Michael Jackson Justice: The Misconception of the Artist and the Creator

God: Reconnect to Him

The Conspiracy against God is about "The Word", and the profaning of His Holy Name within us. Adam fell in the garden, breaking the direct connection to God. Jesus, the "last Adam" was a quickening Spirit, the Word made Flesh, and the only one with whom we can re-establish our relationship with God. Michael's story is still unfolding. He is the one who is, is not. But Jesus is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Many are trying to rewrite HIStory. We were given a help to instruct us. Learn more "here".

The Misconception of the Artist and the Creator

The Artist and the Creator
Sound of Silence

Unto me men gave ear, and waited, and kept silence at my counsel.”

And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour."

“The visions that were planted in my brain
Still remain”

I was telling a friend of mine on Facebook about this song. There is an interesting story to it.

My first year of high school was a scary time for me.  We had just moved (again), I didn’t know anybody, I was fresh out of Christian school after a few years attending (for my sanity) and I was just discovering my enjoyment of writing.  My drawing of faces had matured (I was better then, than I am now – out of practice), so I took an art class.

The art teacher we had was a very bright eyed, rather long haired and intense man that I believed was probably in his mid-thirties.  I was still kind of afraid of expressing myself with others present but he was not your regular, detached “tenured” teacher.

One assignment I will never forget was a project.  We all came in and sat down at our tables.  I had no friends.  It was still the early part of the fall as I remember and I was very lonely.  He told us all to sit quietly and listen to every word and note that he was about to play.  Then he put on the needle on the record.  (Eight-tracks were just beginning to make way for the cassette).

The Simon and Garfunkle’s “Sound of Silence” came on.  He told us to close our eyes and really listen to every word, every note.  The harmony prevented me from remembering half the words in the lyrics but it didn’t matter because the message came across and embedded itself in our brains.

When the song was over, we were to write down what we remembered of the lyrics.  I didn’t do too bad.  Then we were given our project.

Our project was to interpret the song using any other medium we chose.  I was in heaven!  We could do a sculpture, painting, write a story about it, draw or take pictures.  I did a mini booklet with pictures and a story to accompany it.

That assignment taught me something not only about listening, but in the fact that much like energy, art never ceases to exist.  It only transitions into another form and it is carried on from one “conductor” to another.

The Purpose of Art

Someone posted a comment to a year-old blog entry on the 24th of June.  When I answered them, they wanted clarification on my answer in regard to what the elite wanted to use Michael for.  You can find the conversation starting here – “Illuminati and the Album Covers”.

In the comment to me, the person said this:

"Lyrics are a form of art, art by its very nature is there to be interpreted on an individualistic basis.. therefore one song’s lyrics to me could mean something entirely different to you, due to the way we unwittingly interpret things and relate them to an experience in our past or feelings and emotions we have experienced. I’m a big fan of Michael Jackson but I haven’t recently looked closely in to his lyrics to see exactly which specific verses you are referring to but as I mentioned earlier I believe this could be put down to how we individually interpret things."

For some reason, this made me angry and I thought to myself “this is the problem exactly”.  I answered back in part –

"No, art is not to be interpreted on an individual basis. That is the misconception about art. This is why artists never get their message across. Why in the hell would an artist spill his guts in lyrics or on canvas to have someone else turn it into whatever they wanted to believe?  That's kind of like what the press does with people's interviews, isn't it?

Art is the artist’s interpretation of an experience, a truth or knowledge. You view or listen to an artist’s work and you either GET HIM or you don't. Artists are people who TRY to get a message out to people through sometimes the ONLY MEANS they can, such as the case is with Michael (with all of them, really)."

The same realization can be applied to some people’s understanding of the Bible.  The artist and the Creator are always misinterpreted, sometimes deliberately by those who seek to use their work for an agenda to take control.

Michael is the artistic “man in the mirror” for what has been done to God’s word in the name of religion (this was also part of that discussion).

There is always going to be something about an artist’s completed work that stands out to an individual, and it will be different than what reaches the heart of another individual – because that is how God created us.  But in our taking ownership of the work of an artist for our own comfort, we sometimes forget the whole message in context, be it God’s word, or a song, the lyrics, a poem, a painting by an artist . . . one element draws us to the work and reaches into our hearts.  However, the message is still that of the artist.

Artists use a medium to express what is in their hearts, and what they’ve experienced.  It is a way for them to reach out and tell the truth about what they’ve seen when direct methods can’t be used.  If an artist is calling out for help, for understanding, is it fair to take only the piece of that work that matters to you and go your way, leaving the artist to bleed?  His message left unheard?

Just as the establishment that seeks to enslave us has used Michael, his icon, his music and his message to manipulate and twist the truth of that message, so has “religion” done to God’s words.

God’s word is NOT open to interpretation and believe it or not, neither is the work put out by the artist.  Imagine how frustrating that would be if you drew a picture, wrote a story, or created a song that came from your heart, only to have someone else say, “Wow, this is what it is about” and it is the complete opposite of the message  you are trying to convey.

Why would this be any different from the way people have twisted and misappropriated God’s word for their purposes?  This is how “Truth” became “her truth”, “his truth”, “abstract truth” and the natural order of things became corrupted.

This is why reading that WHOLE book is so important.  It’s like trying to get to your destiny with only half a map.

The Remarkable Book of Romans

The book of Romans takes the ministry of Christ from the Jews to the Gentiles after Stephen is killed by the Jews and he becomes the first martyr of Christ.

Shortly thereafter Paul (who used to be Saul, the Jew who jailed and persecuted Christians) was arrested and sent to Rome.  Because people in high places liked him, he was spared and he began preaching to the Gentiles.

Chapters ten and eleven share some surprising truth about God’s relationship with the children of Israel, and ties in some prophecy from the old testament in Isaiah:

"Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.  [2] For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.  [3]  For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

[4] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.  [5]  For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.  [6]  But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

[7]  Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)  [8]  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;  [9]  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

[10]  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  [11]  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. [12]  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

[13]  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  [14]  How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  [15]  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

[16]  But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?  [17]  So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.  [18]  But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.

[19]  But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.  [20]  But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.  [21]  But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.”

I bolded the things that caught my attention about God’s many attempts to open the door for Israel (the people).  If I am not mistaken what I am reading, Jesus began preaching to all, Gentiles and Jews out of love and lack of borders in his ministry.

Paul was told to preach to the Gentiles since the Jews rejected him and sought to kill him.  So Paul expresses this by quoting Moses’s declaration that the children of Israel would be “provoked to jealousy” by “them that are no people”, or a “foolish nation” in which he would use to anger Israel.

Those of us not Jews or from the “Tribe of Israel” could be offended by this, but Paul explains himself further in chapter eleven:

"I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,

3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.

5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:

10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.

15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

[I want to pause here and remind people of the analogy of the tree and the broken branches in Jermaine’s book, on page 54-55.  Here he discusses the lesson Joseph taught them about the tree being a family (God’s family?) and when a branch separates they become weaker.  You can break it over your knee, but if you graft a bunch of branches together (Micheline’s band of brothers), they are harder to break.  This is why I think Jermaine commented on Twitter about my poem.  Because It used the same analogy before I ever saw his book.

Look at how Paul uses this analogy in reference to God’s family – Jews and the Gentles being branches from the same tree . . . ]

18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

So in conclusion, what is this telling us?  I see a reminder NOT to be high-minded.  Not to be conceited or boast over those whom God provoked to jealousy – IN ORDER TO SAVE THEM.

I see a parent using psychology to correct or motivate disobedient children.  I see a God who wants ALL his children to wake up and start loving him and loving each other.

There will be some who will not as we will read in later chapters in Revelation.  For now though, I wanted to continue from where we left off in Chapter 9 of Revelation (click the blue), that I covered on the “Clock Countdown” blog.

The Little Book

And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:  [2]  And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,  [3]  And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

[4]  And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.  [5]  And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,

6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:  [7]  But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

[8]  And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.  [9]  And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

[10]  And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.  [11]  And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings."

I know what you all are thinking – “What in the world were the seven thunders uttering” and “what is in that little book!”

Again I bolded key words that are found in other places in the Bible.  Because they represent various things.

In verses one and two, it describes a “mighty angel” which describes an angel in two other sections of Revelation (5:2, 18:21) but we don’t know if this is the same angel.  We also know Michael as a mighty angel mentioned in Revelation 12:7 as he “fought with the dragon and his angels”.

There are three characteristics with this angel that some believe resembles Christ.  He is “clothed with a cloud”, “has a rainbow upon his head”, “his face was as it were the sun”, and his “feet as pillars of fire”.

We find reference to “the son of man coming in a cloud with great power and glory”, or “coming in the clouds” in Matthew 24:30, 26:64, and in three of the other Gospels.  In 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17  it tells how the dead in Christ will rise first, then those still living will “be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet with the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

In Revelation 1:7, it tells us He will “cometh in the clouds and all eyes will see Him”.  In Revelation 11:12, It describes the two witnesses who will be slain and their bodies left out for three and a half days in which the Spirit of God will enter them and they will stand on their feet.  All their enemies will see them ascend into a cloud, just as a cloud surrounded Moses on the top of the mountain.

The rainbow upon this mighty angel’s head is also mentioned elsewhere in Revelation.  It describes the “rainbow around the throne” in Revelation 4:3.

His “face as the sun” appears in Revelation 1:16 – “…the countenance was as the sun shining in His strength”.  And the feet like pillars of fire, fire is referenced throughout Revelation as a sign of judgment.  The pillar of fire was also used by God to guide the Israelites in the desert by night, as told in Exodus 13:21-22.  Fire not only signifies judgment but also a sign of deliverance or guidance for God’s people.

The angels stands on the land and the sea (signifies a very large angel) and could be seen as the angel declaring the return of the earth back to God, or God taking back what is his.  The number seven could emphasize the completeness of the message or be a symbol of the number that points to the voice of God Himself.  This is described in Psalms 29:2-9.

In verse four a voice from Heaven tells John not to write down what the seven thunders are saying and to “seal them up” and not to write them down.  This may have to do with God’s judgments and purposes for these things, but the details are sealed. This indicates that God has not revealed in Scripture all the judgments that will take place on the earth during the great tribulation.  This is also what Daniel ws told by the angel in Daniel 12:4-9.  Because this angel in Revelation 10 also calls out for time to be no more in verse five.

This reminds me of the book of Enoch and slight reference to it is made in both the book of Jude and in 2 Peter, which reminds us that the “secret” things, the prophecies of Enoch, will be hidden by deceipt and they need to remember them.  I discussed that on this blog on September 6, 2011 titled, “Michael and the Angels”.  It could very well be that book that is hidden (taste sweet as honey in his mouth, but bitter in the stomach, as it contains both good news and judgment of horrific crimes).

Other sources have also interpreted this passage to mean that John should eat the book because he should ‘consume’ the Word of God.  But if the word is sealed and not to be known, then this cannot be the Word of God that is preached to all the world, can it?

In verses 6-7 of Revelation 10, we are told of the mighty angel calling for “time to be no longer” and then the “mystery of God should be finished.”

Around the net I have seen various interpretations on the “Mystery of God” and the ones I have seen all seem to gravitate toward the same basic interpretation.   That God will no longer be a mystery.  Time will be up.  No more delay, no more time for repentance.  Every eye will see him and your bed better be made.

The time to confess your love for him will be done on the blowing of the seventh trumpet.

Revelation 10 is both a comforting and a frightening book.  It depicts the end of our chances to recognize, know and love God.  And he does want us with him.  The whole book is for you to get to know him and understand why all this was done.

All for love.

Many of Michael’s songs lead up to this very chapter in Revelation.  Amazingly, Earth Song is a big clue.

So is “We’ve Had Enough”,

And “Cry”
“They  have not a clue when it’s all gonna end”

“One More Chance At Love where he sings about needing help “me make these mysteries unfold”,

. . . and so was this song – the last recorded, original song from Michael himself.

This is It

The lyrics are still off on the screen from what I can hear him singing, but the keys are there – This is it (This is it, tell your people they’ve got ten days), “Here I stand” (Daniel 12:1), “I’m the light of the world I feel grand” (John 9:5), “There’s this love that I feel, and I know that for sure it is real.  And it seems as though I’ve known you for a thousand years” (Revelation 20:3-5)

Dear God – He’s gotta hear it from us.

More to come

  1. Another off-topic SCAM ALERT. My mother got a $4,153 (something) check in the mail written out of J.P. Morgan Chase bank. The accompanying letter told her she won $230,000 dollars and that this check was being sent as an initial payment so she could pay the "non-resident tax" of $2,300" All she had to do was call a Wayne Otis, deposit the check and send a "Western Union" for $2,300 to a Wendy Smith at 400 Charles Street, Baltimore Maryland.

The check had the address of the bank (which was actually a Bank of America ATM in Las Vegas Nevada, and here is the rest of the info I dug up:

  3. Hello Bonnie.
I would like to hear about how you interpreted that song, ''the sound of silence'' by Simon & Garfunkel, in your art class. :-)
I really like Paul Simon's music, when he sang with Art Garfunkel and also as a solo artist.
This morning I woke with a heavy heart, feeling both a mixture of sorrow and love for MJ.
I prayed, and tried to read the bible but I just couldn't concentrate.......so I closed the bible up and closed my eyes..........sometimes you don't need to find eloquent words to pray, as God knows our hearts, and what we are trying to say.......I had a clear image of Michael as he looks on his knees digging into the earth, during the earth song official short film.So I was really encouraged when I saw you had also posted that one here!
    Love Jenny.

    1. Hi Jenny,

I made a booklet and I drew pictures (more than one). One picture I drew which was probably the most grabbing stanza in the song, is a picture depicting a brainwashed multitude staring upward at a large Bull with horns, illuminated with lights (for neon god), forgetting their humanity, the individuality, their god given gifts of relationships. That's what I had written the story about. To me the song symbolized the death of compassion and humanity.

I get like that too sometimes and that is the time that we should be praying. Just talk to God and give him your sorrow - spill your guts to him. I tend to clam up when I get like that too. Yeah that Earth Song scene is very moving. One of my first thoughts I had when viewing that film for the first time was "Where is that dirt coming from?" because if he tried to do that here? He'd break his hand, LOL!

  4. BONNIE : Very interesting conversation you had with RedRum on the misconception of art & artists' messages plus the antagonism between God & Religion. Your own analysis on both topics : BRILLIANT !

The world-famous painting "The Scream" of Edvard Munch, sold at Sotheby's for a record US$ 120 Million at auction last May :

    http://www2.ivcc.edu/rambo/eng1001/munch.htm

Wiki : "The imagery of The Scream has been compared to that which an individual suffering from depersonalization disorder experiences, a feeling of distortion of the environment and one's self." ..Hmmm..very actual these days.

To depressed ones willing to interpret it : refrain watching it :o)

    1. Line, every time I go to reply to one of your comments, my phone starts ringing and it's a relative, who's call is intercepted by another relative, whose call is intercepted by ANOTHER relative, and then by the time I put the phone down, I forget where I was and what I was doing (this has happened three times now on YOUR comments).

      Whew!!!! Now, BACK to business!

I don't know if we can call that "analysis" brilliant. It was a reply on impulse because I was offended by the suggestion that art is to be interpreted on an individual basis - " It wasn't my intention to pick on them specifically. It may not have been their intention but I've heard that before from people and it's a completely selfish mindset and most people that believe that don't even recognize it as being selfish - the global education agenda's did a very good job at that.

"The Scream" - the inspiration for the mask depicted in the movie of the same name. I never thought much of the painting. It looks like a five year old did it. The things that are celebrated in this world never cease to amaze me. I could make millions painting my dogs bottom and getting him to drag it along a canvas and call it art. (Hey! - jesskidding)

Pretty fancy write up from Wiki. Do you think Munch was thinking "depersonalization disorder" when he created it?

What I see: Someone cracking at the complete loss of the understanding of the true gift of humanity. (hows that?)

I don't mean to minimalise Munch but his paintings are rather gruesome. Others might like him but I don't. One of his paintings, the He must have gotten a few notches under the establishment's belt on his painting of Nietzsche. I guess that is why he got away with his Van Gogh knock-off of "Starry Night"

    3. Bonnie, so much fame for "The Scream" I don't get it either. Wiki's interpretation : theirs. My favourite paintings : the 19th century's classics, the impressionists like Jean Renoir & Matisse & nearer from us Norman Rockwell. Artistically, Michael himself showed us that in spite of the despairs in his life, he loved harmony & beauty, e.g his Art association with David Nordhal I particularly liked it.

    4. Ooooh Matisse! Now You're talking! I've always liked Renoir and I remember as a child, sitting in a doctor's office and he had a picture over his book shelf with the Norman Rockwell Painting (I can't remember the name of the work but it's this one http://www.starfetch.com/db/images/Norman_Rockwell/163009/). And that one painting, I could feel the cold seeping in through the window, yet the cozy feeling of the sheets and quilt in a room made warm by the glow of the lamp. It gave me a cozy, secure feeling - back when quilts were made to insulate and you could smell the mothballs and the coal burner warming the house from the basement - ahhhhhhhhh! No such warm fuzzy feelings for my childhood. that's why I love Norman Rockwell. His paintings made me feel like I could experience what I missed. It was an idealistic world he painted.

Nordhal. I like his paintings of Michael even though some do not look like him at all.

  5. Jermaines Tree/Branch theme that runs through his book is my favourite aspect of it. Its crucial and clever at the same time.

I listened to a Simon and Garfunkel performance recently that was only a few years old. Their harmony is stillllllll beyond beautiful. I grew up on these guys. Hilarious that they were originally going to be called, Tom and Jerry ! Just doesn't have the same ring as the name they went with !!

    Kingdoms topple, lost their class.
    Civilisations crumble, ages pass.
    Turbulent tempests ravage the seas.
    Violent killings, despite our pleas,
But dewdrops sparkle when children play.
Tyrants cry, there's nothing to slay.
    Fairies dance and goblins sing
All are crowned, all are King.
In the garden we frolic awhile.
Those are moments when babies smile.

    By Michael Jackson.

Michael's poem - Inspired by Revelation?

The poem....it's got a Revelation ring to it. Michael knew what humbling yourself like a child meant. Have people forgotten this or never learnt it? so sad.

As soon as they are old enough to sit through sex-ed. Pretty soon "reaching back" will not mean anything more than remembering you were shorter.

John Lennon was in the middle of discussing this on a radio interview. He was supposed to finish the interview the following week, but he was shot and killed before he could finish it.

  8. Michael's poem - These are some of the most beautiful verses I've ever read, and knowing Michael wrote it is even more amazing. I almost forgot this was Michael's poem, as I only read it once before from "Dancing The Dream" almost three years ago, and have saturated my brain with so much since. As I was reading, I felt such an emotional bond with the author, and when I finally got to the last line and saw Michael's name, my heart skipped a beat and I thought to myself, of course...who else?...it had to be Michael. This one poem speaks volumes for his profound spirituality and goodness of heart. It is nothing short of overwhelming.

Simon and Garfunkel - "Kodakchrome" is one of my favorites, and so is "I Am a Rock" (if I never loved, I never would have cried...). Funny, isn't it, Bonnie? After saying I didn't care for S&G, one can't deny they left a legacy of memorable music. "Bridge Over Troubled Water" - an epic anthem of the era, and one that always made me cry when it reached its crescendo. A truly beautiful song. So I apologize for saying I didn't appreciate their music. It's all Danny's fault!

Thank you, Bonnie, for another great blog - and for pulling me out of the quick sand tonight with a little help from Michael's "Keep The Faith." So far, so good.

    Feel better, Bonnie!

I forgive you on Simon and Garfunkel. I also like "I am a Rock" and "Bridge" makes me cry and Mrs. Robinson is also a favorite. LOL! Darnit Danny!

You're welcome. Ed fell asleep to "Keep the Faith" I couldn't believe it. He's in the doghouse now! Sorry about the volume through the phone. And feeling better? I am really, really, REALLY trying EVERYTHING. Next step is "Depends!" Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh!

  9. Dear Bonnie, thanks for your words of compassion.

My son really loved Michael Jackson. He was always trying to dance like him. He thought Michael was a nice person, he admired his generosity and love for children.

Yes, my son was shot twice at the age of 16 and I was also shot 3 times by someone we knew. This is one reason why I have such deep feelings about the things that were done to Michael by people that he knew.
My purpose in sharing my story is to give glory to God for saving my life ( the doctors said it is a miracle that I was not crippled) and to let people know that in the darkest of times, the word of God and the love of Christ will sustain us and carry us through until the end. But we will be lost and devastated without this foundation as the darkness and God's righteous judgement unfolds.

In July of 1997, I had a dream that FEMA had taken control of my city due to some kind of emergency. White helicopters with U.S. flags painted on the sides were flying around. We were told that we had to evacuate our homes. I was standing in my room when suddenly two angels appeared. They told me to follow them. They led me down the stairs and out the front door. We got into a white van that had other people that I did not know. We were taken to a brick building that had a sign over the door that read
"A safe house for christians." We entered the building and the angels disappeared. The building had a sanctuary with worship and prayer happening at the same time. There was another room with silent prayer. There was another room where people were reading Bibles. The most awesome room of all was filled with lightning and peals of thunder. There was only one old man who was able to enter this room and he stood with his arms lifted up in worship.
I remembered this dream while reading the blog today.
Good response from you about art and the artist's message. I agree.

Well I really admire you for your spirit. I have never taken a bullet (closest I came was a bolt of lightning - long story) and I can't even imagine the violence of losing someone that way. My ex husband's wife lost a daughter the same way - it was over drugs and she just got in the way. It was her first time living on her own and she was in a bad neighborhood. I do understand Joe Jackson's motivation to get his boys out of Gary.

I am so glad you knew Christ and found comfort with him. There is no other more complete comfort than that.

Your dream is remarkable. The room with lightning and thunder sounds very "Enoch". The dream about the Helicopters and the giant eagles I'll have to tell sometime. I had that dream when I was twelve. Farrah Fawcett was in it. She died being dropped from one of the eagles onto the windshield of the helicopter we were in. I never told that dream before, but I have it written down.

Lots of things are flooding my head these days. Big hugs to you Trinia. God bless you.

  11. Hi Bonnie,

I don't watch t.v. very often but lately when I do turn it on there are so many devastating things taking place right now...fires burning out of control, people losing their homes, people being deceived, children losing their innocence, Love growing cold, disrespect, drought, hurricanes, triple digit temps, the economy, and so much more...it seems like evil has been unleashed on the world. God gives us warning signs to watch for in His Word, and though I know we will not know the day or the hour of the Lord's Return, it seems like we are being made aware of the "season" of the beginning of the end. Makes me wonder how much more this earth can take. It seems to be groaning to be released. Is anyone else seeing these things, or am I alone on this?

I saw a video this morning that just devastated me. It just ripped me up and really put things in perspective for me. This kind of stuff is what they are covering up and that sad, sick excuse of a human being occupying our White House . . . and ever sad, sick excuse of a human being prior to him that let this happen is responsible. THIS is what they are covering up with all the bull-s* drama with Michael, Michael's "legacy", Caylee Anthony, "Li-Lo", the FAKE news and FAKE trials! All of it.

I saw a video of children that were just masacered. They don't show this crap on the news! No! They show the "set up" celebrations of an allegedly liberated Libya or Egypt. They don't show you the CHILDREN these DRONES OF OURS are KILLING!

DRONES! This is so they can say "peace without war"??? Just send robot bombers in like the gutless, worthless, SOULLESS Psuedo human beings they are.

You are exactly right. And I don't know how much more the earth can take either, but I know I can't take any more and neither can OUR CHILDREN! I am so tired of seeing carnage while paid rioters are put in front of cameras to sell their fake "democracy".

I spent an hour and a half bent over in my chair crying and all I could pray was "why, why, why?"

If God took the world back yesterday, it wouldn't be soon enough.

Thank you for posting your comment, anonymous. We're one of the ones that are getting triple digit temps this weekend. The beginning of the end. God bless you ♥

  13. Enjoyed the blog but wondering why "Cry" was included since it was written by R. Kelly. Also, "This Is It" was written and recorded in the 80's so it can't be his last recorded song.

    Replies
    1. Don't believe everything you read. "This is It" was recorded much later. Listen to Michael's voice. That is NOT his 1980's voice. That's a much more mature Michael voice. And "Cry" was CREDITED to R. Kelly just like "Man in the Mirror" was CREDITED to Siedah Garret. Both who seem to be having quite a good time since Michael "Passed".

      Delete
    2. Why would he "credit" someone else for a song when he had seemingly no problem writing his own songs to convey his message?

      Delete
    3. For a couple of reasons, but the one that makes the most sense given the atmosphere of the album:

If he did this WILLINGLY, it means he knew it was the only way he was going to get a song from being cut from the album by SONY.

Michael didn't do his own "leg work". OTHERS filed paperwork for copyright so it's anyone's guess who was responsible and HOW Michael got credited or NOT credited for songs.

Tell me, how would R.Kelly know what Michael wanted to put in a song if Michael is the one "God" did the talking to for his message?

  14. I am totally depressed now:

This is a special breaking news alert: The U.S. Supreme Court has rendered its Obamacare decision today, upholding the "individual mandate" portion of Obamacare by calling it a TAX:

"The Affordable Care Act's requirement that certain individuals pay a financial penalty for not obtaining health insurance may reasonably be characterized as a tax," wrote Chief Justice John Roberts.

Regardless of what you think about Obamacare itself, the red alert in all this is that, with this decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has granted the federal government unlimited power over your take-home paycheck.

The government can now FORCE you to buy things you may not even want or need, and there is no limit to what the government can now force you to buy.

Even worse, the Obamacare system excludes natural medicine. There is no freedom to choose nutritional therapies, herbal remedies, naturopathic medicine or the Healing Arts. The entire system is focused on drugs, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. It's a Big Pharma monopoly that we are now forced to buy into.

  17. Anonymous...bumpy ride indeed! What I'm worried about is that we are going to land...nose dive in a ditch, unable to get out. The line you wrote about our needing courage made me shudder, because it speaks to the frightening reality of the Left's mission to collapse our society. Where are the representatives elected to preserve the Constitution and our individual liberty? They could easily be one in the same now for all the good they have done for us!

What a tragedy that WE are the ones who need courage to face what is coming. How and why is it that those whose JOB it is to preserve the Constitution and the rights of the individual never seem to muster up the same fire in the belly as their "illuminated" Marxist counterparts? The opposition has shown us their arrogance and fraudulent tactics, and brazenly throw it in our faces without fear of retribution. They will stop at nothing, and I mean nothing...until they succeed.

Who the hell is watching out for us? I am outraged at the gutless lack of backbone, or is it just a lack of motivation to fight for this country? Either way, these Washington insiders get to enjoy their privileged lifestyles, so why bother breaking a sweat for the working American who voted them into office?

Michael had more courage than anyone in Washington when he stood alone with no one to support him. He endured public abuse, persecution and worse rather than compromise his honor, integrity and commitment to helping children and humanity. I can't think of any elected official who dared challenge the status quo in the interest of what was best for America. I guess the boys in Washington had more important things to do after passing Obamacare. They had a golf date to keep with the Teleprompter President!

Never thought I would live to see my country and fellow citizens under siege without a fight. My heart is heavy tonight.

I'm curious, because I saw that you made reference to "Liberals". At this stage of the game, who are the good guys? The "conservatives"? What is the definition of conservative?

It's not just about this country, OTHERS are going through this too, some more aware than others (and most in THIS country are still sleeping).

Michael has more courage than anyone in Washington. Yet he wasn't above accepting awards and invites from four of the last five Presidents ALL OF WHICH got us to this place right now.

I don't want what is best for just AMERICA. When we were prospering it was still at the expense of others (Obama's is not the only war for profit). No man is going to fix this. That's why we have to trust God. And my heart is heavy too - for the children.

You asked who is watching out for us. That would be God. As anonymous said, the ONLY one we can trust.

  18. Interestingly,Eddy and Danny Van Passel wrote the original song (not the lyrics, which are R Kelly's) for You Are Not Alone.

In 2007 the Court of Appeals in Brussels decided "You Are Not Alone has to be considered an imitation of If We Can Start All Over".

I had a listen to the Van Passels' version on youtube. It is for certain...You Are Not Alone.

Mind you I remember Michael being in hot water over Will You Be There. An Italian singer or singers took Michael to court as they thought he copied one of their songs and renamed it...but when you listen, although there are melodic similarities it is not a direct copy of the same song as in with R Kelly's above. I know this sort of thing happens alot in the recording world.

Michael was pulled into court more than once over copyright infringement lawsuits and none of them were ever valid. Michael supposedly (it was in print) admitted to using guitar licks or certain sections of songs in some of HIS songs. I guess there is no way to avoid that kinda thing.
