling Neverland and Neverland is being restored.  So sorry to disappoint Mr. Wagener.  If he were truly interested in justice for Michael, maybe he could leave his own personal vendettas behind and start focusing on the entity that paid off the officials in the first place.  Sneddon had to be bought. The judges had to be bought.  Even crooked public officials don’t put their careers on the line unless there is big money involved.  That big money had to come from Somewhere.

Perhaps Wagener could ask Sony for a loan?

Feedback from a friend:

Bonnie, I'd say your instincts about not trusting Wagener were spot on.  I did some checking and found out that he once ran for county supervisor of Santa Barbara in the years before Michael's trial.  His political aspirations fell flat because it was discovered he had an arrest record.  Don't know what the charges were, but he is a convicted felon who did jail time!

He is likely using Michael's name to enhance his notoriety and gain public popularity...as a crusader for justice!

Wagener is not only preying on Michael's fans to raise funds, but I'll bet he's using Tom Mesereau's interview to enhance his credibility by showing everyone he was able to get someone like Mez on his show.  I think Wagener is it for himself, which now explains why he was talking so much about his own opinions during the interview and giving Mez less on camera time to respond to important questions.

I know I can kiss the money goodbye and don't expect to see anything come of this so-called project.

Glad I saw this...you learn something new every day!  For what it's worth, I hope this will help you determine what Wagener was up to with that Neverland video!

Love you, Bonnie!

There is no sense in making a documentary unless you are going to address the real issue and expose the root of the evil.  If all they are going to do is repeat what has already been put out there, they are wasting your money and everyone’s time.

I don’t think Michael would want his fans to be taken advantage of in his name.  Documentaries will not bring justice.  Diverting the attention and resources of Michael’s fans will not bring Michael justice.  Stopping the flow of money into the behemoth behind Michael’s torment will.  We all know who that is, and it didn’t take millions of dollars to figure out who it was.  Michael told us for free.  Michael paid with his life because of it.  Keep that in mind before financing another criminal’s ambitions for glory.

Remember to research before funding anyone, please.  It’s your money.  Stop funding these people.  They have enough of your money!

Stop Feeding the Monster

Micah 3:11
Her leaders judge for a bribe, her priests teach for a price, and her prophets tell fortunes for money. Yet they look for the LORD’s support and say, “Is not the LORD among us? No disaster will come upon us.”

  1. Bonnie,

Thank You So Much for this post!!
I thought Wagener was a good guy! Because of his interview with Mesereau, I thought he was on Michael's side.

The guy is a Convicted Felon On The Lamb! He is NOT to be Trusted.....AT ALL!!

Makes me wonder WHY did Mesereau agree to do THAT Interview in the first place?!!

I can't get over the Audacity of these people!!
They LIE....CHEAT....STEAL and Still are able to SLEEP at night?!

    Unbelievable!

Thank You for exposing these facts Bonnie!

William Wagener is no better than Sony!

Everytime William Wagener asks and takes money in Michael's name, he is..."Killing Michael All Over Again!"

I think his Conscience has been SEARED!

LORD HAVE MERCY ON HIS SOUL!

  2. Bonnie, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G blog tonight! Thank you for putting together a comprehensive overview of Wagener. Fans need to take the blinders off before parting with another hard earned dollar. Groups are forming every day to solicit money for one cause or another since June 25, 2009. And I admit to having given my share under "emotional duress." Yet no one bothers to question the integrity of those groups or how the account is managed. Who knows if it's Bank of America...or "Bunny's Bank" at Paypal! And you're right, have we seen those groups do anything to move justice forward for Michael during the past eighteen months? It would be nice to know where the money goes.

The TRUTH is, those who have done the most for Michael's justice by exposing the threats that surrounded him - such as you have done, Bonnie, HAVE NOT NOT TAKEN ONE THIN DIME! When there is no profit motive, the commitment to justice remains pure and uncompromising. And that is why you and I, and so many others who follow your blog are so passionate about this. Our only driving force is our love for Michael, and there is no motive more honorable than that. Our heart and spirit are nourished by the need to get the truth out there for him. We can't put a price on truth, any more than we can put a price on Michael's precious life!

Bonnie, in closing, I have to say that this quote by you below was priceless!

    >> "That big money had to come from S-omewhere. Perhaps Wagener could ask Sony for a loan?"

I couldn't help but see the dark humor, but the ominous implications are anything but funny. Keep up the great work!

  3. Bonnie,

After reading this post, my guess is that Colony Capitol are the Good Guys.

I believe Colony Capitol on this one.

I think Neverland has been Restored IN-FULL, by Colony Capitol and I hope they add a Music School there and continue to Honour Michael's Good Name.

  4. The Entity Behind all this mess is SONY!
    SONY........The Music Industry!

    The Music Industry Must Fall!

    Down With SONY!

  5. Wow! Bonnie, I am so disappointed knowing Mr.William Wagner has a criminal background. This is also another person I respected so much, I thought, for telling the truth what Sneddon did to Michael. Every time I put my trust and believe about this person and that person fighting to spread the truth and bring justice for Michael, here comes the disappointment.

Wagner said, “shall we buy back Neverland, restore it, and open again for children of the world.” Who are we going to “buy back neverland? The fans? He was asking fans for money to fund the “documentary” he is working on and now he wants us to buy Neverland? Is he for real or is it a joke? Whatever happened to the “documentary or he wants the money to do both?

Okay, I had to go back and look at the picture of the gate where he took the video and the second gate that was restored with the “Neverland” arch. You know I never knew the gate with the Neverland arch on it is actually inside the other gate. How many people know about this?

I am assuming that if the Neverland arch is not usually on this particular gate, I don’t think Mr. Wagner would not know some of the restorations happened since he couldn’t get further than the main outside gate to witness it. Maybe he did not even hear about it to produce such a video as if nothing happened.

I agree on what you said about those individuals making money on Michael’s name but none of them addressing the main culprit behind everything happened to Michael. I said it before and I am going to say it again unless we address those criminals, all our effort to bring justice will not hold water.

  6. Hmm, interesting blog Bonnie. I hope you and your family had a lovely Christmas.

I thought I read a week or two ago that Colony Capital were negotiating with the estate to consider restoring Neverland to turn it into a college of sorts for musicians. To me this idea was really original.

I think we are all fed up with seeing Michael as the new poster boy on how to make a quick buck. Everybody wants to make a documentary about Michael. Now I would be very happy about a positive documentary about Michael BUT NOT when it involves funding from sources collected from the MJ community by groups of private individuals. A truly great documentary would need to be properly planned, funded and produced with a healthy budget and driven by true professionals not amateurs.

  7. Hi Josie - Merry Christmas. Did you get any snow? On the three posts you did, I don't know what Wagener's motives are. Buying back Neverland from the present owners, which is Sycamore Valley Ranch, Inc. (Colony Capital and Michael Jackson both own it through that entity, Michael owning the smaller share), considering that I believe Michael may still be here, I would MUCH RATHER see Colony with it than Wagener. If Wagener truly wants justice for Michael, he needs to go after the people behind Sneddon and the dollars behind the press.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh . . . and Josie? I'm not confident Wagener is tied to Sony in anyway. Only that we need to watch what is going on and stop the emotional "impulse buying" of services by people claiming to be in any position to get justice for Michael. What is going on is not right. This has already become a multi-million dollar industry in itself and all it has done is sent fans in multiple directions with their wallets out.

    ReplyDelete
  9. @Spotlight - What you said is exactly what people need to pay attention to. You have folks out there that are not collecting funds and I still see people posting pictures here and there of little sticky notes "$ony Kill$ Mu$ic" stuck to Michael's CD's in stores, which I have not done since moving (closest mall to me now is an hour or more away in either direction).

If fans REALLY got together and stormed Sony's offices SOMEWHERE, or sent thousands of letters into at least ONE major news outlet at the same time or within the same week, it would have a much bigger impact than fattening some florist cash register every week.

Michael was not a materialistic person. Throwing money at a situation does not solve it, just look at our government! Prime example! Throwing sunflowers or flying banners doesn't either. There should be a Sony strike! Of EVERYTHING they produce.

And what you said - "Bonnie, in closing, I have to say that this quote by you below was priceless!

    >> "That big money had to come from S-omewhere. Perhaps Wagener could ask Sony for a loan?"

I didn't put the "S-" in Somewhere, but LOL!!! That was good!

    >>> I know Mimi, it's not any easier for me, or people like Spotlight, who originally alerted me to that video of his. When he started asking for money is when I stopped listening to him. Especially for what he wants it for. I am so sick of seeing this. People are financially HURTING and THESE jokers have NO SCRUPLES!!!! They stick the emotional knife in, twist it and ask for money. Lisa Marie and her sunflowers . . . who said Michael even LIKED them? Her??? When has she told the truth about anything? I thought Michael liked roses?

It's not just about flowers, even Brian Oxman solicited for T-shirts that Erin Jacobs was selling. This is bullsh***. I'm going to stop this comment because I'm getting angry again.

  11. Mimi Cont.... Walked away for a minute, drank some tea, came back (breathing...) You said -

"You know I never knew the gate with the Neverland arch on it is actually inside the other gate. How many people know about this?

I am assuming that if the Neverland arch is not usually on this particular gate, I don’t think Mr. Wagner would not know some of the restorations happened since he couldn’t get further than the main outside gate to witness it. "

    >>> No, and I didn't either until I looked at a map of Neverland (that there were actually two gates) and you cannot see the second set of gates where the arch was because of curves in the road and the terrain/trees.

I am not sure the arch has been restored. That picture was taken from the older album on TMZ, but there are definitely two different gates and flanking walls: Outside is fieldstone and the inside is brick where the arch was placed before.

I'm also pretty ticked off that people are defacing Michael's property (anyone's property), but it looks like someone is cleaning some of the graffiti off.

    >>> That is a MICHAEL idea if I ever heard one. I can picture Michael sitting on a floor with a bunch of teenagers, encouraging them to experiment with ways to make different sounds using their fingers, shoes, bare feet, elbows on the floor with no other objects but what God gave them. It reminds me of the "making of" Ghosts. In the video I posted "How Many Kings" did you notice what the "drummer" was using for percussion? A snare brush against a magazine on a table!

Yes, TMZ did announce that Colony wanted to turn Neverland into a music school. IF THIS IS TRUE, I can't help but think who would be the . . . ah, DEAN of that school. Would it be a Montessori type learning atmosphere where students are taught to "let the music write itself..."? I am so in love with this idea, I'm crying. I hope it is true.

I really like this New Format! It's so Bright and Cheerful!

    Good Work Bonnie!

  15. Bonnie, beautiful, you have restored us all, we can see better.
I will be 'boring but I am thinking about the interview made last year the manager of "History" he says: "Michael was a money machine. "
Everything about Michael, unfortunately, makes money.
And I think it will be forever!
Michael, we love you wherever you are.
    Good evening Bonnie.

  16. Bonnie, the new blog is great; unfortunately, I won't be back; post this if you like, if not, then don't post it; all I ask is if you DO post it, post all of it. Having read and posted here for about a year now, I didn't just want to leave without an explanation. I still admire your zeal and your work to get to the bottom of what happened to Michael.

Wagener has also been "out there" for about a year trying to drum up interest in a documentary the sole purpose of which is to indict the snake Tom Sneddon and his crew. From my cheap seat, I think the statute has run and Santa Barbara is plagued by the same corruption as in 2005 (wearing different suits), perhaps this venture would be successful, perhaps not. IMO THAT has been Wagener's motivation. Getting Sneddon to squeal COULD lead to SSSS and whoever else was involved. I've followed his efforts as I have followed yours. Wagener's site has been seeking supporters for months; this is not "breaking news". His past? Questionable probably, but I thought we all believed in redemption, not castigation.

Wagener's vids are taken outside NL at a secondary gate. Of course he can't get inside. He was at FL on MJ's birthday and kept being pushed away by FL police when he tried to talk to a visitor. His off the cuff way of talking, i.e., "take back NL", is just his way, IMO, of advocating his position to get the snake Sneddon. He's not asking MJ supporters for $ to buy NL.

Colony Capital? Who knows? Maybe they were having a giant Xmas party for their employees and corporate wannabes. You ask why CC haven't issued a presser re turning NL into a music school. Just because TMZ says so doesn't make it true, right? If you believe what TMZ prints, then Katherine Jackson is "using" Michael, and we know that's not true. So why do you cherrypick what TMZ says as if it's gospel? A Michael Jackson music school would be wonderful but right now it's dubious.

Secondly, I believe in Sunflowers for Michael; it's tightly self-regulated. The intentions of others shouldn't be demeaned without adequate information.

I don't FB or twitter; don't have the time; a giant cause for Michael right now is the Discovery Channel's fake autopsy set for viewing in the UK in January. The execs and Weitzman know but "can do nothing"; another joke. THIS is an issue on which all fan sites can and should unite, rather than picking each other apart.

Again, Bonnie, thanks for all you do and have done for Michael and I wish you luck against Sony.

No we didn't get any snow here in Michigan. It just blew over toward New York, which is fine with me! (smiling)

I just want to Thank You Again for doing what you're doing here. I have learned so very much about Michael and this Whole Ordeal from you, that I just can't Thank You enough.

You are Truly a God Send, Bonnie!

  19. Hi, Bonnie, lovely new blog design. I'm actually having a lot of trouble right now typing this text due to the dragging delay of the keyboard. It may have something to do with the extra graphics of Michael's images in the background. He is so beautiful, but what a sad expression (very apropos, lest we forget why we are here!).

Bonnie...I apologize for reposting your quote by typing (S-) in "Somewhere") with a hyphen. It was only meant to show you that I understood the reference to SONY. But, one should NEVER alter someone's quote, so consider me scolded! :-(

  20. @ Bonnie : Well, as long as W. Wagener attacks Tom Snake-ddon because of Michael, I support him. But as you say, he also avoids touching the big "S"-word fish".
Now, Tom Wagener potentially interested in a Neverland acquisition ?? just MAD. Neverland or any other material thing related to Michael, MJ3 is none of W. Wagener or any other individual "claiming Justice". I w'd tell him : Stop making money on loving MJ fans & go home.

You new design : seeing Michael is always fine just the Michael image of the 2005 trial is a bit sad (to me): however for the Blog it probably has its meaning, i.e. looking Justice for a crucified man. The text: I had to zoom at 150% to read properly.. but well, my eyes are aging too. But the content of your posts & its related comments ONLY matter, any new design I will adapt. Thank you very much. Anyway 2011 is at our doors & I'll also need to re-design something new in my life ! LOL

  21. Bonnie,
I was also confused by the pictures on TMZ of Neverland restored. I knew that Colony Capital had started repairs back in 2008, as the house was falling into disprepair
    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124484259109711019.html
but none of the pictures since then showed the fairground rides. I was also surprised to see the Neverland arch as that was part of the MJ exhibition that opened in London in 2009 and then went to Japan earlier this year, so I suspected that the photos were old. In an interview, Tom Barrack said that he would either sell Neverland to an individual or use Neverland for philanthropic purposes. So I cannot see the point of fans giving money to William Wagoner. Tom seems to be doing a good job with Neverland already.
As for the re design of the blog - it looks good!

    >>> You are not "boring" :o) Michael was a money machine for everyone else, which is fine if you are earning it, but Michael has probably gotten ripped off more than he has received. Everything else he gave to charity. That people think they are entitled to it is what makes me angry.
    -------------------------------------------

June said - "Wagener's site has been seeking supporters for months; this is not "breaking news". His past? Questionable probably, but I thought we all believed in redemption, not castigation."

    >>> I KNOW his efforts are not breaking news. He has been asking for money for as long as I have been aware of his vids on Youtube. He is asking for money (millions!) to produce a documentary. He has HIS OWN TV SHOW! Why would he need MILLIONS to produce a documentary?

Did Larry Nimmer solicit funds for his documentary?

Buying back Neverland was what HE SAID, not me. How are they going to "indict" Sneddon for something he did over five years ago if they couldn't get him indicted when the evidence and people's recollections were fresh?

Sneddon was PAID BY SOMEONE. If you are trying to untie a knot, do you pull at the ends or do you work on the center? Everyone, including HIM is ignoring the core problem. You are not going to indict Sneddon because of a documentary. Why? Because as YOU SAID the same people are in office. Millions of fans dollars put to waste.

TMZ - I never said they were telling the truth. UPI and Billboard also reported it as well as other news outlets.

You said - "Secondly, I believe in Sunflowers for Michael; it's tightly self-regulated. "

    >>> How do you KNOW?

You said - "The intentions of others shouldn't be demeaned without adequate information."

    >>> Money shouldn't be paid without adequate information either. THAT is all I am pointing out.

You said - "I don't FB or twitter; don't have the time; a giant cause for Michael right now is the Discovery Channel's fake autopsy set for viewing in the UK in January. The execs and Weitzman know but "can do nothing"; another joke. THIS is an issue on which all fan sites can and should unite, rather than picking each other apart."

    >>> June, ask yourself why this is happening. Who is ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN? The Estate could stop this in a heart beat. Look at who owns the Discovery Channel. Branca and his goons KNOW ALL THESE PEOPLE! What better way to divert the efforts of fans. If your head is turned left, are you going to see what is going on on the right?

I've seen where you post and your comments on other blogs. So THIS one does not surprise me. Everything is GREAT as long as I am towing the line and "behaving".

The man is asking for MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. He JUMPED BAIL IN ANOTHER STATE. Redemption is available for ANYONE being upfront about their mistakes. Enriching yourself under the guise of (again) Justice for Michael while COVERING UP THAT FACT is bullcrap.

I would like to believe he really cared about Michael. But this battle of his, like many, started after Michael's trial. If the truth is too hard for you to read, then please don't feel you have to announce it. We understand.

    Wishing you the best.

    >>> I support anyone going after Sneddon. My problem with him begins at the word money to make a documentary when he has his own T.V. show he could devote to this. Makes no sense at all. Even if he COULD manage to talk someone into accepting the distribution of this documentary, you think the stations OWNED BY YOU KNOW WHO are going to allow it to be aired? What happens to all that money people send in if he DOESN'T get it made or collect what he wants?

Who is accounting for all this money? I listened to what he said in many of his videos. I listened to the one above. I read the video description. He's not after the people who hurt Michael, he is after Sneddon and he is after Sneddon and the officials that kept him out of office. He's following the same M.O. as those trying to get that CD sold . . . "It was the press and two money hungry families that caused all Michael's problems . . ."

Just how many food stamps did Janet Arvizo have to give Sneddon to buy him off on this trial? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

That news item really had me scratching my head. They make it sound like Michael had been gone for 20 years, LOL! Michael had only been gone three years at that point, how much "disrepair" could their have been? Grass overgrown?

Yes, the actual pictures taken from high up for that "Christmas Party" article were the ones shown above. No picture of the gate (that was from an older TMZ photo) and none of the amusement area which is further west on the property then the residence and Train Station shown above.

TMZ was not the only one that reported it but they were the first (fed? by whom?) Anyhow, on Colony Capital, which I know June has severe problems with believing they did anything good, I DO have a piece of news for her on the next blog update and I KNOW I'm going to get hammered by those propagating stories to the contrary but I'm beyond caring what those with agendas think anymore. They are REALLY starting to get on my nerves.

I Must Be Able To LET GO.

I Must Be Able To CHANGE DIRECTION.

I Must Be Able To LET THE FACTS DICTATE......

    Who is RIGHT or WRONG

    Who is INNOCENT or GUILTY

And leave my EMOTIONS out of it!

Excellent rebuttal to June's argument. You don't alienate as many readers as you think, and gain far more than you lose. That should tell you something!

(Geez...this is taking sooo long to type! It can't possibly be from your adding Michael's picture, and I won't let you take him down, no way!)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Bonnie, I can see what you mean about the amount of money collected in Michael's name on some of these projects. Without casting doubt on their good intentions, the sunflowers Facebook group has a suggested donation of $5 per month, with 1,573 friends on their page. If only 10% or 157 of these friends gave the suggested $5 per month, that would be $785 per month for flowers. How much do they actually collect? I don't really know.

It was kind of odd that LMP asked the fans to provide the sunflowers, with her being a very wealthy woman and all. Joe DiMaggio sent roses to Marilyn Monroe's crypt for years. They had just a brief marriage.

Just an FYI about the garden project you briefly mentioned. I think the donations went directly to the florist. I donated to that project. My donation was returned to me with an explanation that it was returned on the advice of their attorney.

I became aware some time ago that some of people collecting money for gifts for the children and Katherine may have been trying to ingratiate themselves personally to the Jackson family. That's something I would have never thought of, but can easily see it could have happened. I think it's time to leave these poor people alone as they try to rebuild their lives. Then they don't have to try to figure out everyone's angle or motives.

Spotlight, thank you for the conversation tonight. Loved it. We had some good discussion and I agree with you. I don't know if Sandra Scott works for the florist that it taking in the thousands of dollars every month for the florist or not, but I will find out. Interesting that she too promotes the Michael CD. I didn't know that either.

The Sunflowers group has it's own facebook page and I was told that Sandra Scott works for this florist and is collecting the money for the sunflowers. She is also collecting the money for W. Wagener and volunteered (went to him) to do that. What is going on is wrong and there is no accounting for all the monies taken in.

  36. Bonnie, I love the look of your new page and the colours as well. It does take a bit longer to scroll down to the comments section but that's probably the graphics and the cost of creativity.

Statute of limitations for malicious prosecution against Sneddon has passed. I'm not sure exactly what William Wagener wants to charge Sneddon with. To my knowledge malicious prosecution could have been brought and I so dearly wish Michael have had found the strength to bring these charges when he was alive. Sadly I don't think he had the strength to face the trauma and ugliness of anything to do with that trial. We also have to remember that charges would have cost a fortune to get to court and Michael still owed Tom Messereau money from 2005 when he died. The estate has paid the account in full now.

June, you don't have to agree or disagree with what's discussed here you know. I am used to being castigated in other groups for supporting Joe Jackson for example or speaking out against Branca and/or Sony. However, I still remain a member although perhaps not as active as I used to be.

My opinion is that Michael needs great PR and for that I would like to see an exceptional doco on free to air television or even a really top class movie about his life - BUT a positive human interest story as we have seen so much negativity aired about Michael. Wouldn't it be wonderful to see the focus on Michael's achievements, on him the person with all of his unique complexities and above all, on his kindness and good deeds? Wouldn't it be wonderful to see the truth about his vitiligo aired and his other personal struggles both physically and emotionally? Because he was bashed up and bullied by the media so much, the only way I can see the public really getting to know Michael the person is for something like this to be completely professional and commercial to reach a wider audience. Who knows, perhaps there is an exceptional producer out there who truly appreciated Michael and who could raise finance for such a venture?

Music college is a great idea for Neverland Bonnie and I do hope it comes to fruition. At the end of the day I believe CC will call the shots and they are probably looking at ways to maximise their investment - *sigh*.

As much as I love Michael from the bottom of my heart, I am loathe to part with money to strangers for a cause which I have little input or information about. Michael himself I believe would understand this.

Bonnie, I support your blog. It matters not to me whether you are 100 per cent right or wrong. The thing I appreciate most is your effort and your dedication and the fact that you look at things with a fresh perspective. We are all just on a journey of discovery together.

It saddens me that some stupid producer of a TV show would come up with the idea of conducting a fake autopsy of Michael. However, I have no doubt that the estate could have stopped this in its tracks. I really don't think it will reach that wide an audience though. Whilst I am completely in favour of vindicating Michael in every way, I still believe that the focus needs to remain on justice for him.

  38. Hi Karin - you said "Statute of limitations for malicious prosecution against Sneddon has passed. I'm not sure exactly what William Wagener wants to charge Sneddon with. To my knowledge malicious prosecution could have been brought and I so dearly wish Michael have had found the strength to bring these charges when he was alive. "

    >>> Thank you. I forgot to bring that point up when writing the blog (I missed that). Michael doesn't strike me as a particularly vindictive person and Michael knew who was behind all of that, Sneddon, the press, the people camping outside his gates and following him around. He knew the fight wasn't with Sneddon. If the truth could be told and they could have been exposed so they would not hurt anyone else, I would have been happy with that.

What these people did, was prevent Michael from getting his message out and they did it by attacking his integrity and his character, first in the press, then in the courtroom. If they could have gotten him behind bars, I'm sure they felt they would have won, but they were happy with the results nonetheless.

Michael didn't fight like that. I was once told by a teacher in a Christian school that it is not necessary to react to every affront. That if you step back and wait, people like that usually do more damage to themselves then the person they are seeing to undermine. Michael was an expert at "letting the music write itself", right? Well, the same goes for those seeking to do malicious damage to others. They will eventually manipulate themselves right out into the open.

This thing isn't over yet, by a long shot.

  39. Bonnie, I was a little dis-oriented when I saw the new look of your blog. I was so used to the way it looked before but I like the update and I'm glad you used an image of a mature Michael. It can be too easy sometimes to use the more idealized youthful images of him. Although I never tire of those images it's important to see him as he was in more recent years. Excellent choice!!

  40. @SandyK - I bet you were, I'm so sorry! I also am so used to seeing the Blue on Beige. It's like the identity of my blog has changed, but it's about Michael and I wanted it a little more personal.

I too prefer the pictures of Michael that are the closest to the present. He's not even looking into the camera in these images and there is just so much expression there. You see suffering, but you also see this quiet strength . . . and almost a peaceful knowledge of something that he wishes others could understand. I love these images. The larger image? I can almost hear him saying . . . "If they only knew..." ♥

    >>Bonnie, this did it for me...tears. You looked at Michael's face and saw what he was feeling. Despite all the pain he carried, he had an aura of serenity that only comes with a strong spiritual core and knowing he was on the side of truth. Michael's profile image shows the sadness of what years of deceit and disillusionment can do to a beautiful human being. He has earned our love and respect ten times over.

I want to tell all of you what really perplexed me the most. Those fans who really work hard to stop the Discovery Channel from airing the horrendous program truly know the estate executers can stop it if they desire; but hey go head and give full support to the estate executers through supporting PRO BRANCA BLOGGER. What I am saying in general, some fans at one point they act like they are for Michael and they insist the executers to step in and take action, in another point they support the executers who refused to help stop the programming.

What in the world is this? Can anybody understand this double standard? To tell you the truth, I have never seen or heard such hypocrisy in my life.

Circular arguments come from people who are morally lost and hypocrisy is the result of subjective truth, which really does not exist. Subjective truth is lies disguised as individual perception. http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_committee300_04.htm

Read up on what Tavistock and the "system" as Michael likes to call it, has done to society through entertainment. Very, VERY interesting reading.

And it's not just Bush . . . he was just the flavor of the month when this was written . . . it's all of them, including Obama.

    ReplyDelete
  48. @Spotlight, Mimi AND June - Above on Tavistock: This issue with the autopsy reinactment is EXACTLY the kind of crap that this person talks about, and now the reports of a pre-autopsy picture of Michael?

    IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!

If they can't even leak a photo of Michael laying in a casket after a bullsh-- nine-hour makeup job, what makes you think anyone could get ahold of an autopsy picture. I wish these people would use their brains.

The estate could give two rat droppings what the "Discovery (Deprivation) Channel airs about Michael. THEY DON'T CARE! They can move when they are promoting that fake Michael CD though!

Just like you said in one of your comment before, it’s not only about the catalog; they want to silence his message, which is the truth about the war that are waged against humanity in general and against the artist in particular.

I am telling you, I am not supporting President Obama for supporting the Afghanistan War and continuing the war. You are right it’s not only Bush it’s the whole system.

I am going to continue reading and mesmerize on what has been done and continue doing as a result of greed to fatten some people’s pocket.

  52. Mimi and Bonnie,

The hypocrisy issue with all the hoopla about the autopsy show - Mimi thank you so much for saying what I've been thinking for weeks but didn't know how to express.

Everybody's in a state of panic about stopping this show from airing. Fair enough - the whole concept is totally sick but you are right Mimi and Bonnie - the very ones who are screaming the loudest to stop this documentary claiming they are protecting Michael's reputation are the ones who think that the executors are wonderful and sing their praises.

Why aren't they taking Branca to task for not stopping it? He's a lawyer - Weitzman's a lawyer - they're all pulling in megabucks because of Michael but they have allowed this grotesque show to proceed. Why would they feel anything about this macabre show when they wouldn't even spend a few hours of their time to pay their respects to Michael at his funeral?

I am sick of the hypocrisy as well because they run around madly with their causes and stroke Charles Thompson's ego madly but what are they doing or what have they done about justice for Michael? The pre-trial is looming and a lot of filth is going to be flung by the defence to portray Michael in the worst possible light. To be honest, I am more concerned about that than some sicko documentary which very few people will watch.

  53. Bonnie, you are right - I also don't believe Michael was vindictive in any way. However, Sneddon deserved to be made accountable publicly for his unnecessary persecution of Michael. The fact that Michael was completely exonerated by the jury paved the way for Michael to bring a charge of malicious prosecution against Sneddon and "malicious" that man's behaviour was. I think it would have given Michael peace of mind to see this man made publicly and legally ridiculed for his behaviour but I just don't think Michael was up to pursuing it.

A friend of mine puts it very nicely about the Sneddons of this world - he just says "Leave him to God". Perhaps Michael had the same belief system but at least he wrote that song about the cold man.

I'm assuming you know this article uses Michael Jackson as example of one of the contributors to the decadence of society.

    >>> I like that one of him Josie. :o)

Karin said - "the very ones who are screaming the loudest to stop this documentary claiming they are protecting Michael's reputation are the ones who think that the executors are wonderful and sing their praises. "

    >>> You noticed that too? There are people out there getting paid to direct attention in this crisis or that crisis while other things are going on in the background. This started back during the first set of rumors right after Michael's death. Anything to heighten and prey on emotions of fans. Maybe their goal is to finally desensitize them until they no longer care.

That is easy to do with people who are used to instant gratification.

Also Karin, I don't believe that Michael would have wanted Sneddon to get away with it either, because Michael knew there were other victims. But someone like Wagener is really no different. I hate to be like that with anyone going after Sneddon, but if it is not even important enough to get back at someone with YOUR OWN MONEY, what business does he have asking fans for money. They have forked out ENOUGH over the last 18 months!

If you want to starve a monster, you don't keep feeding it with what keeps it alive. Money.

@sas1253 - Yes, I do know it. I would love for him to have done more research on Michael, but his target was the industry and unfortunately, he did not know enough about Michael to realize that Michael would have agreed with him. That's another good reason to read this article, because it is just more proof of how pervasive and deep the stories in the press about Michael were.

If he had done his research on Michael he would have seen Michael talking about the manipulation of the press their labels want them to do, and about the false history books, etc . . .

Anyhow, yes, I did know about it and I'm sorry he does not know Michael. :o(

  56. Bonnie, I agree about Wagener's cause and the collection of money for it. There was only one person to my knowledge who should have and could have taken Sneddon to task in court and that was Michael. However, he would have been facing an entity with unlimited taxpayer funds behind it to mount a defence - basically the State of California. Can you imagine how much that alone would have cost Michael in legals?

Additionally, even if Michael had the money, he would have had to revisit every little detail of those ghastly years between 2003 and 2005 - two years he barely survived. The face on this page bears testament to what those two years did to Michael Jackson. I think Michael wisely tried to focus on his health and getting on with his life with his children after the trial and Sneddon sadly remained unscathed. I don't believe anybody else can legally and posthumously bring charges against Sneddon on Michael's behalf but in any event the statute has passed.

  57. @Karin - I have to agree with you on the issue of Sneddon. Sneddon has already been sued for malicious prosecution by others and they have won judgments. They were civil cases. This whatever Wagener thinks he is doing, you know it's the same thing! I start out, like everyone else, believing that there is a noble purpose to what they are doing and then I dig into their history/behavior patterns/agendas and I'm telling you it is DIS-A-POINT-ING.

You are right. If Joe Jackson cannot challenge the estate because he is not mentioned in the will, then Wagener has NO LEGAL CONTEST to bring charges against Sneddon except in his OWN case against Sneddon, which by the way, has ALSO passed it's statue of limitations.
