Why her Waging of Class-less Warfare
Shortly after Randy reappeared on Twitter a couple of news items came out that were not really in favor of Branca.
First, Latoya’s book came out which I did not at all give a favorable review other than her account of what happened with Gordon. However, after Randy gave a Twitter Q&A for fans, some were upset that their questions were not answered while others were. One question Randy answered (LOL) was a shooting incident in which Tina Turner (that’s right . . . THE Tina Turner) ended up shooting a trespassing Randy in the butt for trying to get in contact with his then girlfriend.
This prompted a visceral bombardment of harassing and vile Twitters from Mouthfactory (you know her as Muzikfactory or Yazmeen Carmen) of TINI.
I hear about this from several people and someone copied the tweets to my email. Don’t worry, I’m not going to copy them here. But two verifying pieces of information came of both Latoya’s book and Randy’s twitters.
That Branca cheated Michael. Branca double and tripled billed Michael throughout his tenure with Michael, and that Branca was the one that talked Michael into settling the 1993 Chandler allegations.
Randy also verified that he knew that Branca had "hired" bloggers planted within the MJ community.

Yesterday, Jermaine was on twitter and I again was alerted through several people. One of them again sent copies of the twitters to my email. I’m not going to copy those here either but I have a copy of them saved should Mouthfactory delete them.
I signed into Twitter when all this was going on and I can only see Jermaine’s twitters because Mouth, Qbees and dzll are all blocked on my Twitter. I have to go to their pages to see anything. I saw Jermaine’s replies to Muzik then clicked on the link to Muzik’s page.
Some of the more hateful Tweets (they were all hateful) I answered. I’m not going to post those either, but I have them copied because I copy everything I’m involved in.
I was told by Micheline that Mouthfactory and dzll both responded to my Tweets, but I couldn’t see them, so she sent them to me.
One of them was in reference to me posting resources about Branca that Muzik says she gave me back in the early days of my blog. Another one she felt compelled to tell me that she is 1/3 of my age (mentally, this is probably true) and another response she called me an “ass”.
I’ve been called worse, and by her. She’s under the delusion that name calling somehow lends credibility. She should fire whoever told her that.
One of Mouthfactory’s tweets to Jermaine begged credit for her research that she stated helped the family with their case. This one I had to address because there is something you all should know about her ‘research’ skills.
While some may follow her for the sheer entertainment value of her noxious personality, others really believe that she has super-human research skills.
It’s not hard to write up information that is given to you, is it Mouth?
I accused her in one Twitter of working for Branca. However, I know she doesn’t work for Branca. She runs interference and deflection off and on, but her job isn’t to defend Branca, it’s to create “controlled chaos”. That is - to cause a ruckus with the purpose of creating distraction.
Mouthfactory gets her “research” from the same people that give “Justice4some” and “Mjtruthvslies” their information. Just like Erin Jacobs and Taaj Malik being on the same call-in Ustream interview yet fighting like cats and dogs on Twitter. It’s the same pattern with what is going on in the Middle East. It’s the same people who employ T-Storm, T-Storm’s husband, “Sammie Davis”, “dzzll” and “Qbees” and Taaj Malik”.
I can’t say that these people work DIRECTLY for Sony or Branca, but that is who they are assigned to.
They are not Michael fans and they are not doing anything but hindering the investigation . . . just like they are paid to do.
I don’t know if Jermaine will ever see this post or not, but I have a funny feeling he knows exactly who these people are.
Anyone who says to any man what Muzik has said to Jermaine about Ms. Katherine most certainly is not interested in ANYTHING to do with the best interest of Michael.
Back in the beginning Yazmeen and I did exchange information before I learned who she was and what her job is, just like the rest of them. I have no problem at all admitting that we exchanged information we found.

In 1993, Sneddon changed a California Law to force the civil lawsuit to be on hold until the criminal lawsuit is over. Do you know the name of the law? Or do you have more info about this?

Not intending to be anything but helpful...a few things I noticed, only suggestions:

The telethon call center (has been) is hosted at KCAL and has been since 1997.
(Tiles.Lens, Transparent 1 & Transparent 2, Camera.NoFlash - photo names) - (more of) ghost monitor (sent 2 others last night), notice all 4 are in the SAME second. I would either include all 4 or take out the reference.
(under Tiles.Lens) I tried to get another screen shot but it still comes out dark. <---was that meant for another photo? Stop the video at 0:32 to see the "grout" line on the lens.
Lens - subjects are almost center screen and the only thing in focus is Sam's camera lens? - wrong photo. The photo for this comment is SamanthasJob.MDA.Telethon.Lens, it's just her camera lens in focus on the left while the subjects are center unfocused. The photo you have is the one of the photographer who actually DOES have a flash attachment on her camera. I think that was the point of me sending that one.
It might be a good idea to point out that that woman's hair is thicker, cut straight across in back, she is heavier than Sam, who is quite thin, - you can often see...the waistband of her pants cutting in, bra lines through her shirt. I'm sure you can find some delicate words if you choose to go into detail! LOL
Did you determine for sure that the photographer lady is Sam's friend? Though either way, it's still not Sam's job as she claims.
Watch this video all the way through without stopping, if you haven't already. Think about the impression it is giving people, apparent proof of her job. Yet, it is really only an illusion. Watch it again and take note of the times the studio is empty, dark, no audience etc. Notice the scene that she is walking past KCET Hollywood (PBS TV) into the adjoining studio. Then pay attention because all it shows is her with camera around her neck, looking to make sure her video person is following. The colorful backlights are not on, and people are freely walking onto the set as though it's all over or has not begun. That fades into the next scene where it appears that Jerry Lewis is live. (I would guess this was broadcast footage.) It does not show her, just video of the live telethon. BUT, it gives the impression that the gal in the white shirt is her, which it is not. White shirt is important - length of sleeves, hair style & body type.
Next scene,her walking back through the darkened studio, camera in hand as though she works there, day is done. Strange thing though, watch the other people instead of Samantha. You would think at least one of them would look up etc. as she passes through. IF, she indeed was walking past them. After the scene of her sitting in an empty studio audience, the same woman in a white shirt (mentioned above) is directing photos...in the shadows and from behind. But OOPS, it shows that woman's face for a couple seconds! Then the camera follows this woman (as though it's Samantha) as she heads toward the KCET TV doors.

Past Email last October that TINI announced it is moving to new servers and hosting their Auction Facebook page (run by Ron Sweet). Since the Estate Executors never bothered harassing them about their web site or sales, I take it that the Estate Gives their blessing Since TINI and Sony work in tandem.

Now with the announcement of the “secret” art collection being kept in an airplane hanger, rumor has it that it has been sold possibly a couple of times, the hate vitriol is directed at both Miss Katherine and Brett-Livingstone Strong. I surmise that it’s because as an almost $1Billion dollar collection that Branca practically slobbered all over as Michael acquired each piece and refused to sell various pieces to Branca (Just like he turned Branca down on selling part of his catalog to him), the bad press is going to come out and distract from the fact that JERMAINE had already tweeted that this is where Michael wanted to keep it.
Branca must be furious. The art collection was kept SECRET for a REASON.
Now if Jermaine is a bad guy, which I don’t think he is, he doesn’t have control of the art collection.
If Jermaine is a GOOD GUY, and I believe he IS . . . then this release of information about the art collection AND it’s estimated value, is timed perfectly and just enough to send the greed-stricken Branca right over the edge . . . well done.

You know something, Bonnie? As time passes and we get closer to the trial and learning the truth about everything, I am getting an uneasy feeling about these attacks on Jermaine and Katherine - and wonder if there's more behind them than meets the eye. I hate to think it, but Jermaine is the one who stuck his neck out by naming the government in the conspiracy against Michael. When you see stuff like this coming from "fans" who hide their identity behind a moniker, it must be with the blessing of some evil forces that have had, and still have their boot on the family's jugular for years. They are engaging in public intimidation and character assassination, no different than what Michael endured. What true fan in their right mind would do this and not worry about repercussions? Despite the attacks on him and Katherine, Jermaine sets the record straight, but never hits below the belt. You can see it upsets him to have to "defend" Katherine to these mental misfits! Makes one wonder why he even bothers to answer. He knows the enemies infiltrate all the social websites, so I guess we have to trust that the family knows how to handle it. When Jermaine told Muzik that she's talking about the woman (mother) Michael adored, it's heartbreaking. Katherine is 81 years old, and if Michael has been witnessing this from the beginning, I can imagine how he feels. And I would even think Papa Joe would be incensed over the attacks on the mother of his children. I pray that whatever Michael is planning that he will have the last word in avenging the cruelty against him and his family, and will truly "shock the world" out of their wits. He was quoted as having said that to someone, remember? I don't think it was the concert, Bonnie. Shocking the world...when Michael says that, I don't think we've seen the best part yet.
Remember, these people are all on the same team just like Obama and Bush are on the same team, with one agenda . . . and it's not for Michael.
