“We Are One” vs. Spiritual Slavery
God the Artist
"And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one."
In that verse above from 1 John, we learn the elements of the witness of Jesus Christ, and of the Word of God. Those elements are the Spirit, the water and the blood.
The blood is the purifying blood that Jesus shed for us. The water is the water in which he was baptized by John the Baptist, but it is also the water that flowed with his blood from the wound inflicted upon him after he died on the cross:
“But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water."
Here we see blood and water again. I have seen explanations for this but when I read it, it reminds me of the elements that came together when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist.
Jesus was already of pure blood. He did not have the “Y” chromosome of Adam. His male chromosomes came directly from God.
Jesus remained sinless because of this – He is the son of God. Jesus came to John the Baptist to be Baptized. The water symbolized the cleansing of sins and burdens of the world, and rebirth in the Spirit, which is the light of men that appeared in the form of a dove on Jesus as he resurfaced.
Those witnessing this understood the significance. Blood, water and Spirit.
The Spirit of God once again through Christ, could dwell in man. I wish I could have seen that.
From that time through is crucifixion, Jesus taught. He taught his disciples, he taught the multitudes, and he taught his disciples to teach the multitudes. Restoration was at hand. Through Jesus, men would learn how they would be restored from corruption, and they would learn that through one Spirit, they were made one, even though physically they were separate.
The disciples learned through Jesus that eyes blinded from birth could be restored to sight, diseases could be chased away, withered limbs and broken, corrupted DNA could be re-knit and made whole again with his touch, through their faith.
Below, before Jesus arrives in the world, God spoke of what he would do:
"And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:"
Paul, in his letter to the church at Corinth, explained this condition of being “one” through the Spirit:
"But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit."
One with the Spirit. One with God. Walked with God.
"For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;"
The same Spirit that who’s light is the life of men brings to awakening the individual gift or talent God created within you when he made you. Above it explains this SAME SPIRIT that gifts one with wisdom is the SAME SPIRIT that gifts another with knowledge.
It is the SAME SPIRIT that gifts another with the gift of prophesy or dreaming, and the SAME SPIRIT that gifts another with the ability to heal people, or the ability to heal through music, or dance, or the gift of discernment. All come from the SAME SPIRIT of God even though you are individualized and created uniquely with your strengths and weaknesses.
The verse below echo's 1 Corinthians 6:17
"For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father."
Through Christ, the only door to reconnect to God and his Spirit.
Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane prays that we may be one with him, as HE is one with God and WE can be one with God.
"And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:"
The way man began is the way man will return should their hearts be ready to receive Christ. By one Spirit – God’s Spirit, we are all baptized into one body, regardless of what race, ethnicity, economic standing, health or our past. Through Christ we return to being one with God.
"For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit."
Those that experience this redemption and renewal never know when the Spirit will move them to do something. I had dreams as a child, teenager and young adult that would not make full sense to me until 2009.
The pins and needles and the tingling of a heart was once asleep when the blood begins running through it can leave you floundering at first in the surf of emotions and an undertow for which you are unprepared. It will knock you off your equilibrium, but you will slowly get back up and get your breath. Then God begins moving you.
You don’t know when the Spirit will come or go, when He will set Himself in you and begin writing through you, or singing through you, or dancing through you, teaching, healing, interpreting, building, painting, sculpting, counseling others . . . You don’t see Him coming and you won’t see Him leave. But when you are finished you are exhilarated, breathless, in awe and in love.
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit."
As I was researching the Spirit in the Bible, I came upon the 12th Chapter of Zechariah. I read this one verse and I had to re-read the whole chapter.
"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon."
This chapter reminded me very much of the mourning that has gone on around the world for Michael. I also took note that Zechariah is prophesying of the coming RETURN of Christ who had not even been born and crucified yet.
I read this chapter. Then I read Chapter 10 through 13. These three chapters are speaking of the end times, and those who will come up against Jerusalem, AFTER Jerusalem becomes a burden to the world. And the world willingly burdens itself with Jerusalem.
If you read through this chapter, you understand that Jerusalem is also being used by God to reveal the lies and intent of those planning her destruction. And those within her who are true to God and have not denied His name will be avenged and defended. Those that have inhabited and used her will come to an end.
In those last days, those inhabitants will see Christ, see the wounds they gave him, feel the anguish at the realization of their numbness and they will cry in great bitterness and mourning.
They will realize and they will feel him.
Would you take his place?
Whatever it was that made you cry the day Michael passed away, or maybe it was a few days or weeks later that it hit you, You felt him. It is like that.
The very first verse of Zechariah 12 just made me cry. I did not see this verse when I was on this subject, but I’m sure you if you read the blog “And God Said, Let Their Be Light”, you will recognize this:
"The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him."
The WORD again. The WORD of the Lord stretches the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth (and every living thing on it), and formed the SPIRIT OF MAN WITHIN HIM.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”
So through Christ, who through the purity of his blood we are restored. Through his sacrifice of love we are saved and through his cleansing of our souls we are restored to God and his Spirit again dwells in us.
In that way when we become one with Christ, who is one with God, we become one with God.
This is not the same as BEING God.
Perfect Harmony in God
As I searched for a way to explain this (emotion has a tendency to choke you up and tangle words on their way out from your heart to your recipient), I thought how fitting God should send his “Angel of the Lord” in the flesh of an artist.
Michael Jackson once spoke of the “divine union of music and dance” with himself as a way to communicate the message God had given him. So as an artist (I have an artist’s heart, though I did not create professionally) let me try to put it in perspective.
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.
God, Jesus, The Angel of the Lord.
Yehovah, Yeshua, Archangel Michael.
Separate, but one, in the Spirit. Unique, but of one Spirit and heart.
Is like a song – One in the Spirit, yet each individual vocalist has his own part, his own notes to contribute, his own tempo and style that blends and becomes one in harmony to fulfill the sound of that song.
I can hear each part in this blend
Just as God can hear each individual heart
In the human race
A painting, of separate colors, each individual which when blended fulfill the canvas with a scene.
A dance, where movements are contributed by dancers who contribute various movements blended into the fulfillment of the formation.
A machine, where each moving mechanism contributes it’s movement to fulfill the purpose and task of the complete production, and on and on.
The Universe – Time
The way the earth used to work. The way creation used to work, and harmony will return when God received all the children he is waiting for. Then those who corrupted the song, the painting, the dance, the machine and the life of men will be purged and all things will be made new.
Your Brain – The Universe
It’s not a coincedence
It’s a pattern of evidence. From the Book of the law, the language in our DNA coiled into our Chromosomes that reside in our cells.
Most of us know that as human beings, our potentials physically, mentally and spiritually have been atrophied. We know from the Bible that the primary culprits to this starving of our God-given potentials is corruption of the law, and sorceries committed by those deceiving us right into slavery.
Michael Jackson somehow accessed his potential. Perhaps he didn’t completely reach it before he was “taken out of the way”, but he was trying to tell us we have it in us to connect back to God.
Was it his DNA? Or was his genius and musical gifts programmed into him through man-made, mind control technology?
We could argue for the latter except one thing – Michael was able to open people’s hearts and make them feel again. And he credited God, not himself for his accomplishments.
I am going from here into the books of Leviticus through Deuteronomy next. I want to read this now that I know about “The Book of the Law”.
December is only four weeks away now. December 21 is only seven weeks away. How close we are or are NOT will be known by then.
And until that last child’s eyes are opened, we continue to cry out for him to return.
